Hôtel très pratique en cas de longue correspondance car il y a un service gratuit de navette avec l'aéroport . Demander au centre d'infos à l'aéroport de la commander pour vous en arrivant à charlotte. Hôtel propre et lit confortable. Pas de restaurant autour sauf un dinner à gaufres. Le petit-déjeuné est inclus. Hotel bon marché et parfait pour se reposer entre deux vols et se remettre du décalage horaire.

"easy access; well maintained"
Close proximity to Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre, IKEA and other shops. Friendly staff w/ well maintained lobby, dining area & rooms. Extremely clean room/bathroom w/ extra care taken to position pillows/towels, etc. Free continental breakfast was simple but did have more options that some others.

"Would stay there again"
We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean. I felt very safe going to and from the hotel with my child. We enjoyed the swimming pool even though the weather was chiller than anticipated. The breakfast room was nice and comfortable place to eat what was offered. Only suggestion would be to leave the food stuff out until 1000-1015. Everything was promptly […] put up at 930-945. I had thought to go back and get yogurt and breakfast biscuits and put in the refrigerator so would not feel rushed and would be able to sleep in more the next morning. "needed improvements"
the accommodations were excellent. But there was no safety bar in the shower to hold onto and the tub was very slippery. Both my wife and I almost slipped which could have caused serious injuries!!! I believe this is not according to safety codes.

"Conveniently located"
Our room was comfortable but every lamp had bulbs that were too big causing the lamps to be broken. The hot tub/spa was not even close fo being warm. Breakfast was not staffed properly and many items were not replenished. The coffee and "hot" water were both cold. Cleaning staff was great!

"Nice place to stay!"
Was in town for a friens wedding. Hotel accomadated to our needs. No problems with checkin or checking out. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and suited our needs. Only issue with the room was the shower head made a strange high-pitched noise. Overall a wonderful stay.

"Almost like home"
I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice,quiet, and homey hotel. The staff is very friendly. Everything we needed was conveniently located within ample driving distance. The only thing that bothered me is the feather pillows...I'm allergic. Overall, we had an awesome stay!!

"Good for Room only- Amenities Horrible"
Very clean room but that's where it ends. Pool cold, had to go to front desk for towels. Bathroom at pool had no soap nor paper towels. Hot tub had luke warm water, and paint was coming off of the sides. I literally had paint on my arm from my elbow to my wrist. When I approached the front desk the response I got was,"people put chemicals in it." When […] I questioned the temperature I was told,"NC regulation is 98." Very unfriendly and unhelpful. When she finally came to the pool area she did not go anywhere near the hot tub. When we arrived the desk attendant barely looked up to check us in. It was as if I was bothering her. I gave the benefit of the doubt that she was on the computer. Later I realized that was the way she was. Each time I came to the desk either no one was there or they did not look up. The purpose of booking the hotel was for the hot tub. The work out area had one broken machine and the stationary bike seat was all torn. Then when wanted the book from the room that shows what to do in the area it too was missing. Again I asked the front desk and was told "people take them" No sorry or take this. "Best place to stay in Charlotte, NC"
We spent 2 nights in the hotel, it was close to everything, clean rooms, friendly people, swimming pools and exercise room. Breakfast was nice and we would stay there again if Charlotte is on our list.

We were attending an event at UNC Charlotte and the hotel was clean and close by and it served our needs well. I am a mom and I traveled there with my 3 children.

"Hotel in North Carolina - Great hotel value"
Excellent service, clean rooms, excellent price, knowledgeable staff, and great breakfast. The hotel is an excellent value and would definitely recommend and stay again. The only negative - the pool and the hot tub are a bit old and need some updating - but they were thoroughly clean and still wonderful to use. A great visit all around.

I have been visiting Charlotte for 5-6 months. I always stay at this hotel, as it has the best service and amenities. Internet is slow, but everything else is good.

The hotel was pretty nice. Quiet and relaxing. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the fact our room didnt get cleaned til about 4 in the afternoon. When we were trying to get ready to go to dinner. Most everyone was pretty friendly except for one lady who acted like you were more a bother then a customer.
From the helpful hotel clerks to the housekeepers, everyone seemed to be diligent to do a good job, and make our stay there a good experience. The first day the clerk bent over backwards to make sure we had a room that had a most comfortable chair, because my husband, who fights insomnia, needed a good chair just in case he could not sleep...She actually […] allowed us to inspect 3 rooms for the best chair! 1st time staying at this hotel. We had a suite, room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool area, it was a little smaller than I thought it should be. Other than that, it is a good stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. I loved how convenient it was to drive into downtown Charlotte. It was spacious and I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in my room. Overall, the place was good. The shower curtain was mangled so water got on the floor, but the beds were good, air worked well, it was quiet, nice breakfast, fair rate, good location, I would stay here again.

After a year long deployment my husband and I really needed a quick weekend getaway..This hotel was well kept. The room was very clean and comfortable, and my son loved the breakfast. The only drawback to the room was the internet connection. As we enter into the lobby the desk clerk was very professional and very polite.We come to Charlotte a lot we try to find a reasonable hotel and affordable.I must say I was very surprise that the Radison is a part of this franchise. This stay was during a New Years. The best room and service my Family and I have had in a long time. Helpful staff when Fridg. did not work. Replacement within an hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
