Très bon séjour ! Le quartier n'est peut être pas le plus beau d’Oslo mais très agréable d’accès pour visiter la ville grâce au tramway et au bus à quelques mètres. L’hôtel est comme sur les photos vraiment très design et confortable. Il en ai pas moins que l’hôtel est assez mal insonorisé ainsi le vendredi soir et le samedi soir si des gens font la fête vous allez tout entendre. Je le recommande vraiment !

très charmant accueil petite remarque; l'hôtel n''est pas à 2,5 km de l'aéroport mais à 7 km, mais peu importe, c'était très calme. Cependant le coût de la navette nous semble assez élevé (environ 20 €/P A/R). Ceci étant l'hôtel est venu nous chercher dans les 5 mn qui ont suivi notre appel de l'aéroport.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel. Il ne faut pas se laisser décourager par l'extérieur du bâtiment car le lobby vient d'être refait et les chambres, certes un peu petites, sont très fonctionnelles et ont un certain cachet avec des meubles en bois vernis. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté de la gare centrale et du centre d'Oslo. Le petit déjeuner inclus, sous forme de buffet, est très bon et les produits sont, pour la plupart, bios. Accueil sympa, check in & out rapide et efficace. Je recommande cet hôtel.

l'hotel est certes très bien situé mais le personnel, peu à l'écoute, est assez désagréable (aucun effort pour se faire comprendre, cassant...). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, ce qui est un très bon point. En revanche, niveau propreté, il y a beaucoup de choses à redire: les étagères étaient pleines de poussière, le drap du dessous était taché […] et les portes en inox de l'ascenseur étaient pleine de traces de doigts pendant 3 jours... Enfin, s'agissant du confort général, les chambres sont très chaudes (pas de clim?) et il est souvent pénible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit permanent... un hôtel à conseiller du moins pour ceux qui veulent passer quelques jours à Oslo sans complètement se ruiner (attention, la vie est très chère en norvège). Bien situé, au centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Propre, personnel aimable et serviable. Propre, un beau buffet petit déjeuner. Un endroit où il fait bon rester.

Attention, hotel fort sympathique mais certaines chambres sont situées devant une boite de nuit extrêmement bruyante. Nous n'avons point dormi la 1ère nuit. Après discussion avec la réceptionniste, celle-ci nous a donné une autre chambre beaucoup plus calme à l'arrière de l'hotel pour la fin de notre séjour...

L'hôtel est très bien situé à Oslo : une très grande majorité des sites principaux sont accessibles à pied. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel disponible. Le seul point négatif est l'isolation des chambres, mais cela reste raisonnable.

En plein centre, très bonne situation pour visiter Oslo. Personnel réactif : on avait un problème de température dans la chambre (trop chaud), ils nous ont change de chambre sans que l'on ait demandé quoi que ce soit. Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue donc très calme la nuit. En revanche, le matin, l'isolation vis a vis du couloir n'est pas top […] donc on entendait les femmes de ménage et les gens dans le couloir : pas de grasse mat possible... We spent 2 two: The 1st night, we get a bedroom for disabled. Not very fun. Bed is so poor that we ask for change. 2nd night: the bed is better, but stay poor.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the staff was nice, however, my room was too cold, the climate control in the room was not working, I called several times to complain about the cold temperature in my room. after several times, they sent a heater to my room, but the heater didn't work, I just gave up and walked around with the blanket that was […] provided. "A good room at a fair price"
Everything was very good indeed. I liked that WiFi was part of the price. Good bed and bathroom. The breakfast was also very good. Only one little complaint was that I like a completely dark room and the light from the Minibar lit up the room quite a lot so I had to use towels over the Minibar to get the room completely dark.

Excellent value for the price I paid. Wonderful service, very comfortable rooms at competitive prices. Breakfast was superb and the 20% discount on other meals at the restaurant was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to tourists and business travellers.

Location is great in relation to the harbor and restaurants. We just used carry-on luggage, so we had no problem with the 10 min walk to & from the bus station which receives passengers from both Ryan Air and main airline terminals. Location is good, under 1km from Oslo's central railway station. Metro, tram and airport bus goes near. Nice friendly staff. The room wasn't finest of them all but good. Be on time at the breakfast. Free internet cable.

The Hotel is very well located. the room was very nice and big enough. Breakfast was good. The only little thing I didn't like was a comment that the receptionist made by the phone when I arrived at night. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Except for that I have nothing to complain about.

Didn't expect this... But the pictures actually looked like the rooms. Heated tiles in the washroom! Hardwood floors, breakfast, LCD with some channels to watch the Ski jumps... couldn't ask for more... Oh and your almost next to the metro and one street away from the main section in the city. This was my second stay at the hotel in two weeks. Several of the staff recognized me and welcomed me back, even though I had only stayed one night the first time. The rooms are small, efficiently laid out and very clean. The television contains a personal welcome message when you enter the room. The first time, I stayed in a single room and the second […] time, I was with my son and had a double. The bathroom and room were both a bit bigger and a bit nicer in the double. The location is fantastic. The shuttle from the airport lets you off across the street from the hotel and picks up right in front. You are two blocks from the main street that runs from the Palace to the Parliament and four blocks from City Hall and the waterfront. "Smaller and More Expensive than Tokyo and good"
I chose this hotel because it is at one of the stops for the SAS Flybussen and I had two large suitcases to manage. It was convenient for this and its location was good for sightseeing, etc. The single room was tiny and the price was large (even compared to Tokyo, which is supposedly first among small rooms at high prices). The hotel lobby is also […] small and it opens to a restaurant and a gift shop. It also has two computers with Internet Access, a teeny little shop of its own, postcards and a bar with newspapers from all over. At night, there is free soup. My room was quite adequate, despite its small size. There is a wall-mounted television set that can also be used as an alarm clock. I had a twin bed, a desk, a chair and a bathroom. The bathroom seems typical from what I've seen of Norwegian hotels and apartments in that it has no tub and the shower floor slopes to let the water drain away. There's a button to heat the bathroom floor. The elevator made it simple to get my suitcases to the room. I requested tea for my room and after a short wait, an electric tea kettle and a small basket of tea, coffee and other supplies was delivered. The breakfast buffet is provided in the adjacent cafe and is diverse, but I wish I'd gotten there earlier in order to get an orange! The hotel shares its public bathroom with the restaurant and this was the only place in the entire hotel that I saw that didn't smell clean. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there all day at no charge and they were good at giving directions and recommendations. There is an electric display showing flight departure times. The hotel is at a perfect location - 70 meters from Karl Johan Street. Good value for money, good staff approach but no wifi in the rooms - if they fix that it will be ideal for solo travelers in Oslo

+Good location, 10 min walk to Oslo S station, all sights are close to the hotel. Very good breakfast (variable). The neibours are not heard. In the evening free soup to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi and two computers in the hall. - In our room in the evening the heating was switched off for 2 days. But the receptionist gave us a portable heater.

Hotel close to tram or easy to walk to main shopping street. Central Station about 15 minute walk. I was able to walk to most attractions. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Sitting chair had a stain that could've been dried sauce or blood. Bed sheet had a stain from the first night and wasn't change the 4 nights I stayed. Room was otherwise clean. I stayed for two nights in January with a friend. The best thing with this hotel is its central location. The staff is friendly and you have free Internet access at the reception. My friend had a sore throat so we couldn´t keep opening the window to let the smoke out all the time. At around 2 am, I went down to the reception to tell about the problem. Great location. Very good value for money. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. They told us aaboutthe Oslo Pass which they also sell and it's a must if you plan on doing any sightseeing. The food was also good- fairly basic canteen style but with 20% off as a resident it made it the best place to eat. Also they do […] free soup and bread at 9pm. We stayed for two days twice on the front and back end of a recent trip to Norway. When we arrived, they had given us a standard room even though we had reserved a "family room". Really nice hotel, but there are some things that should be made clear about service. There is no wifi. They provide an ethernet cable in the room. As there is really really little free wifi in Oslo, this is a bummer. Anyone with a phone/tablet/aptop without ethernet can't get on the internet. "Ideal hotel for city exploration"
This hotel is central to all amenities, i.e. all the major sites are within walking distance. The hotel is grand for a 3.5* star rating, the rooms are comfortable. Even though we only booked a Small Double Bedroom there was sufficient space to manoeuvre around. Room was nice and warm, little problem with TV was sorted out immediately. This is a nice small hotel located in the very centre of Oslo. 5 min walk to National Theatre station where the express train from the airport arrives. Hotell Bondeheimen was close to the Tusinghuset tram stop as well as the national gallery, and the price was excellent for Oslo hotels. Breakfast was served in the excellent Kaffistova restaurant attached to the hotel. Guests also get a 20% discount there for dinner, which was simple, but very filling (get the meatballs). My Son had a separate room. Because the radiator made a noise, he ædresser the front counter and Got a new very Good room. The bathtub was not working very well though. But they tried.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was well maintained. Parking is off-site, but it's only a 5 minute walk. The hotel is centrally located, convienent to everything (5 minute walk to waterfront). Breakfast was okay as well. I would stay here again.

Hotel rooms are not what is advertised. Sheets are dirty and suspect. Staff is unwilling to fix. As a regular business traveler to Oslo I can validate this is one of the worst hotels in Oslo.
