Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé une nuit sur notre autotour entre Fort-Myers et les Keys. Emplacement à la sortie de Florida City sur la route des Keys. Nous avons eu peur en arrivant que ce soit bruyant mais en fait, il est un peu en retrait de la route principale et donc calme. Personnel accueillant. Chambres propres avec petite table et chaises devant la porte, style motel. Petit déjeuner continental simple. Nous le recommandons sans problème.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

We stayed for 1 night in April 2012. Our room on the 21st floor had spectacular views if you stood 1 at a time on the minute balcony (no space for even 1 chair!) The room was very tired looking although spacious with lots of storage space. Breakfast was not good value especially as they were hoovering the floor around our table whilst we were eating. "Not what we expected"
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Restaurant food was good but overpriced. Enjoyed local restaurant food much more. Enjoyed our stay prior to a cruise, nice place to relax.

Supremely comfortable beds, great bedroom, great view etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however the breakfast staff simply don't speak or understand English very well at all(Nice people though). The cupboeard doors in the bathroom were chipped and slightly tatty but this does not detract from the superb overall experience we had. Location, […] comfort , ambeince were all great. "Batting a thousand"
This hotel has everything going for it. From it's drop dead gorgeous roof top pool and restaurant to it's fabulous location. Will return at the earliest opportunity. The Garden restaurant next door is a great spot to eat as well.

Except for check-in, our stay was great. The neighborhood is loaded with shops and restaurants, and the marinas are beautiful. The girl (Daniella) who checked us in was not friendly and not accomodating. Our room wasn't ready, and when we would not take a standard room (we had reserved one with a kitchen), she was very brusque. She said she would call […] us when our room was ready, but she never did. This hotel was outstanding for quality & price. Absolutely a wonderful location- close to Coconut Grove, park and waterfront. Restaurant food very good & reasonable prices, however service was slow. The hotel was very clean & updated.

Sonesta Bay Hotel was absolutely fabulous. Booked online not knowing other than the photos but it was all that and more. Would highly recommend.

The Sonesta was great to stay at. Very clean and cool and the lobby smells amazing!!! Clean and modern hotel, with great amenities. Beautiful view overlooking the bay. "NOISE AND BED BUGS"
We had to move 3 out of our 4 nights that we stayed at this hotel. The first night there were bed bugs on the sleeper couch! They moved us to a room that directly faced CocoWalk and there was LOUD music and noise until 3 AM. Impossible to sleep! They finally moved us to a room facing the marina and comped us amenities, although they did not tell us, […] so we were not able to take advantage of this. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is well located for local restaurants etc and staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nicely appointed. Room very quite large for Miami. Restaurant was also good. About a block from Cocowalk which was nice. Improv is close, great Biscayne Bay views also. Easy to get to as well. Overall recommended.

Me and wife stayed at The Sonesta for three days. It is in a goo location and only about 10 minutes from South Beach, and shopping areas. The hotel is in excellent condition and staff were vey helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel rooms are good with great views which ever aspect. Hotel pool is not very child friendly and there is no access ramp for buggies or wheelchairs. Other than those few moans it is a good hotel in great position near shops and lots of good restauants..

The Sonesta is conveniently located near the CocoWalk shopping center, which has a great variety of shops and restaurants. In addition, there are some great little independent restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean as a high quality European hotel. Amazing lobby, rooms very clean and luxurious. Picked it randomly but was proud of my choice! This Hotel is very conveniently located if you want to be out of the main Miami traffic. Close to the Marina, limited shopping nearby (within walking distance) - but the Hotel itself is excellent. 1.We tried to rent some beach towels (in Miami!!!!) - couldn't get one. 2.Very expensive valley parking. 3.Don't drink on the pool($8 for a beer-ridiculous!!!). 4.Not very clean - found some hair on my sheets and in the bathroom. 5.Great location of the hotel - walked to restaurants.

I love this hotel! I have been staying here since April 2010 and have returned several times. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are great...clean and very up to date. I also love staying so close to the Grove for convenience to dining, movies, etc. It is also very convenient to the University of Miami.

Good hotel, available staff, average room comfort but clean and with a nice view on the harbour. Noisy refrigerator in our room and very average shower. Globally positive impression, well located if you have to do in Coconut groove or Key biscayne. We will go back.

Paying extra for a hotel bay view that was a sliver window space looking at the bay at a sharp angle. Paying $6.80 for use of the business center computer to print out 2 airplane boarding passes. Excellent in all respects except late night noise from nearby bar was obnoxious even on the top floor
the hotel was very convenient to the museum, had a great pool and restaurant, and is SO much less noisy than the usual one we go to in Coconut Grove, which is right around the block, but is right on the street. Internet access was better as well, and so were the views!
The Bay view is what Florida's all about.

We stay for three days. This hotel is excellent, well located in the very joyfull Coconut Grove. Nice, big, clean rooms. Brealfast at the terrace is a must, overlooking the port and sea. Will return!
"Really Dirty Hotel"
When I arrived at my room, the maid had obviously been there because the bed was made and there were new soaps etc, but NOTHING was clean. There was hair all over the bathtub, stains on the towels, mold in the cabinet under the sink, etc... The hotel is great but currently the facade is under construction which makes getting in and out of the hotel a bit tricky.
