La seule chose qui gâche le séjour est qu'il n'y ait pas de connexion internet gratuite depuis les chambres. Pour un hotel de cette gamme et de plus sur un aéroport, je trouve çà scandaleux! La seule connexion qui existe est depuis le hall mais je n'ai même pas réussi à me connecter!

Nous avions un 8h de connection à O'hare et cet hotel est idéal pour ça. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine mais, même si elle est un peu petite, ça ne peut être que relaxant de s'y tremper. Le restaurant bar était bondé et le service s'en est ressenti. la chambre était parfaite, propre, confortable et bien insonorisée.

I was confirmed for a king-sized bed, yet received a full. Aircon/heat in room didn't work & although I tried calling the front desk several times, no one answered ANY of the extensions I tried. People in the adjoining room screamed/banged on walls all night but yet again, no answer at the front desk to help rectify this. First hotel I've been at that […] I felt afraid. Attempted phone check-out in AM, no-one picked up. I travel for biz 3 weeks out of the month and have never experienced unresponsive staff the likes of this. Awful. Lisez la suite

If you have an early flight out of O'Hare, I highly recommend staying at the Hilton O'Hare. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we only had to cross the street to be in our terminal. We weren't disturbed by airplane noise (but then again we were there between 2am & 6am). In room internet access is a free service provide by most, less expensive hotel chains. I couldn’t believe there was an extra charge for internet, at the most expensive hotel, I have stayed in recently. I will avoid Hilton in the future, due to nickel and dime added charges.

This hotel had a very good nightly rate when pre-booked and it is easy to locate due to the signage all over the airport. Check-in lines were horrendously long, but the room was very clean and there was the possibility of getting food late at night. Hotel is fine, but expensive compared to other options. Only big plus is that its on-airport. Desk staff was very helpful, but took too long for operator or Service Express operator to answer phone to help me get a taxi.

This hotel is shockingly quiet and comfortable in spite of being right at the Chicago ohare airport. Front desk went above and beyond to be accommodating. Rooms and lobby were lovely, clean and well kept. Loved it.

The location is the most fantastic of all considering the busy and confused airport environment at Chicago. Services however is slightly above average but the hotel is leveraging on its excellent location. So overall, this is acceptable.

Perfect overnight stay for an early flight the next morning. This was a good idea, in lieu of travelling in the early moring to the airport.

Location location location! We arrived at midnight and our flight left at 130 the next day. It was perfect for a good nights sleep between flights. The breakfast buffett was a little lacking so we ordered off the menu and it was great.

Below average Hilton. Only stay if you are stuck overnight for your next flight. Caution if your room has an adjoining door with another, you may hear each other's every word. Grab dinner in the terminals and avoid the hotel's over-priced, poor service bar and restaurants.

Hotel was nice and cleaned. Not a good location for family stay. Parking was awful, $47 per night. This informatin was not disclosed. Fee for the work out room was $25 per day. Not what I was expecting.

It's a very nice airport hotel. Our flight was early so it was perfect. We didn't hear any airport noises and our window was facing it. The staff there were all super nice and helpful. There's nothing to walk to unless you like hanging out in airports. The restaurant was delicious but pricey. Early in the morning there was banging around in the hallways […] but some of it were other guests. The bed was comfy but we had the handicapped room so it was laid out a little odd. Everything was great about the hotel, the staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue was the bathrooms were small and you could only get 2 dbl beds. NO 2 Queen beds in the same room. The "affordable" meal was still very expensive but that is what comes with limited eats when you don't have your own transportation. Amazed I didn't have to pay to sneeze. Chose this hotel because I had an early flight. Proximity to airport is only plus. Highly over priced wifi. Snacks in gift shop - $4.95 for small bag of popcorn. Desk staff quasi-friendly - concierge - not even quasi

Overall, everything was great. For us, the location adjacent to the airport was perfect. We didn't think we should have to pay extra to use the gym ($25 per person per day) and the overnight parking fee was very high. The breakfast buffet and restaurant service were excellent.

The person who checked my daughter and me in spoke so rapidly we had to ask her three times to repeat what she had said. She then retorted "I am speaking slowly!" We pointed out that if that were true to our ears (the guests) we wouldn't have had to point it out. God Help the non-English speaker who stays here. We had trouble getting to the hotel on […] our return as the exit is not well-marked from the highway. We drove in circles for an hour without seeing a sign and the one we did see led to a dead end. Then it was spring time change night and the room alarm clock was a manual reset one that would not be reset until the following day which made us very unsure about whether we were ontime for our flight. It would have been a nice touch for the hotel to hand out a card to guests on that day explaining the time change and what time it will really be when the room clock says a certain thing until it is reset by housekeeping staff. They could offer to send housekeeping staff to the room at time of checkin to make the change then. We handled it but again - God help the non-English speaker who arrives from abroad from a country that doesn't have daylight savings time and has to catch a flight the next morning after losing an hour overnight! Thankfully the wakeup service (automated) functioned correctly with the new daylight savings time. Lisez la suite
