Homewood Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North - Brisbane

Pas de soucis particuliers. Hotel relativement proche du centre de SF à condition d'avoir un véhicule (15min). Attention circulation pénible en ville. Hotel assez bien tenu. Petit déjeuner complet.

Bon hotel, un peu loin du centre. Lepetit déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Le diner les jours de semaine était inclus dans le prix: bonne surprise!!! Attention cependant, les horaires sont de 17 à 19 heures...

De notre séjour, c'est l'hôtel que nous avons préféré. Grand confort, chambre très agréable. Bien isolé malgré la proximité d'une autoroute. Petit-déjeuner inclus, varié, copieux, personnel très attentif. L'hôtel est proche de la baie.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons adoré. Il est idéalement placé : à la fois proche de l'aéroport et pas très loin de la ville. Le personnel est serviable, toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont vraiment très classes. La piscine est plutôt sympathique pour se relaxer le soir. The queen suite was the best! Little kitchen with stove, living room area and bedroom area. I wouldn't mind LIVING in a spot like it lol.. And the host during breakfast was super generous, we gave him a 5$ tip

Came to Bay Area for a family reunion and actually reserved 3 rooms. Excellent accomodations at a very reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel , the rooms are all suite rooms . Our room had a small and convenient kitchen . The bad: the pool was small and not heated , NO JACUZZY OR HOT TUB.

Enjoyed my stay at Homewood, they have a convenient free airport shuttle and wifi and the staff are all very friendly and convenient. Morning breakfast and coffee 24-hrs is also a nice feature. Probably only downside is that there is nothing within close vicinity...you can order delivery but there is no room service like some of the travel sites indicate […] and if you don't have a car, there isn't anything within walking distance. I did like the walking area in front of the hotel...nice little path that takes you round the marina...comfy rooms, nice and clean...I don't mind the sound of jets taking off from SFO because it was only on occasion... Love love love homewood suites hotel.very convenient to where I was going and employees were very humble and helpful. Room was super comfy and consisted of all the things I needed during my stay. The rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. And there were no surprises that weren't pleasant ones. They handed us Milanos for the kids as we walked in the door. Make sure you check the directions. We missed the offramp the first time because I was trying to rely on a map. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel itself. […] They serve a pleasant breakfast spread. But, after that, you need to walk to one of the other local hotels, or go into town to eat. I loved staying at this hotel. Very convenient to get to the airport and convenient to get to the piers for sightseeing. The front desk was helpful-they printed directions for me to get where I needed to be and even helped me find a parking garage to park while at the piers. They even upgraded me to a room with a bay view! Loved having a fridge and […] microwave in the room. Totally helpful when I brought my leftovers back in. i do a lot of traveling. Homewood was one of the nicest experiences I've. The room, the bed, the kitchen, the suite, the staff, the breakfast - for the money, you CAN NOT beat it. Thanks.

I did not give this hotel a 5-star rating as the classification indicates "deluxe." And if I could, I'd have given the employees a 5-star rating for their outstanding performances. I have never seen a place where people are happy working/assisting customers,not just lip service. Kudos to the managment team at this location.

Great service & convenient location between airport and SF - if you have a car. Not sure about transportation if you don't have a car.

The guy taking care of the breakfast during the week was outstanding. Very friendly and helpfully to everyone.

The room was perfect. A kitchen and frig. Bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The price was great and no charge to park.The only drawback was the neighborhood just across from the little penisula that the hotel was on but if you were just jumping on the highway, no problem. We are very satisfied with our 4-day stay at Homewood Suites! the staff is very helful and they even accomodated our late check-out at no extra charge! the rooms are clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the overall ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing and cozy...it's like a 5-star accomodation but with very reasonable rates.... […] they have free internet access and free shuttle to the airport...what more can we ask for?! definitely highly recommended!:) Lisez la suite

This was an excellent choice for our vacation -- wish we could have extended our stay here. The staff was genuinely concerned with our comfort and were quick to assist with sightseeing opportunities.

Comfortable hotel. Located in office park and near marina. Convenient to San Francisco airport and short ride into San Francisco. Staff was very professional and very responsive.

Very afforable. You get a nice room for the price. The front desk was nice enough to let me check at 10:30am!!! This was my second stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

All staff members were outstanding in customer service. I literally felt at "Home" with Homewood. Complimentary laundry facilities. Hot breakfast and dinner (Dinner M-Thurs). Tube TV but who watches TV when you are on vacation. Best value for your money.

Loved everything about it except that the stores were so far away to go buy some beer, drinks or what not. MY vacation was perfect! Tony in the front was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff!! Breakfast was the bomb! THANKS again everyone.. TIP: They should open a little convenience store in the lobby

Staff was very friendly, convenient shuttle from the airport. Breakfast was great. I wouldn't stay here if I was in town to visit the city because it's just too far if you don't have a car, but it was perfect for me because I was just in town for the 49ers game.

Very nice, clean, courteous hotel. Helpful staff. Very surprising quality FREE breakfasts and dinner, not just toast and cold cereal. Convenient driving to Candlestick Park (we had hoped to walk but not possible). Only downside is you really can't walk to any restaurants, bars, or sights in San Francisco (15-20 minute drive). The staff were all very friendly and efficient . The included breakfast was very good and varies daily. Not convenient for sightseeing unless you have a vehicle. It is possible to use free shuttle to airport and use Bartt but takes about an hour to get downtown. I would stay there again.

We stayed over the weekend with our daughter (infant) with a trip agenda of catching up with friends and relatives. As a "home base" the hotel was fantastic. We lacked nothing. The room had all the amenities we were looking for: a suite with a comfortable living room, office desk with Wi-Fi, kitchenette and refridgerator, comfortable bed/pillows/linens, […] etc. While not overly spacious, everything was smartly & efficiently laid out. One of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed at and very competitive rates given the full amenities. And another welcome surprise, one of the best complimentary hot breakfasts we have had; nice selection of foods and warm/helpful staff. We'll be sure to book next time we're in the area. The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. For instance I needed a band aid and they had those on hand. They had a scale so we could weigh our luggage before heading to the airport. Excellent hot breakfast with great options and great host taking care of the breakfast area. Dinners (Mon-Thursday only) is from 5-7 pm and it's again a good meal, pasta, etc. It would be better to have the dinner from 5-8:30 as most people come back to the hotel around 7ish. good location if you have a car, 10 min. drive from downtown. We stayed here for a week and found it great value for money. Good breakfast and free dinner and drinks (Mon-Thur). It took about 15 minutes to get to the main parts of San Francisco from the hotel. Pool and gym are limited but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. We had biscuits and gravy one day and eggs and sausage and hashbrowns the other day. Every member of the staff we came in contact with was super friendly. The front desk people helped us find a place to eat and gave us directions. The hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at the Caltrain station for our daily trips into the city and then to the airport on our last day, all with a smile!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this Homewood Suites very much. The staff are warm and helpful, the building and the room were clean, and the complementary breakfast was good. To go to San Francisco down town area one has to go via SFO by BART, but the complementary shuttle service to and from SFO, every 35min from early monring till very late, was  […] convenient. I stayed at the Mariott downtown before staying at homewood suites. I get better value for money at homwood suites. There is regular shuttle to the airport which gives you access to BART. In addition, there;s free parking and wifi . it is is less than 15 minutes drive to the city.

My husband and I were delighted to find a spacious and well designed suite room in a very convenient location. It is located right off 101 FWY but not noisy, and close to SF downtown, about 15 minutes drive. The walking path along the water by the hotel was a nice surprise. Stayed for the week with a family of 4. Very good location, but must have a vehicle. Comfortable and roomy. Pool is small and water is cold. We had a great time and will definitely look to come back, just warm up the pool!

The suites were perfect for us with a coeliac daughter who could cater for herself in the mornings. The rest of us availed of the buffet breakfast which was more than adequate. Plenty of options to choose from. Attendant in the breakfast room couldn't do enough to satisfy everyone. He was a delight to meet in the mornings. We stayed here once before as the location is great when visiting Candlestick Park. We were attending a Giants game and thought...why pay and extra $50 for parking just to stay in the city.
