"oldy and moldy"
The bath fan didn't work so mold is on the bath ceiling. The baseboards were very dirty. We couldn't swim in the pool.

We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and comfortable room. The manager was especially helpful making our stay very enjoyable. We had forgotten to specify a room on the bottom floor, so he helped us haul our stuff up the stairs. he even called us later to see that everything was okay. We had a very good nights sleep. "DO NOT STAY HERE!"
This was the worst hotel I've EVER stayed in. There was a HOLE in the bathtub which was covered with duct tape. Yes, DUCT TAPE. The lavatory sink leaked when you turned on the water, the baseboards were black and when my sister pulled back the covers she found a pubic hair on the sheets.

The internet was down. the room had issue . from the dirty power strip.that was being pull in two different ways. the door to the room had a gap on the bottom about an 1 1/2 wide letting cold air in ..there was dark spots on the wall .. the bath walls where mult colors to fixes repairs they did..the breakfast.. the oj tasted like tang .. "Kingman Econolodge"
We recieved terrible service. The manager came up to deliver a crib to our room. After seeing that my son had spilled some food on the floor he informed us we would be assesed a cleaning charge. We expressed our intent to clean up the mess, but asked if there would be someone in to vacuum the room after we left. He said yes, but he expected us to leave […] the room like we would leave our home and that if we didn't clean up the mess, we would recieve an additional charge. As we cleaned up the mess, which we would have done without being repremanded, one of the washclothes we used to clean came up black with dirt. Someone needed a lesson in cleaning and it wasn't us. "Wouldn't call it breakfast"
Good little room no issues there at all, but the breakfast was bananas and cake, and ofcourse tea and coffee.. Yeeah, good for a one night stay
"Kingman Econolodge: Get what you pay for"
Manager at check-in was extremely nice and helpful, but otherwise our stay was forgettable. Room was run-down, shower was weak, heard trains all through the night. "Breakfast" was pre-wrapped muffins and coffee.

While the location was good, friendliness of staff great it didn't overcome the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in every corner, the tub surround showed mold buildup under the paint around the tub...I removed the bedspread and there were burn holes on the underside and was badly worn. The mattresses were extremely hard and the bathtub didn't have a plug. The door to our room stuck and was difficult to open, once we got it open the first time in the room, it wouldn't stay closed and blew open with the wind. The continental breakfast was some coffee, juice, bananas & plastic-wrapped muffins/cinnamon rolls so don't expect to last long […] on the breakfast served at the hotel. Staff was nice, but we didn't bring any of these concerns to their attention so not sure if they would have moved us to a different room because of the broken door or if they would have fixed the issue if we had asked. "Continental Breakfast?"
The hotel description said they had a continental breakfast but it consisted of a mini honey bun and coffee. The owner was a stickler for extra fees. I'm not looking for handouts but it seems we were charged for every minute thing.
"Dirty and smelly"
This room had an odor to it from the moment we walked in. The bathtub was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The faucet did not work right. The beds were very hard and the room was not in good condition.
needs upgrading, rooms are tired especially bathrooms. continental breakfast was coffee, no real milk or cream, orange juice and packaged cinnemon buns, not impresssed

I had good openion on Econo lodge before.. It is changed now after staying in this perticular hotel...No flush works in Toilet.. all old stuff..
"Off the freeway great value!"
Great hotel for the price! Staff was good and the hotel is off the freeway! I love the Jacuzzi bath tub which was a surprise, Really like the mini-suite look. My only trouble was the AC/Heater unit noisey!

"Econo Lodge Kingman"
A dump. Dirt everywhere. Stale smell. Filthy bathroom. Continental breakfast consisted of luke-warm coffee and 2 small rolls. Never again.

"NEED to HAVE LIVEABLE ROOMs"
I didnt like that the side boards of the room was dity not painted and it looked like the room was not cared for, the Bathtub had a silver eletric duct tape to cover the crack in the bathrub and the bath tub needed to be replace, the showver dide not have a good shower spray it was old and looked like the owner didnt care of the cost or condition.

My son and I were traveling thru to California. We stayed here and it was good. Easy to find and clean. I only wish the breakfast wasn't so basic

we've stayed in other Econo Lodges - this was definitely more econo than most - pretty shabby, breakfast more or less nonexistent, and not near anything much in terms of food/drink etc.
Very friendly front desk clerk who really engaged us in conversation and was very personable.
"Comfortable room for reasonable price"
At first glance, this hotel is nothing special - it sits on a "hotel strip" and the scenery isn't terribly interesting. However, the front desk staff was very pleasant and had me checked in quickly. I had some minor concerns with my first room and he moved me to a different room without hesitation, asking me to please let him know if there were any […] problems with the new room. The second room was comfortable and quiet and had both cable TV and Internet access. It was clean and came with all the standard toiletries, although all of the towels and the bathmat were frayed and had obviously been in use for quite some time. The bed linens were clean and in good shape and I slept very well. There was tecnically "breakfast" in the morning but it consisted of bananas, individually wrapped sweet pastries, coffee, and what appeared to be orange Tang. Overall, however, the hotel was worth the low price I paid - it's definitely a good place to stay if you're looking to save money and don't really care about the extras. Lisez la suite

Roll-a-way not in room, and then only at an additonal charge, although we were told it would be included originally. Carpets were stained. Didn't seem very clean. Many items needed repair. Curtains only part way on window. Peeling paint on ceiling. Only wanted the room for an overnight stay on a roadtrip, but still expected the bare minimums of repair […] and cleanliness to be met. "Notes"
The room is clean, very good beds, the breakfast was very very poor. The door lock didn't function, and the manager did't know, so check the door after licking it from outside.

Deserved of the two-stars represented by Hotels.com. I'm not picky, but I hate when the tub drain is clogged... ugh.

Very poor. I think the attendant at desk had been sleeping both when we checked in and out. Beds were as hard as rocks. A place to spend the night but nothing else.

"Clean rooms and dirty swimming pool in Kingman, AZ"
Yes, the rooms were clean but the manager was something else. He wanted to charge me extra for another child in the room. And wanted to charge me extra again for smoking in the room, I'm not even a smoker!! The swimming pool was dirty, alot of sand at the bottom, and insects and vegatation floating on top.
