Hotel pratique, à 2 pas du centre de convention et 15 mn à pieds du quartier Français. La conception de l'hôtel engendre par contre beaucoup de bruit lorsque le petit déjeuner est servi. Réveil à 6h garanti!

Chambre correcte équipée d'un réfrigérateur et micro onde. Hôtel situé au bord de la I10, facile à trouver. Accueil très froid, personnel distant. Attention, il est dit "petit déjeuner", en fait, on vous donne deux tickets (quel que soit le nombre d'occupants de la chambre) par jour pour obtenir un jus de fruit et une boite de céréales au restaurant […] ihop à côté de l'hôtel. là, on est limite de l'arnaque... Pas de guest laundry dans l'hôtel, il faut aller dans l'hôtel voisin qui accepte ou non en fonction de la personne à l'accueil, de vous laisser accéder aux machines à laver. "The basics, decent amenities, and good price."
My room was exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to the highway so I could get where I needed to. Staff was courteous and helpful. I didn't use the pool or the fitness room, but the attached I-HOP restaurant was very convenient to my late hours! "Unhappy"
We were giving a non-smoking room on 2nd floor and the entire floor was stale and consumed with cigarette smoke. The room was old and funky. I complained and was moved to the 3rd floor. It was a little better. Overall will never stay again!!!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Pictures are deceiving"
It was okay. Supposed to be non-smoking the entire floor, but the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was overwhelming!! The room was not what the pictures showed. No blackout curtains but instead some bent up and uneven vertical blinds. Not very darkening with all of the lights illuminating the swimming pool. Says it includes breakfast, but you get a […] voucher for the iHop next door. One day it was oatmeal, toast and a drink. Another day it was eggs, meat, pancake and drink...not much of a choice. Location was a little difficult to get to with service roads and access roads but fine once you navigated it once or twice. Plenty of food nearby with an IHOP on the premises. "Good for a short stay"
I think it should be fenced because all around the hotel we have boards which says "Park at your own risk and hotel management is not responsible for the loss of goods". This is not a good way to welcome guests as we pay $$$ for staying and security too. So if its not secured enough then why would the guests come to stay there. Please make it more secured. "Extended stay for Jazz Fest"
We chose well by staying at Days Hotel. We got good rates, it's close to the Jazz Fest and other New Orleans sights and shopping and very comfortable.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Did the job"
The rooms were very spacious and it did the job considering we didn't stay in the room too much. The room wasn't very clean and our door to the patio was broken and very hard to open. There were cigarette burns in our curtains and stains in the carpet.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"So hard to find a good hotel in New Orleans"
This hotel is old and never been fully updated. A Queen bed was all that was available so it comes with a handicap bathroom which takes up half of the room. Wallpaper was peeling, plaster falling of the ceiling, the fill spout in the tub almost fell off when I pulled the lever to turn on the shower. Carpets smelled and looked very old. The linens appeared […] clean so the maids did a good job with what they had to work with. The one chair in the room was covered with stains. Also the safe in the room did not work. The daytime desk clerk was not the most friendly, but I am finding everywhere that desk clerks lack customer service skills. There wasn't anything really wrong with this hotel, but it isn't in the best shape...it is really showing signs if major depreciation and is in need of renovation. New paint, carpets, plumbing, etc. Depending on what you're doing in New Orleans or Metairie, this hotel may suit your needs. I was only there for two nights, and I live nearby in Baton Rouge […] so I didn't feel it was necessary to spend more money at a downtown hotel. Went to look for housing before we move to New Orleans. The hotel is close to the airport and right off the interstate. It is minutes from both downtown NO and the mall in Metairie by car unless there is heavy traffic. "Non Smoking my butt"
l got a non smoking room and the room was non smoking. But there was a smoking room across the hall. And apparnetly we had to share the AC with several smoking rooms. Horrible. Could not sleep because of the smell of smoke. IHOP attached was a nice touch though.Avis véridique Hotels.com

This was not really were I needed to stay. The hotel was not in a very good location, but it was easy to find. There was only one person working the front desk and it was hard to get through to them when I was trying to call in to make a change. Once I talked with them they were very friendly though.
