Cet appart hotel reserves de bien desagreable surprises pour son prix: a ce niveau on s attend a mieux qu une chambre minuscule et un canape depliant... Les chambres donnent sur le hall d entree d un centre commercial tres bruyant le matin. Seuls points positifs: cafe et eau a volonte, personel acceuillant, coin cuisine dans l entree de la chambre.

Très bien situé, personnel très sympa, j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Y'a plein de bus et de lignes de métro en bas de l'hotel, un centre commercial à côté et c'est calme la nuit pas de soucis lorsque nous sommes rentrés tard !

Great base for visiting a spectacular city! Would most certainly use again!

Whole studio was not very clean and needed re-decorating. Rooms are only cleaned and serviced once a week and it showed! No clean towels, bedlinen etc unless you stay for a week. A tiny room with minimum furniture, not even a bedside table.The internet didnt work.One young new receptionist did her best to assist but the others were unhelpful and dismissive […] e.g. forgetting to order a taxi for me despite the fact I was stood in front of him with my luggage and I was the only person in Reception at the time. Although it is very close to amenities and a metro station, it is still quite far from the tourist attractions in Paris but the price does not reflect this. The price does not justify the location. Also, and a big also, we had a SOFA bed for a bed. CRAPPY hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

MR.ABOU AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE NEEDS TO BE COMMENDED FOR HIS SELFLESS SERVICE AND GOOD GESTURES. ALEX

We stayed here for 4 night in early June 2011. Really big room, ours had a full kitchen, master room, twin bed, and a twin bed that came out of the couch. Could easily sleep 4/5. Nice hotel with very nice service in a great location, there is a Metro right outside the hotel door. The area felt safe and it is easy to go anywhere in Paris using the metro […] from this location. Excellent location for us, right next to the Metro and a supermarket in the shopping centre behind. The reception area is pleasant and has free tea/coffee and free Wifi. We had a one-bedroom apartment, with someone sleeping on the sofa-bed in the lounge and a third on a bed in the corridor. It was acceptable for our one-night stay. It's a little bit […] grubby in places, but not dirty. It was handy to have the space of the kitchen/lounge and generally we felt, for the money, a good place for our short stay. This hotel is located at the Place D'Italie in Paris France, accessible easily by Metro, and a minute's walk from the subway station itself. The area is nice, plenty of restaurants and shops. It is attached to a shopping center with a few stores, not too busy. The room was very comfortable. We went with 2 couples and the apartment was plenty big, with […] a bedroom, a pull-out sofa in the living room and another bed in the hallway. Accommodations were clean, and the kitchen was small but quite nice. Definitely recommend it for a family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering hotel prices in Paris this hotel was well worth what we paid for. Room (studio apt for two) was small, though that's normal in Paris, and reasonably clean. Kitchenette was well equipped and definetly a plus if you don't want to eat out for every meal. Very well located just by a shopping center with supermarket and across a metro station […] (where 3 lines intersected so for most destination there was no need to change line). Free high speed internet in the room (not wireless though) was also a plus. Needs improvement: bed was OK, but could have been more comfortable (the bed is in reality a sofa bed with two twin size beds). There was no fan in the bathroom. Lisez la suite

We stayed all over Europe and this was my favorite Hotel! It is located right across the street from the metro, and right behind the hotel is a mall with every store you could ever need. We loved this hotel! Since the hotel comes with a kitchen, it was so easy to go see things during the day and then come back and enjoy food that was bought at the grocery […] store just feet away from you hotel door. This hotel is well worth the price. The kitchenette is very convenient if you don't want to eat out for each meal. The bed/sofa could be more comfortable, though, and the sheets and pillow had a slighly sour smell as though they hadn't been properly washed. Otherwise, the room seemed fairly clean. You get what you pay for.

The room for 1-2 people is very small, and beware that the bed is just a couch that opens up into two individual beds. So if you are going for luxury or a romantic weekend then this might not be for you. Having said that, for the price, you can't beat this place. Especially if you don't plant to spend much time in your room anyway. Although Place D'Italie […] is not itself very exciting, it is right above three metro lines (one which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower), and in walking distance to many other nice neighborhoods. NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO Y TIENE UNO QUE PAGAR HASTA 32 EUROS DIARIOS EN UNO CERCANO. LIMPIAN UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA EL DEPARTAMENTO ENTONCES CARO PARA LA FRECUENCIA DE LIMPIEZA BUENA UBICACION Y ALREDEDORES CON CENTRO COMERCIAL Y RESTAURANTES.

Et ok hotel til en ok pris. Rengøringen på vores værelse kunne være noget bedre og et meget skrabet møblement, men det var jo heller ikke der vi skulle være. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Rigig god beliggenhed på bagsiden af et indkøbscenter og metro lige på den anden side af gaden, hvor der også er et godt brassier. Så book bare

メトロ、バスを使ってどこに行くにもとても便利な場所にありました。パリをじっくり観光するには最適。 毎日ではないのですが、すぐそばにマルシェが立ち、新鮮な野菜やパン、惣菜、肉、魚、チーズ、花などが手に入ります。マルシェのない日にはすぐ隣にカルフールが入るショッピングモールがあるのでとにかく生活するようにパリに滞在するにはもってこいの場所でした。

駅の目の前にあり、迷うことなく到着できました！フロントの人も凄く親切に接してくれました！ 無料のコーヒーサービスがあったりインターネット出来たのでとっても助かりました！ ショッピングセンターに隣接してある為買い物にとっても便利で毎日のように買い物してました！スーパーが広くて品揃えが良かったです。 毎日自炊していたので助かりました！ ただ一つ残念な事がありました。 シャワー浴びていたら最後お湯が出なくなりました。1日の使用量を越してしまったのかも？その日以降シャワー時間を少なくしたらお湯は出ました！ 次もこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。オススメします！

Clean and convenient, sapcious when you think of it's a hotel in Paris. Kitchen is reasonable and it's really good to be able to do a little cooking. Do ask for a receipt for the city tax when you check in. Das Hotel befindet sich zentral an einem öffentlichen Verkehrsknotenpunkt und ist somit für eine Stadterkundung gut gelegen. Die Hoteleingangshalle macht einen guten Eindruck und das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Kaffee und Tee sowie WLAN gibt’s kostenlos in der Hotellobby. Ich hatte ein Apartmentzimmer im 1.OG mit Küche (zwei Herdplatten, […] Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sowie einem Geschirrspüler). Der im angrenzenden Shoppingcenter gelegene Supermarkt unterstützt somit die Entscheidung zur ein oder anderen Selbstverpflegung. Das Bad (Badewanne mit Dusche) war ok – hatte jedoch Verbesserungspotential in Punkto Reinigung. Das Zimmer selber war für Übernachtungszwecke ausreichend, bot aber ansonsten nicht viel Komfort. Straßenlärm, von der angrenzenden Hauptstraße, wurde durch die Fenster ausreichend abgeschirmt, so dass man beim Einschlafen/Durchschlafen nicht beeinträchtigt wurde. Das Bett selber war eine Klappcouch, die einen alten und versifften Eindruck machte. Das Obermaterial war stellenweise stark beschädigt und die Schlafmatzratze war auch nicht mehr die Neuste, so dass ich nicht unbedingt gut schlief. Das Bettzeug (Decke/Kissen/Laken) waren aber sauber. Für ein Wochenende ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Abstriche gibt’s für den sehr schlechten Zustand des Betts und die verbesserungswürdige Reinigung im Bad. Lisez la suite
