Hotel très agréable où nous avons aimé le sejour avec notre petite fille de 6 ans.Je vous conseille le petit déjeuner très copieux et typique canadien.Piscine couverte et salle de remise en forme très sympa . Personnel attentif et professionnel par contre éviter le resto du soir, pas terrible.A conseiller dans l'ensemble avec métro à proximité

Trés agréablement surprise par cet hotel super bien situé à 5mn du metro berri uqam au centre de plusieurs lignes de métro et qui est désservi directement de l'aeroport. Chambres trés propres et super spacieuses et petit déjeuner trés bon et copieux, Accueil chaleureux on vous renseigne bien, vraiment jy retournerai sans pb!!!

tres bon hotel , meme avec une grande famille!
Situation
Loft Hotel se trouve à Montréal (Plateau Mont-Royal - Quartier Latin), à proximité des sites suivants : Place Saint-Louis, Université de Québec-Montréal et Basilique Notre-Dame. Les sites Stade Percival Molson et Marché Bonsecours se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
Le petit déjeuner est offert. Outre un personnel multilingue et un service d'assistance pour les visites touristiques/achats de billets, l'établissement Loft Hotel inclut une laverie. L'accès gratuit à Internet Wi-Fi est disponible dans les espaces communs. Le personnel de l'établissement propose un service d'organisation de mariages et un service de traiteur. "Loft Hôtel à Montréal"
Nous avons été très déçus de la propreté des lofts. Bien qu'ils soient très spacieux, nous les avons trouvés trop humides et mal entretenus (sales avec des petites bestioles...). Les espaces sont invitant pour passer la soirée, mais ne sont pas chaleureux pour y passer la nuit et encore moins accueillant pour la propreté. "Loft hotel Montreal"
Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h00 et on nous a donné une moins belle chambre que si nous serions arrivés plus tard. La chambre était bien; c'est un vrai loft avec cuisine - électroménagers - s-d-b et lit + table. Mais c'est assez vieux dans la s-d-b et ça semble donc moins propre, même si ca doit l'être. On s'est fait réveillé à 6h45 du matin par des rénovations […] dans la chambre voisine à la nôtre (bruit de marteau, scie, odeur de soudure, etc.). "Loft romantique"
Nous gardons un tres bon souvenir du loft! L'endroit etait calme. La decoration etait belle et epuree. La grande fenetre et son voilage laissait passer une douce lumiere au matin. Beaucoup plus agreable qu'une simple chambre d'hotel avec de grands espaces.

Chambre très grande et bien équipé avec toutes les commodités. Hôtel bien situé. Idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours et que vous prévoyez prendre certains repas à votre chambre. Petit déjeuner continental disponible seulement à partir de 7h30 le matin. Un peu tard pour une clientèle affaire.
"Mitigé"
J'ai du changer de loft de l'étage 2 pour l'étage 6 car le détecteur de fumée du premier loft était défectueux.Les lofts du niveau 2 sont semble t il plus récents que ceux du niveau 6 qui sont plus grands mais dans celui que j'avais la salle de bain était digne d'un motel miteux.Rideau de douche sale,cheveux inconnus sur les serviettes,trous mal réparés […] sur les murs et pression d'eau inexistante.Très mal insonorisé,je pouvais entendre les conversations des voisins.Malgré tout cette hôtel atypique est très charment.Visiter au moins deux lofts avant de choisir ils semblent très différents et inégaux. Nous avions réservé un "urban loft" soldé à 40%, ce qui correspondait à un tarif d'hôtel de grande chaîne. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre qui valait le double du prix, et sincèrement, personne ne devrait payer le plein prix pour une chambre aussi sale (je parle d'une chambre à 4XX$). Les bons points: Draps et oreillers: impeccables, frais […] lavés, bien repassés, rien à dire. APrès, ça se gâte: Planchers: nu pied, on ramassait la poussière et les graines de toast comme au chalet. La douche: les coins n'ont apparemment jamais été nettoyés. On dirait que les équipements ne sont pas de grade "commercial", alors tout semble un peu fragile. Belle douche double, porte vitrée, mais pas de pression! Sur le mur du lavabo: des splash de soie dentaire comme à la maison. Sur les murs de la suite: des traces de doigt, des stries de semelle de chaussure, l'empreinte d'un front gras. Et la trace de tableaux qui ont dû être arrachés... Tous les interrupteurs crottés comme dans un appartement d'étudiant (de première année de cégep). Même remarque pour le chambranle et la porte de la salle d'eau. La cuisine de la suite était pour sa part plutôt propre. Recommandation à l'hôtelier: une petite heure de décrassage au Hertel ne ferait vraiment pas de tort, parce que la chambre est vraiment impressionnante: 700pi/car (70m²), deux lits queen très confortables; oreillers et literie de belle qualité, causeuse et canapé de cuir, table à dîner (sale) très grande, frigo, four et plaque, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, équipement cuisine très complet (de l'économe à la passoire en passant par les verres à vin). Le petit déjeuner (inclus) est sans doute pratique pour les familles, mais il faut manger à une seule grande table dans le hall ou monter ses céréales dans la chambre... (Très mauvais café, en passant, pire que Tim Horton's, il faut le faire). This is the second time I am staying at this hotel and this is the second time it has no heat.. I just don't understand how a business can get away with stuff like that when you are paying for a suite for top dollars...Definitely not recommending this place to anyone..
"LOFT HOTEL"
Overall had a good experience at the hotel. The rooms were HUGE. Almost took big lol. I was shocked at the size of our room. Only 2 glasses in the room. Everytime u want to go for a smoke at night you have to let the desk clerk let u in after.. That was a little annoying. I was happy regarding the cleanliness
"The Loft is very well situated in Montreal"
The spacious rooms are marvelous, the location of the hotel is well situated in the core of Montreal. You can walk to various events. The garage parking is less to be desired and the unattended at night time parking is also a pain. The heat regulation in some rooms are also indesirable.

The hotel was in the most convenient location!! The room has a great set up with fridge, stove, and microwave. It did seem as though their housekeeping staff forgot how to use a vacuum or broom. AND, unless you know french, you will only have two channels to watch.

This property is not a normal "hotel" and might be a little hard to find but I consider it a hidden gem. The room we had was actually in an adjacent apartment building and was HUGE with nice kitchen and a 2nd floor loft. "The Loft Montreal"
The loft lives up to its promise of offering an unconventional hotel experience and it does so at a price point which is equivalent to other hotels in down-town Montreal. I would strongly consider it should I make a return trip. That being said, the experience was not entirely positive. The pictures do not lie. The room is that large. It was actually […] larger than pictured. Possibly too large. Being across the room almost requires a shout. Stylistically, it is open concept to the max. Which isn't a good thing. Separation between the bed area and the lounge area would go a long way to make the space seem less empty. In the end, it is a little much for two people but if you invited others to the room it would not feel cramped. I suspect even 20 guests would not feel cramped though they may not have a place to sit. The room appointments were modern, though sparse but decidedly average when it comes to comfort. The lounge seating was in a nice L shape but was in two unconnected pieces. On hardwood floors. Not hard to imagine why this is a problem. The bed was nice but far from the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Room comfort on the whole is average mainly due to the heating. In our room they used radiator style heating. Which isn't a problem. However, lack of a thermostat is. When we arrived it was somewhat cool but by morning it was uncomfortably warm. Had I not discovered how to turn the system off, I suspect the second night would have been less enjoyable. The soundproofing could have been done slightly better. We could hear others walking around on hardwood floors and hall traffic in the morning was audible. The bathroom area is surprisingly small ,considering the size of the loft but adequate enough. Probably on par with most other hotel bathrooms. The lack of towels and counter space are the real negatives here. Really great rooms, very classy, a little hidden away, took a few minutes to locate entrance, beautiful rooms, amazing hotel would highly reccomend and return again. Plus there was a bath I our room which our reservation suggested there would not be. ;-) check it out.

My wife and I stayed there for one night and truly enjoyed it. The room was clean and very spacious; we did not feel like we were in a hotel but rather a nice loft apartment. Many options close by for dining or simply for a drink. A little tricky to find, could use better signage off of St.Denis, but that is a minor thing. "there's No Room service!!!"
the rooms are big but there's no room services!!! and no drink or ice machine, and breakfest sucks!!! also there's a curfew!!! after 9pm they luck the doors and even parking suckes, no space and they just keep asking for money to park in there parking space but they will give your space to someone else!!! i would never go back to that place!!!

Great hotel if you want to be in a fun neighborhood and need no handholding from hotel staff in terms of recommendations, directions, etc. Very close to Berri UQAM bus/train station which is great for getting around town and to or from the airport. Room was way bigger than we expected and stylish although some finishes were a bit rough (ie door hinge […] in bathroom was broken). One problem, which was probably our fault anyway is that we walked right by it twice while looking for it. "Loft Hotel - One of the best spots in Montreal"
Very nice hotel, extremely well located. The rooms have and incredibly large size. Loft 406 has a very luxurious bathroom. Service is simple yet satisfying. Staff is very accessible. Breakfast in lobby is just okay, but I've seen much worst in much more expensive hotels. The bed was one of the most confortable I've ever slept in. "STAY AWAY... BAD!!!!!"
dont be fool for the location ... horrible staff and hotel... very rude and not helpful at all. Parking is a nightmare. Different prices (one from the hotel staff, other from the parking company). I can stress enough how the staff is rude and not well trained. After, this review you still insist in this hotel... then beware of the coldness of the rooms […] (most os the rooms are in the basement). Hotel was nice. Desk staff was friendly. Convenient to walking to main Montreal attractions. Placed us in their apartment suite upon arrival. Desk staff helped with questions about Montreal. We parked in their garage the first night and didn't move the car until after checkout. The parking attendant rudely wrote on a stapled pad on the surface of our […] car causing a scratch on our New Car. We immediately called the front desk and their response was simply to "talk to her". Felt the attendant was unprofessional and we weren't satisfied with the response we received to our complaint. This hotel should have been apartments. great spacious rooms. hard to navigate through the actual hotel and hallways. seems like there was very little thought put towards the construction of this hotel. Do not be fooled by the hotel sign on sherbrook since the hotel is actually on saint denis. i got a parking ticket for 85 dollars as i parked to check […] in. We were pleasantly surprised with the large room/suite - beautifully furnished. One small complaint was there were no drinking glasses in the room and no tea/coffee maker.

Located in Latin Quarter, central to old Montreal and in walking distance to most of Montreal, the Loft hotel is very well designed. The room we had was one of the biggest I have ever stayed in - staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and tidy.

We just lucked upon this great hotel right in the Latin quarter. The room was big and open and fresh. Comfortable bed. Great view. Only little glitch was that they first put us in a traditional room that was not equipped with kitchen, frig, coffee maker, etc., although that was how the accommodation was described. When we pointed it out to the clerk, […] he said he figured we didn't really want all those amenities since we were only staying 2 nights. Huh? But they gladly changed us and it was lovely. "Be aware of the apperence"
NIce location, but the poor quality of the service from the get go killed my experience. It feels they hired a bunch clueless employees to deal with the management of the guests. Poor welcoming, no basic utilities in the room (glasses, garbage, soap, etc.) and they didn't pluged properly the ac, therefore the room temperature was over 39 degrees!!! In […] conclusion, very good looking hotel, has great potential, but at this point this hotel does not worth the money that I have spent for my stay and their lack of customer manner really killed my experience... The room is huge and very nice, although there is no phone in the room and the recption area looks to be under construction. The Hotel has great potentiasl, but no ammenities liek soap in the room and no way to call the front desk was just frustrating.
