Ns allions à Daytona pour le "Turkey Run". Le choix d'hôtel importait peu mais ns voulions être sur la plage, avoir une chambre sans odeur de moisissure avec un lit confortable et être d'un prix raisonnable. Voici nos commentaires: Avons très apprécié notre chambre avec balcon sur la mer pour la vue (levée du soleil, vol d'oiseaux) et le son des vagues […] (avons gardé la porte ouverte durant la nuit), l'ordinateur et service internet, la tranquilité des environs. Avons moins aimé les élévateurs très lents, l'utilisation du styromousse aux déjeuners, certains mûrs et portes nécessitant un rafraîchissement. N'avons pas aimé le bain tourbillon extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas et la surprise du stationnement payant (5$/jour). Considérant la qualité/prix, cet hôtel est très acceptable, si vs préférer la tranquilité et avez une voiture car très peu de services aux alentours (peu ou pas de bons restos). Lisez la suite

Not bad for the price and beach front is beautiful

It was very nice except that there were no places to eat in walking distance. My friend and I did not rent a car, so we had to pay to take the bus or a taxi every night. Also, they serve NO food at the hotel after continental breakfast ends at 10am. So you either have to buy things to eat for lunch (what we did) or go out for lunch AND dinner. The rooms could use some updating, television was small, no movie channels but the room was clean. Hotel personnel was very courteous. Location was great very easy to get around.

Over all I liked the hotel, it was a nice stay. It was a group of us and we had 3 roomms, everyone was pleased, pretty pool area and we enjoyed the hot tub. Yes, I would recommend this hotel. No luxery, simple but nice and good for the price.

We had such a great time on our Daytona vacation at Acapulco Hotel & Resort the location was great the people and staff was great our room was great the pool and beach are awesome. The only things I saw that could be improved on is the carpets in the hallways really need to be replaced and the hot tubs, one wasn't working at all ,and the other one wasn't […] working well .Let me say that the positive really outweighs the bad. There were some hidden fees and one of the front desk girls were very mean, but the hotel and pool and beach were really nice. Affordable and convenient but the parking lot was rediculously small!

Very disatisfied with this hotel. We showed up a little early to checkin, and were repeatedly told to check back every 20 minutes until the room was completed. Once the room was completed, it was missing towels, had stains on the comforters and a very poorly closing door. Elevators were very slow and small, consistently filled with hosuekeeping staff. […] Front desk did compensate a late checkout on final day at no cost (normally $10 if it is available). The first room they wanted to give us (Room 805) had a couple beer cans in the trash and randomly there was a really loud noise coming from the employee only room next door. I went down stairs and told them about my problems and they moved us to another room. The other room was very clean. The housekeeper on the seventh floor was very friendly and out […] going and was nice to chat with while waiting for the elevator. The only other complaint I would have is the elevators are very small. The luggage cart barely fit in with two other people. The pool was nice temp. The location was great. We love this hotel! We stayed two nights and it was perfect. Hotel staff was all very nice. The location was to die for, right on the beach, and the price wad way cheaper than surrounding hotels. Would totally stay again!

First of all I was never told I could not check in before 4pm. The people at the service desk were rude but the young lady at my time of check out was very nice. No one tells you that they are going to charge you $5 a night for parking until you check out. Finding a parking spot after 8pm was almost impossible. The guy that was in charge of the breakfast […] took the milk just as my son was going to put it on his cereal. The cleaning staff should be the ones greeting the guests because they were very friendly. The guy running the lounge at night was also very friendly. I called down to get a roll away bed for my room and when I asked the young lady on the line if any are available her exact words to me were if we have I will send it up and if we don't then I won't. I never heard back from her but my wife and I saw a maintenance guy and asked him if any were available and he said he could get us one right away and asked us for our room # and he had it to us in less than 10min. The bottom line is that the location was excellent some of the staff were excellent but the employees working the front desk need to be taught to be more helpful and friendly to the guests. This was my first and last time at this hotel. One last piece of advice, if you are going to charge a person a daily rate to park at the hotel you may want to mention that when they are checking in. I know for the money I spent for that room I can do a lot better for the same price or possibly less. Lisez la suite

great family hotel.good for families with small children .

Had a wonderful stay this year, just as nice as last year. Wish we could have stayed longer. Just wish we did not have to pay for parking!

We were charged $5/day for car park and to our surprise were charged $1.5 for a safe in room which we never used.Our room was not done second day of our stay,towels were placed on wash basin,carpet very filthy.Beds were comfortable as well lobby.Location we looked as it was in a quoted section of beach.

Not much of a breakfast, but very reasonably priced for oceanview room! Yes, the elevators are slow. We took the stairs down (from the 8th floor). Nice personnel.

Great location and convenient to beach. Outdoor pool and spa were nice and free breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in time was 4 despite efforts to do so earlier causing a nice line of people waiting to check in. The elevator was a little old, small and slow but eventually got you there. TVs were old tube type with basic cable […] (no in demand movies) so attaching a HDMI or USB cable to a iPad was not an option. The wifi was not high speed (better use data plan 3G) and limited range to lobby so those of us higher up had some issues. Overall a nice short stay and have to call it GOOD. Lisez la suite

elevators very slow,they charged by the day to park and spaces very tight.they also charged 50 dollars on our credit card without explaining it to us when we checked in. no restaurant no bar.maids were nice,rooms pretty clean.a last resort in our book.

I know we visited at a bad time (spring break). Our room was not emaculant, but it was very clean. The guest before us were thrown out, so there were ink stains, etc on the floor. The engineer of the hotel was swapping out the matresses for new matresses when we arrived. We were very understanding, and the staff was moving as fast as they could. Nice place to stay. This is my 3rd stay. The kids loved the pool. It was clean. The room was spotless. I self cleaned the counter tops, sinks, toilet, etc. ( Didn't see not one dirty spot on the towels I used). Ashley, the front desk clerk, is awesome. She was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Went to daytona for spring break with kids hotel was very clean staff was very helpful....kitchen came with everything even the pots!!! Only thing is that it's very very far from pier and at night parking is a pain in the butt...parking lot isn't big enough for all the cars....there also is a $5 fee for parking your car which wasn't that bad compared […] to other hotels that charge $15 overall very happy...will be back!! Acapulco was chosen because of rate, location and heated pool. The pool was kept very clean and overlooked the beach. Rooms were not fancy or brand new, but a good value. Love this hotel everytime we come to Daytona Beach. The staff is always super friendly. The hotel is clean. And I like the continental breakfast in the morning.

Right on the beach with a decent pool. One day we had a lot of wind and there was a mini putt across the street which was great for the kids. The continental breakfast was OK but got repetitive by our last day. We extended our stay for an extra 3 days.

I would defiantly stay at this hotel again and bring my kids this time. We went during bike week and there was nothing crazy going on here. (We visited the desert inn down the road and it was a filthy mess, smelt of urine and pure chaos!) The hotel was clean. Breakfast is included and was all right. Nothing special. You eat off paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. The location is nice. It's right at the beach with a back exit to the beach. There's a terrace to sit and have breakfast facing the beach as well..

We picked this hotel for a week end getaway, but ended regretting our choice. The room smelled, it was dirty and the bathroom had wall patches everywhere. We wanted to change rooms , but felt stuck with it and did not want to ruin our anniversary week end. Free breakfest is break/cerals/oatmeal etc.. not bad at all! Rooms were great.. veiw is AMAZING.. Hottub.. not working.... appears to be like this for a while.. plywood over one of the tubs. Pool - heated!.. and warm.. pool cleaning contractor was there keeping it up to snuff Overall great place

Hotel was clean, easy to find, and close to all the sites. The bad was the parking, the lot is tight and they charge you $X.XX a night to park in an open lot. If you have a truck or large vehicle, parking is extremely hard as the lot is small and crowded. The beds were not comfortable and we got a 4:30 am call from the front desk asking if we had a certain type of vehicle that was NOT ours! The room view was great we had an oceanfront view but don't expect room service or food to be available at the hotel with exception of the continental breakfast needs some new carpet a bit of remodeling and updating but overall good for the price and staff was great!

Many reviews stated hotel unclean. They are true. Worst hotel we have stayed in for the past 20 years. Breakfast a joke.

Stayed here for the rolex 24 hour race. Nice enough hotel, its it older. But our room wasn't cleaned very good (empty paper cup left and things like that) Breakfast is lame, and the charge for parking on their property ( $5 / day / car) is pretty bad. It is Right on the beach, so you can take walks. If you have Dogs, they are not allowed here and also, […] not allowed on the beach ( even in the winter!....but you can drive your car on the beach! 2nd time staying there...better this time!

A clean, comfortable room. Nothing especially fancy, but it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights while touring the surrounding Daytona Beach area.

The staff was very pleasant. Our room was easy to locate. and the complementary morning breakfast was great. Beach access was easy and located in a quiet area. Ocean view was fabulous
