We called to ask for 1st floor room due to handicap problems and were told no problem. Arrived and were given a 2nd floor room. Got that changed. Needed ice and learned that available on 2nd floor only. Turned on the cold water in sink and got hot water and the reverse on hot water. Advised desk and they sent maintainence to correct. They reversed the […] handles. The coffee maker did not work plus there was not any coffee in the room. There were not any wash cloths in the room, two small bath towels and one hand towel. This was a clean spelling room., there was no smoke smell as most hotels do when you order non-smoking. The sheets and towels smelled clean and not like smoke. The main thing I liked about the room is it did not smell like smoke due to my allergic reaction to smoke.

Not much. Had to change one room due to unclean frig & leaking toilet. Air not working properly. Had to make 5 or 6 office visits to get other rooms. Cigarette smoke in room during night. Don't recommend this hotel.

Check in was slow - staff seemed overwhelmed with other things to do. The room smelled. No extra pillows in the hotel. NO hair dryer in the room - we had to borrow it from the desk. Had to borrow an iron from the desk that did not work. There was a coffee make, but no coffee - I was told I had to buy my own at a local store. They could not recommend […] a local BBQ restaurant or give clear directions to the local mall. Hotel services were kind and helpful. However, when we arrived the room was not ready (it was just after 2:00PM check in time). But we were able to check in with keys just not getting into the room. This was fine with the way our schedule worked out. Also, we had 4 people in the room with only 2 towels. The pricing of the room was excellent! But you guys ,which is Hotels.com ,don't have any control over the way the rooms look and the service behind the counter which is understandable. Me personally, I love your website. Its clear and understanding. I will book every vacation/ get-a-way with you all. Back to the hotel that we stayed in, the sheets had […] hair on them, carpet was old,room smelled like smoke,bathroom floor was water damaged, and we had to pay for extra towels and me/ my wife thought that was super rediculous! The carpet was moulded, the ceiling light kept flashing on and off. I killed several roaches in the room. I called guest services and they did nothing.

The interior was definitely lacking. Faucet was loose in bath room, the strainer allowed water to splash. Toilet was also loose. Refrigerator leaked condensation when the door was opened. Just not as well-maintained as you would expect. Although we booked a NON-smoking room there was a strong stale smoke smell.

The service provided by the associate, Michelle, was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Only issue was with cable TV not working properly and it was taken care of promptly.

We were in Morrow for court.... we stayed at the Extended Stay next door the previous time. It is gross but waaaayyyyyyyyyy better than this place, I slept in a sweat shirt, sweat pants, socks and wrapped a sweat shirt around my pillow. It smelled like urine, the shower did not work, it was gross!!!!!!! I was so mad at my husband that he wouldnt agree […] to let me pay for another room. .... Pay 10- 20 dollars more and feel safe and clean. ....Our car alarm was set off at 3AM also.... BTW We were here for a ticket... most cops in this town have been let go..... as ours was. Room was clean and to be expected with price. Thing that was intolerable was the service. Arrived right before 11 pm (our normal arrival at most hotels) to no answer at the front door or the phone. Waited 30 minutes until a long term guest knocked on a back door and woke the clerk. Never received so much as an apology for making a family with small […] children wait for a room. traveling back south from vacation we needed to stop in the Atlanta area because of heavy traffic and driving fatigue. We were aware that this was an extended stay property but looked great from the outside, but there was built up garbage in all halls and the property was well worn. Our hotel stay was pleasant enough. Room was clean & had a mini kitchen which was nice. Hotel was close enough to walk to several restaurants and movie theatre. Limited parking spaces though and a few riff-raff hanging around but safe enough overall & had no problems even with a dog in the room. No service, no towels, roaches, no maid service for 4 days. Office told us we needed to get towels from maids. Before maids showed up we were at work. Never again.

There were people hanging out outside your room smoking. There was a large roach crawling through the room. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The customer service was fantastic however!!!

Nice clean hotel,close to shopping mall,movie theatre,many restaurants nearby,good price.Only problem is that some people dont care what time of night it is and playing loud music at 3am.Had to call police for them to turn it down after unsuccesfull tryings.But u never know who will be or are ur neighbours so i would recommend this hotel.

The room as somewhat clean. The cabinets in the semi-kitchen has dirty around the handle area. I made a reservation for non-smoking room and I got a room that was heavily covered with smoke. However, they gave me a new room but the new room had strong cigarette odor.

I would recommend this hotel only for the location. The hotel itself needs a renovation of all mattresses and bathrooms. The mattress had all sorts of stains including a very large one that seemed to go all the way through. Bathrooms need a better cleaning.

Since it is an extended stay, there is no housekeeping services on daily basis unless you request. Location is good, near shopping, cinema and places to eat. Had no problems with any other guest or neighborhood. My room door was a little "sticky", but did not feel that security was compromised. Not sure if I would stay again.

The hotel staff was helpful so not much concern there. However, the room itself appeared clean. The strange thing was it smelled a bit smoky for a non-smoking accommodation. Also I'm not a fan of once a week changing of towels policy (or you can exchange them for a small fee at the desk). It's a nice idea to have a small kitchen set up in the room but […] it would be even better if everything worked properly. All in all I wouldn't recommend a lengthy say there.
