Chambres

hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Le Gili's Beach Club est le tout nouveau restaurant en date du Trump International Beach Resort. Cet oasis face à l'océan avec accès au complexe tout comme à la plage est doté de chaises longues et de transats. C'est le tout premier restaurant de cette zone directement situé sur la plage !
Point fort du Trump International Beach Resort, un complexe aquatique avec vue sur la plage, piscine de forme libre, chutes d'eau, bains à remous et cabines climatisées (en supplément). Vous aurez l'occasion sur la plage de profiter de sports nautiques (location) tels que jet skis, catamaran, planche à voile et kayak. Le centre de fitness du complexe dispose de matériel de cardiotraining et de musculation, de simulateurs d'escalier, de tapis roulants, de vélos d'appartement et d'haltères. Des entraîneurs personnels sont disponibles (payant).
Le programme Planet Kids (en supplément) propose des activités encadrées du lundi au samedi, y compris des courses d'obstacles, des ateliers, des jeux de société, des parties de beach-volley et des jeux dans l'eau. Une salle d'arcade est à votre disposition également.

Rapport qualité-prix de cet hotel mauvais, nous avoins un chambre Junior Suite très triste , pas bien insonorisée par rapport aux chambres voisines , les produite de salle de bain ne sont pas remplacé tous les jours , nous sommes restés 1 semaines et on a Jamais aspirer le tapis de la chambre . Le petit déjeuner est triste par rapport au prix 28$ par […] personne. Le personnel est peu souriant et le valet de parking ( obligatoire) vous coûtera 28$ par jour..+ pourboire. The hotel is immaculately located and kept up, I just had a single bad service experience at the bar area that bothered me: My parents and I were not acknowledged at all by the seemingly undermanned and disinterested lounge staff for a full 15 minutes before I got up and asked to be served. The response that came was unprofessional at best, "I'm sorry, […] there is a line, you will have to wait..." I was upset so I went up to the front desk to speak with a manager, but was told, "I'm sorry, can you wait 15 minutes because the manager is on break? If not we will be in touch right away to discuss your bad experience." Well, guess what...no one ever followed up! Bad lounge service, management indifference, etc. to me was kind of a downer to the whole experience. "Housekeeping Personnel was Wonderful!"
We were there to recouperate after surgery, so we didn't use any aminities. Housekeeping was excellent, fixed anything that was wrong immediately. Our housekeeper was so wonderful, she had milk and cookies and hot tea delivered to our room out of concern. Very nice. "Why did I do this"
I booked an EXPENSIVE ocean view suite for a special weekend with a special someone. When I got there I was informed that it was a partial view. They fixed the problem by putting us in a lesser room with a ocean view for the same $ I was so disappointed.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive to departure. You must have lunch at the Bella grill on the beach, great food. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Nice pool area, well staffed, reasonably priced drinks, lots of kids though. Free shuttle to / from Aventura mall. Well equipped gym / steam room / sauna / pool area. We've stayed here before and liked the facility. Parking is pricey but its Miami. The food in the restaurants are great, especially the Bella Beach Restaurant on the beach was really tasty. Service was great but we alway put a DO NO DISTURB on the door due to all the computers and such, but a maid violated that privacy one day. We had a junior suite with balcony overlooking ocean. It was gorgeous. Hotel's food is expensive. For example, in the sushi restaurant, a bowl of spicy Thai soup was about $10. You can get it for $5 outside in a good restaurant about 2 blocks away. But that's the nature of hotel restaurants. Good thing is the hotel is within walking distance of very […] good restaurants outside hotel, so you're not trapped by overly expensive food. Also the hotel is way up NORTH of Miami beach -- it is NOT in Miami Beach. If you want to go to downtown Miami or Miami Beach, it can be expensive if you take a cab or even if you take one of the excursions. Take the local bus instead. The 120 and the S take you every where down town, South Beach, Miami Beach, Port of MIami area, etc for TWO bucks. The concierge won't tell you this, not sure why. We spent Christmas eve at the Hotel. The dinner service was very slow even though there were only 8 other people (two tables) at the time we were there. I know, it was Christmas eve, but it was still disappointing. If they were not going to be able to provide good service, they should have not been open. The filet was not great. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star with a +.5 for the friendliness of the staff. We had a broken hair dryer and a shower curtain and rod fall on my wife. "Chilly in Miami following Superstorm Sandy"
It was an unusually cold spell in Miami following Superstorm Sandy but the hotel airconditioners were still on and unfortunately I was catching a cold and needed warmth. The original room assigned to my 85 y/o mother and me had a non-finctioning temperature control and the room was supremely cold. The service people did a very good job to identify the […] problem and to fix the temperature control. The room was slow to warm up and the manager was able to assign us another room with a functioning environmental control:this room was warm and comfortable with a beach view. The rest of our stay was very good. I was impressed with the Trump International Beach Resort - the pools and beach access were very well designed.
