The hotel was clean and staff were nice. Located at a couple of hundreds of yards away from Garnett station. You can easily walk to downtown (should take about 15 mins). The neighborhood could be better but it was OK.

A l origine nous avions réservé dans cet hotel pour etre pres de Stone MountainPark. L accueil est sympathique et le concierge fait des efforts du fait que nous parlons seulement l américain basique. La chambre est correcte propre et calme, au rez de chaussée. Arrivés tardivement nous avons pu aller boire un bière et prendre un snack à un bar grill tout proche qui nous a été indiqué par la réception. Accueil sympathique là aussi. Le rapprot qualité prix est excellent.

Hotel was very outdated. First time I've ever stayed in a hotel and didnt feel comfortable taking shower, the tub was so dirty. The whole place smelled. My kids slept fully clothed because the room just had a dirty feel about. The front desk workers niceAvis véridique Hotels.com

I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up just to check me in. When I got off the elevator, the wallpaper was peeling off the entire wall in front of me. The hotel is okay in general but has a lot of deferred maintenance from peeling wall paper, to cracks in the ceiling, to old worn out shower curtains with rips to down comforters with sparce cotton batting that should be retired. Overall, my stay was good. Check-in was easy, the parking was convenient and the breakfast selection was good. My 2 not-so-good's were: 1. the Air conditioner/heating unit in my room would not go to the automatic setting, so it ran all night long...LOUDLY. So, loud that it disturbed my sleep. 2. Hotel was close to Stone Mountain and about 15-20 drive to downtown Atlanta. Staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was great! "Pretty nice"
Overall I enjoyed it. Only two things kinda bugged me. The hotel is really close to I-285 and you can hear road noise in the room even with the AC on. I was told there would be bacon on continental breakfast buffet but they had sausage instead. Big deal right? Second visit to this hotel in past 4 months. Had two rooms both on first floor next to the kitchen area. Very noisy when staff starts putting out the breakfast fare at 6:00pm. The location is convenient and for business is fine. Wouldnt be a first choice for a leisure stay as the kidney shaped pool is indeed the size of a small kidney. Nice room, nice hotel, nice location. For the average room it would have been nice, unfortunately I was in a suite that was a bit lacking compared to most. Never got a chance to use the pool or the breakfast although both looked inviting. The staff was very friendly. We got in a little late and the kids wanted to swim, so the front of the house staff left it open an hour longer. It really made the kids happy. My only complaint concerns the WIFI. It was terrible. Boosters on each floor are not that expensive and increase the strength significantly.
