Flagship All-Suites, a fantaSea Resort - Atlantic City

Notre chambre 1804 donnait une belle vue sur Abescon Inlet et la plage d'Abescon. A 10 minutes de marche de la plage par les rues car le boardwalk est brisé.Cuisinette complete et fonctionnelle. Personnel courtois. Un hotel que je recommande.

Hotel was great for the price, only problem was that the heat wasn't working, called front desk, someone was there in less than 5min and heat was fixed shortly there after, would recommend hotel.

The stay at Flagship provided my family and I an extremely bad taste in our mouth. The hotel was the noisiest I have ever had to deal with and I am an AGM of a hotel. The room was nice, but the bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Every 40 minutes a "fog horn" like sound came from the bathroom, not allowing for us to get any sleep. The Hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the water. The location of the Hotel is no problem if you don't intend to walk to the nearest casino otherwise just take the car. All in all a great place to stay.

We thought the hotel rooms were very noisy. You could hear water running at all hours. Walls are thin, could hear people in next room. Room was older and the bathroom had hair balls in it from previous people. Elevators were being replaced, long waits for elevators. Ice maker on floor was not working.

I've stayed here before, but it was loads better this time around. Laundry mat right downstairs, bar, pool, family movie night, abbr the gym. The suckie part was the cable service sucked soooooooo bad. We had to rent dvds in the middle of the night. We also found a great place to eat, which also served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pros: Great location. Great room. Beautiful views from the balcony. Reasonable parking fees. Cons: Slow elevators. We will be staying here again.

The staff was very helpful but room hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived; there were doritos, hairpins & pennies in carpet. It was very noisy but in Atlantic City, Sat night seems to be party night for all young people regardless of hotel. The staff did assure us that they would "escort" loud guests out of hotel. Elevators were under maintenance and took forever to reach my room when checking in. Otherwise my stay was great.

Great place to stay. Beautiful, large rooms. Only problem the water was cold so had to run in and out of the shower

For the money, the hotel was kinda run down. The room was musty smelling, has to tell maid to mop the bathroom floor, the water dripped n the tub and everytime someone closed there door it felt like our door was going to fall in. Not exactly a diamond, but a great stay. Taxi rides will get you through "the rough" but once inside, it's clean, affordable, and the balcony views are amazing.

A good experience overall w/ one exception: I was asked for a security deposit up front that I was not prepared for w/ No disclosure when I Originally booked the room Online @ Hotels.com....

i booked a massage 3 days before my trip...got off the elevator to go to the spa right behind a couple..they asked for a massage and were put in rooms...I told them I had an appt ...they were full and couldnt take me! They offered to do it later..but I had tickets to a show... I was VERY disappointed....will not stay there again

The hotel is very large, as was our room. There is a kitchenette and sofa besides two beds. There is also a big balcony overlooking the water. Unfortunately, the fog made this amenity useless. The Flagship is out of the way. They do offer a shuttle to casinos, but it shuts down very early and takes a bit of time to go from place to place. There is […] a town jitney which we did not use, but it might be a good alternative. The hotel was full, there were a lot of very loud revelers...housekeeping banged on our door, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The rates were good, but I'm sure you can do as well elsewhere, and the surrounding neighborhood might be a bit nicer. Lisez la suite

Plenty of space in the one bed room suites which made it nice. Parking was a pain and they are currently charging to park in the garage. Free shuttle service is provided and it was convient and timely. The location is not within walking distance of any casinos.

Great view, large room and clean. The room however is stuck back in the 80's, had that well used feeling, and needs some modern upgrades. The price was right. We would stay again.

First there was a long and slow moving line to check in. Front desk clerks weren't very friendly. Then, I got up to my room and our keys did not work. Turns out that they wrote down the wrong room number. Room was clean and had a great view, but there was no soap and no trash cans available. i had a great time til one of my neighbors began to smoke weed that kept my fiancce and daughter up half the night.. they both have astmah

I was not happy with this hotel. The bathtub was clog and a roach was in the tub. The temperature control didn't work properly. The bar/lounge/dining area was slow with the serving of food and seating was only at the bar. On top of it all the annoying phones calls that interfered with my sleep that I was trying to get from my long day. I was not pleased […] at all. Lisez la suite

We took a chance based on price and convenience of the location (G n' R concert that night at Showboat!) and from the moment we entered the parking garage to the check-out the next day we were treated to such professional and pleasant service! The area is still shady but we were not bothered or approached by anyone and we never felt unsafe. The room […] was quiet and HUGE! It was MUCH cleaner than I expected it to be since it is in Atlantic City - it smelled clean but like an A/C hotel near the boardwalk. Everything in the room was clean, and we had a terrific balcony! The only problem was that the balcony door in the bedroom didn't open and we wished we had made plans to stay a 2nd night! The check out process was great; it turned out that I wasn't feeling well in the morning and the desk allowed us to check out late without a penalty so I could grab an extra couple of hours to sleep before our road trip back home. We will stay here again. It was totally worth it. I do NOT recommend staying here if you have kids. It's off the boardwalk and the area is a little too deserted to be comfortable with your children in tow. But if you do stay with kids, the rooms are built well and the noise that filters into the rooms is less than you would expect. Lisez la suite

The location was bad, the entrance/lobby was cramped. The room was very worn with frayed rug edges, uncomfortable mattress. The a/c-heater would only blow cool air, even with the thermastat set to 80 degrees, the temperature could only reach 63 degrees. I was very unhappy, but I needed a place to stay for one night. Overpriced for what was offered.

Stood here with my bf for my b-day weekend enjoyed my stay and the pool the room was really clean, liked that we weren't directly next to the casinos and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Your wireless service is very bad. It is very hard to be connected. Also, even though it is connected, the service leverl is very very low. Therefore, I couldn't work at hotel. I really ask you to develop this service. In addition, your front desk's service is not good. They just hang up the phone although I didn't finish my sentence.

Great price and nice room. I only stayed one night and was very happy with what I got. I will be going back.

This hotel was wonderful, and all that it had to offer was amazing at such wonderful price! The view is just georgous...the only complaint is that the bed was not all that comfortable...maybe if they had more fluffier pillows it would be better.Overall it was a great stay :-)

The hotel was great but the location was not all that great. The neighborhood did not seem safe at all. The hotel was far from all the casinos so we spent a lot of money on taxis. The shuttles ran until midnight but did not run as often as we would have liked. Besides the location it was a nice hotel and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

We arrived back at the hotel at approximately 12:00am. The noise continued in the hallway until well after 3:00 am. People arguing and yelling, kids running around...it was crazy. Not very much sleep at all.

Hotel was nice lots of thing to do didn't have muchtime to do much though very clean and big room plus free indoor parking

The hotel is great and so is the staff not close to the casinos but they do have a shuttle rooms are clean and comfortable.

We have a new born only 60 days old. no crib so we took a 2 queen size bed in the room. the day we checked in too many hair on the blankets and on the bed we informed the manager but was not taken care of. the room was cleaning after 3 days of stay. we use to leave the tip in the room the tip was gone but the room was never cleanined. the blankets and […] towels where left outside the room everyday was the same story. finally after three days some1 shows up the manager promises that the room will be taken care off. we leave for lunch come back still the same story. we had the free rooms in casinos around us but we thro the veiw is good we stayed there for 6 nights will not recommend this place if u on a vacation. Cleanliness was not Godliness. There was mold in the showerhead which made it impossible to shower. They only had one little sample of shampoo, no conditioner. Location was perfect, if it was only cleaner in the bathroom, we would return

The hotel was great. The suite had a great view and was big. The only problem was there was a leaky valve in the bathroom that made noise all night.

everything was cool. except bed was a little uncomfortable and its beyond annoying that they charge u every day for parking. especially since we spent loads on a suite and still get charge for parking.

The price was right and they are trying to upgrade this time-share property. I was on the top floor which has a fantastic view of the ocean. But the windows were so dirty it was depressing. I complained the first night and nothing happened. I filled out a comment form and brought it to the front desk. This is my second stay at the Flagship hotel and both times it was very nice. Convenient to the Borgata for shows and the price was reasonable. But breakfast should be included in the price.
