État très correct de l'hôtel et des chambres, mais la propreté de la salle du petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Concernant l'internet, le Wifi était correct

Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

Autumn Inn is between a B&B and a motel. It is cozy yet simple and has a country feel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was basic but clean. had the feel of B&B, 1960s style. Decorated in semi colonial style, everything was in good repair, even a flat screen TV in our room. It could have used an updating, but that is what made it so unique. if you don't care for cookie cutter , sterile looking motel rooms, this might be a good bet for you. Everything was great except a promised queen bed was actually an undersized double which was too small for me and my 6 ft 6 inch husband. We slept not a wink.

This is a sweet little hotel. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was well worth the great rate that we received. It is NOT a 5-star hotel with lavish decor and amenities. The decor is 70's style but sweet and nice. The beds were very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the Autumn Inn. Great location in a very cool town, with an ample continental breakfast, including make it yourself fresh waffles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Autumn Inn: The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better for access to Northampton and the beautiful surroundings of Smith College. While we enjoyed dining and shppoing in downtown Northampton, strolling around the Smith College campus was the highlight od our stay.

The Autumn Inn is a lovely place, inviting, pretty grounds, a fine layout, a parking lot no larger than it needs to be and green around. Jim and Ethel at breakfast were fun and amiable, though Jim was permitted none of the delicious hard-boiled eggs, several of which i gobbled, to his envy.

Autumn Inn has ideal location-walking distance to Smith College & downtown Hamp. Inn is located in beautiful residential area near Childs Park. While the breakfast room was attractive, breakfast was the usual continental fare. They did offer coffee, tea, water, cocoa, throughout the day. Room was good size-2 double beds. Contrary to most negative reviews of Autumn inn, (my wife and I found the place was clean and comfortable. Staff were responsive to our needs - aircon was promptly repaired when we highighted the aircon was not cool and toilet bowel was chocked. This inn is modest but clean and charming. It's in an absolutely perfect location. You can walk to the central town of Northampton and to Smith College campus. The continental breakfast was adequate (not great but the same you get anywhere else) but the dining area was lovely. Don't expect luxury - this is really a higher end roadside motel but it's just right if you need a modest, affordable, clean place to stay close to town. This is a very ordinary facility. It needs substantial updating. When your room door rattles as a result of the door across the hall closing, you know you're in for a long night. There was a musty smell from the halllway carpets as well. Considering that the Auburn Inn is directly across the street from Smith College (where a year's tuition could fund […] the renovation of several rooms), one might expect a better establishment. "Extremely comfortable."
Our trip was for pleasure and was a long weekend for my boyfriend & I. The queen suite was wonderful. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good-have a waffle! The bathroom was small, but clean. Towels are thin. The one piece worth mentioning was that it stated a small "private" patio from our room, was not what I call "private". Not a complaint, […] just a bit misleading.
