Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Clean, modern rooms. Hot tub perfect 104 degrees x 3 days. Excellent hot breakfast. Take bypass to Smokies or enjoy upscale tourism of Gatlinburg. The first stop of trolley to avoid parking fees.

We've stayed there before -- loved it! This time there was black mold on the ceiling over the beds! Shape up, please! We love the mattresses at your hotel.

Excellent hotel. Out a little but just perfect for the in town activities. Very very nice hotel, like every other Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in. Front desk very helpful in us checking out early due to illness. Good policy at hotel if you HAVE to check out early....no penalties. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Great.

"Gross"
Huge booger on shower wall...very unsettling but noticed it too late to change rooms. No wireless in rooms and bedding was outdated and not warm enough. No extra blankets or pillows either.

The staff were very friendly. My children enjoyed the in-door pool.
"Fun and Comfort in Gatlinburg"
The beds are super comfortable. I love the area and the hotel is easy to get to. The shuttle was available at this hotel often. The only downside is that the hotel is located a bit away from town, but parking is fairly cheap, so it isn't too bad.

Stayed two nights and was very pleased with my room. The furniture was a little worn down but besides that it was a good stay. The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. My boyfriend complained about the room being small but I thought it was a good size after all we were only staying two nights. "Great hotel except for the bed..."
We were very pleased with our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The only complaint we would have is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was very hard and the linens seemed to be worn. "Gatlinburg Fairfield Inn"
This was our second time to stay here and we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel.

We stayed in June for 2 nights. Very attractive, well maintained hotel. Our kids, ages 8, 11, and 13, loved the water slide and indoor pool. The breakfast was good but very crowded. We didn't use the shuttle because it required several transfers to make it to different parts of downtown Gatlinburg and we didn't want to wait. "The Fairfield Inn in Gatlinburg, TN"
The location of the hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly; the thing that we didn't like was that online they advertised that all rooms had refrigerators and microwaves...NOT TRUE!! When we got there we found out only the suites have microwaves and refrigerators. They were nice enough to put our food in the housekeeping refrigerator and explained […] that the rooms didn't have enough plug-ins for refrigerators. We probably won't stay there again. "Location"
I thought the location was great. Close to the Smokey Mts. Park yet not right in the middle of town. All kids enjoyed the pools. My little could even play in the outdoor pool because it went from 0-3 feet. Even so the olders enjoyed themselves too.
We only stayed here one night, but the beds were soooo comfortable. I am checking into what kind they are so I can get one at home!! The room was small and very basic but very clean. The staff was friendly.

"Convenient, but out-dated and staff unfriendly"
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights during a brief visit to Gatlinburg on our way to NC. We typically try to choose Marriott-chain hotels anywhere we travel bc of the quality and cleanliness they offer. This Fairfield was in a convenient location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but the staff was not friendly, the rooms were very small, […] basic, and out of date, and rates were not very competitive compared to other hotels in the area. Cleanliness was satisfactory but showed room for improvement. I will definitely look for other options on our next trip to Gatlinburg, including other Marriotts. Lisez la suite

"BEARfield Inn Gatlinburg"
This hotel was fine. It has a great pool with a slide that the kids love, although the pool chlorine was REALLY strong. The breakfast was okay. There was a waffle machine and biscuits and gravy plus the usual continental breakfast fare. It is a hike if you plan on walking anywhere from there, so I recommend the trolley as opposed to driving in Gatlinburg. […] The beds were soft but supportive and there wasn't the big dirty comforter to deal with like at most hotels. The highlight of our stay for my kids was the black bear that visits the dumpster behind the pool. He came in broad daylight and was 6 foot plus tall on his hind legs. He climbed in the dumpster and pulled out some pancakes. His whole visit lasted about 15 20 minutes, but he gave a lifetime full of memories. There was also a raccoon that visited the pool that evening, but he was nowhere near as exciting as the bear. I would probably stay somewhere closer to all the action if I went to Gatlinburg again, but this was a good, clean, fun place to stay. Lisez la suite
"Good Spot to Stop"
Found the hotel very easy to get to - pratcially the first one you encounter as you come into G'burg from the north. We are walkers, so the hike into town was no problem, although for some it could be. There is a trolley service into town from the hotel parking lot. The room was nice, and the continental breakfast, while typical, was good.

If you intend to stay a couple of nights, this hotel will be perfect. Clean rooms, good beds, good showers, efficient staff, close to the city, good price. But if you are planing to stay a little more, maybe you will miss some things in your room: no fridge, no microwave, rooms are a little small (not so small, but far from being wide), wi-fi connection […] doesn't work (only the one by cable). P.S.: I have travelled for a month through the US and I have one complaint about all the hotels I have stayed: poor breakfast! Artificial scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy... and that's all. I don't know if it's because I am brazilian and here we really eat very well... but for me and my family, breakfast is always the most disappointing thing in all hotels. Lisez la suite
