Very comfortable room, beds were very nice, overall a clean space which is important to me. Didn't like the location much. We were dropped off by family at an extremely late hour and there were no restaurants within a safe walking distance.

this is close to the air port so easy to get to from any where in town. For someone who has never been to Portland it was so easy to find. The Van to the air port was great also. Very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return on my next business trip!

Great service. Convenient, clean, reasonably priced. They even pack a light breakfast for you in case you leave too early for the one they serve. Definitely my favorite PDX airport hotel.

Overall the Hotel seemed very pleasent and the staff was friendly. My problem was that it the middle of the night I rolled over in the queen sized bed and was awakened by the strong odor of urine! I had a plane to catch in 2 hrs so I just got up, showered and left. I told the front desk about this as I left at 5 am and was told management would get […] back to me. It was great but the carpet in the room needs to be vacuumed around the edges. It seems to be a problem in many different hotel chains. Bed was very comfortable and we will stay there again.

Our room was clean when we arrived, beds comfy. Just a little surprised that our breakfast dishes were not removed and the coffee pot was not cleaned when we returned at the end of the day.

I called the hotel prior to booking on hotels.com to confirm if the room I wanted was a two-room suite with a door separating the living area from the beds. They confirmed yes - two separate rooms. I needed to put my son to bed, shut the door then visit with family. We arrived to one room with two beds, not a suite. According to them, there are no rooms […] like I had wanted. Now I'm crazy because I wonder, well then who the heck at Comfort Suites told me you did have it? The pack'n play crib we requested, while it was in our room, didn't have a mattress,no extra sheets. It was late, I was irritated that the only person who could source a new pack 'n play was the shuttle driver - who was on a run to the airport. The heater/ac did not have a functioning control button and the lamps were all unplugged so had to dig behind to plug things back in. At checkout they provided a go-bag with juice/packaged pastry and apple, nice effort, we declined. The shuttle left promptly but strangely, he only made one drop at the airport. We all had to get off at the same place. And the drop was in the median, across the street from the terminal. As a mom traveling alone with a 2 year old, 2 suitcases and stroller, how am I supposed to get to curb check? Luckily a kind woman offered to help me shepard my son across 4-lanes of traffic while he pushed his own stroller, and I pulled our two suitcases. And even tho this was a huge hassle, I seemed to be the only idiot who tipped the guy. Lisez la suite

Stayed one night at this holet and really enjoyed myself. When it was time to check out I really wanted to stay. All employees were very nice and the quality was very good.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Everything you could need for an overnight stay!

This hotel is a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel had a varied menu and the food taste was good - also prices were reasonable. I booked this room for my husband and daughter when he was taking her to catch a plane that left early in the morning. They loved it. It was only 1 mile from PDX and it was close (need to drive) to many great shops (Ikea, Target, Best Buy, Home) and restaurants. . The free breakfast was fantastic- included bacon and sausage and lots of great fruit. The free shuttle to the airport was very easy and convenient. The staff were all very happy and helpful. I arrived about midnight after almost 24 hours of travel from Bristol UK. I had paid in advance through one of internet travel agency. I registered and went to my room. When I first opened the door, I thought some one had turned the bed down for me. I further looked around the room and was amazed to discover that the room had not been cleaned and made […] up with clean. Being so exhausted, I took a clean spare pillow from the closet put my head on it and went to sleep on top of the bed spread. When I checked out, I explained my distress to the Assistment Manager. I could hear EVERYTHING step of the guest above me. It was Horrible, and never ever ever like complaining about things. AND waitress at the Cafe, took 1 WHOLE ENTIRE HOUR til I got my food. We stayed here based on the on-line reviews we read -- and they were right on. The Country Inn was clean, the staff friendly, the lobby welcoming, the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was astonishing: eggs, waffles, fruits, cereals, etc. We plan to make this our when-in-Portland stay.

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful - scrambled eggs, sausage, several kinds of bread (bagels, toast, scones, sweet rolls), cold cereal and the first time I've seen hot oatmeal! Waffle maker is always great to have as well as cut fresh fruit and whole bananas, oranges, apples. A real bargain for the price!

We stay here everytime we come to Portland and have never been disappointed.

We stayed here in November and had a great visit but booked directly with Country Inn. Booking through Hotels.com we got a room without pillow top mattress - which we thought was standard. Room was definitely less manicured than previous. And desk was NO help regarding surrounding area restaurants. People were exceptionally nice and helpful. Located very close to Portland airport, inexpensive, good, but not great facilities.

I forgot so many things! Deodorant, shower cap, toothpaste, toothbrush. Definitely had alot on my mind while packing! The hotel staff gave me everything I needed. Considering the place charges such an excellent rate compared to it's neighbor hotels, I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get so many of these items, included in the price. Great pe […] rk! Less than five minutes to the airport and dining attractions. Very friendly staff and good food. Overall quiet and pleasant experience. Hotel dining was surprisingly good. I ate dinner there twice and was happy with the food.

Staff are superb; shuttle driver included. On-site restaurant with excellent food was a plus, so we didn't have to go searching an unfamiliar area for dinner. Can't think of one negative about the facility.

Very close to airport and accomodations made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to stay there next time. The breakfast was a big factor since I had no car.

We've learned Country Inns are very consistently wonderful. A surprise this time was the front desk attitude when we arrived. Not nice but maybe they were having a bad day. We even ended up with the room next to the elevator and the room was still quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and available amenities at this hotel. The guest laundry was clean & worked great, the fitness room had a good variety of equipment for working the entire body, and the lobby had complimentary cookies, coffee and various teas available 24/7. Before making a reservation at the hotel I read the reviews. One that caught my eye was that it was difficult to find. I made sure that my iPhone had the address. If not for the iPhone I'm not sure if I would have found the hotel. The location was in a quiet area of town, out of the hustle and bustle. I requested a first floor room when I arrived. The […] person at check-in told me that I was already assigned a room on the first floor. The check in person was very pleasant. The room was clean. It had two double beds. I wife would have been happier had it been one king size bed. The bed size didn't bother me. A double bed had ample room for two people. Breakfast was included which is always a plus, especially when you are getting a good rate for the room. The breakfast was good. Overall I'll have to say I enjoyed my stay. I will plan on staying at this hotel the next time I'm flying into or out of Portland. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Lisez la suite
