Super 8 Conference center NAU/Downtown - Flagstaff

Bon hotel accueillant après une visite du Grand Canyon ou pour se rendre à Monument Valley. Belle piscine couverte avec un jaccuzzi (un peu sale). La nuit a été assez courte car le voisin du dessus a fait les cent pas toute la nuit. Un insomniaque sans doute. Pas très bien insonorisé.

The hotel is awesome according to my kids. They love the indoor pool, which is nice. The only thing that was not good was the one bed (we had 2 queen size beds), it was sunken in the middle. My husband and myself slept on it or more like dozed off every now and then. But other then that we enjoyed the stay.

Most of the TV Channels didn't work, only three channels worked.. The Room sheets were dirty, and the tub. I walked bare footed and my feet were very dirty. The carpet has not been cleaned. The chairs were stained. It was very uncomfortable to be there. I told the front desk, and the first day the man tried to fix the T.V. Still didn't work! The pictures […] were took off the walls. This hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The only issue I had with my stay was this: After paying in advance for the room when I booked with hotels.com, the hotel itself charged me all over again for the room at checkout. I had to make calls after the fact to have my money refunded. This brings the competency of the hotel counter staff […] into question. This is a standard Super 8 hotel. You get what you pay for. THe lobby was very nice, cute and clean and the rooms were clean too. Good location like 4 minutes near downtown.

I use to love super 8 motels, they were nice, clean, and kept up, always new looking. but not anymore. carpet was old and very dirty. TV was old, internet was one bar or nothing. chair had a big stain on the seat of it. there were hairs on the shetts.

Not fancy at all, but we weren't looking for that. We had requested a fridge/microwave via Hotels.com, but our room did not have those items. We contacted the staff, and they moved us to another room the next night. The breakfast bar could use items like skim milk, whole-wheat bread, a healthier cereal choice.

Clean room. Lumpy mattress. If you want a fridge and microwave, be sure to ask for them before you arrive. Large parking lot for trailers. Indoor pool, but you have to cross the parking lot to get to it. Grassy area reserved for pets doodies. Very friendly service. Located across from north end of campus.

It looks fine from first glance but the comfort and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. I took my shoes off and my feet were black from walking on the carpet. I was disgusted and could not wait to leave.

The hotel was clean but I did not like the $3 Utility Surcharge Tax. Why not include that in the room rent.

If you want to be brought back in time stay here...as in the early 1960's. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt soooooonnnn!!!

Needed cheap hotel for kids and family to stay in so they could play in the snow for a day. Located next to U of A, but we stayed on a Saturday and it was very quiet. Heated pool and spa. Room needed a little maintanence work, but was very clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast for free and the kids got to pig out for no additional cost. […] Good overall experience. hotel clean, staff nice. room small, tv small, cable only sports and still fuzzy. pool cold and no changing room so you had to walk back to your room wet. bed hard and small. breakfast- waffles and cereal was all they had. coffee, milk, and o.j. location was easy to come and go from. for the money it was o.k. not super.

This place was horrible from beginning to end. Tried to watch Monday Night Football on ESPN...reception on tv was worse than if rabbit ears were used for reception. Walls are paper thin, had to listen to our neighbors talking until midnight and then again at 5am. Dis I mention our neighbor's second hand smoke we had to inhale in our NON-SMOKING room? […] Beds were not comfortable, room was in disrepair...dis not sleep a wink. All hotels.com will offer me are "vouchers" toward a future hotel booking, rather than some sort of refund. Two thumbs down for Super 8 AND Hotels.com. Lisez la suite

It was kind of sad how the workers were so exactly strict on the breakfast times that they wouldn't even let me have a little bit of milk for my cereal a couple minutes after breakfast was over!! Maybe it was just the worker, but it was really frustrating.

Cons: When we got there, our room wasnt even ready. They gave us our keys, we went to our room and the room was a mess. Housekeeping hadnt even cleaned it yet from the previous people. The air conditioning broke on the first night - they have window units - the coils are super dirty, which can cause it to break. The shower had absolutely no water pressure […] - I would have gotten a better result washing my hair in the sink. Pros: You can't hear the train, which is nice if you are a light sleeper. It's within walking distance to downtown Flagstaff and many good restaurants. The pool is okay and the spa is HOT. Lots of parking. Lisez la suite

Tub was clogged, breakfast wasn't very good unless you prefer Tang to orange juice.

the hotel is old and ran down and the room was dirty along with the bathroom will never stay there again or ever recommend it. I'm extremley unhappy about what I paid and what what condition of the room and hotel Mr. Scott Gray
