Best Western Park Suites Hotel - Plano

J'y suis reste seulement 3 nuit en escale entre la France et Saint-Louis (Missouri) pour passer du temps avec un vieux copain de High School. Cet hotel a Plano m'a convenu completement pour cette visite dans les environs de Dallas.

Très grandes chambres (type suite), propres, calmes. Petit dejeuner très correct

Staff was friendly, breakfast end happy hour nice, room pleasant and clean. No extra charge for a 3rd or 4th person.Maintenance not great, it took 3 tries to have the remote fixed,some lights did not work when we came into the room, coffee machine took about 30 minutes to make 1 cup, bath tub was slippery, toilet clogged, elevator out of service for […] many hours, nasty odor in the hallways. This Best Western was a GREAT location for what I needed. Everything was perfect except for the fact they were working on the elevator which was a pain. The complimentary breakfast was great. 2 guests had the windows in their pickups smashed in during the night. Unexpected given the hotel location -- looked like a good neighborhood.

Hotel in great vicinity. Nice room and very clean. Friendly staff and nice breakfast included! We will definitely use this hotel when in town!

The hotel needs some remodeling done. The sleeper sofa was missing springs and the mattress was split across the middle. We had to lay the sleeper sofa on the floor with another sleeper sofa mattress on top of it to make it sleepable, making it difficult to make it to the door or the bathroom. Our overnight stay in Dallas/Plano area was very comfortable. The free breakfast is always a nice amenity and free Happy Hour a welcome surprise.

The working staff was friendly and helpful in assisting us with surrounding area. Buffet Breakfast was good.

Price, location, breakfast, service, and cleanliness were great. Lobby area is very nice. Pillows were very uncomfortable, and the rooms need redecorating.

This was an older hotel, but was clean, the rooms were large, and for the price,you won't beat it. Good breakfast thrown in for free too! I highly recommend this hotel.

All around excellent, facility and staff

Sheets had stains on them, hot tub did not work, roaches in the room! Was disgusting. Front desk clerk was super sweet but it didn't help when it was nasty.

This hotel is a little older, but was clean and service was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was free and had not just pastries, but hot eggs, sausage, waffles and more. I highly recommend it. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The shower had the curtain rod that bows out to give you more space.

We had a medical procedure done during our stay at Best Western. Suite had everything we needed, it was very nice, very quiet. Breakfast each morning was good and there were many places near by to eat lunch & dinner. Very convenient to several shopping areas. This hotel offered free buffet breakfast and it was the best among the 4 hotels we had stayed in our recent trip to Texas. They also offered wine and beer tasting in the afternoon Monday thru Thursday, but we didn't make it back to the hotel in time to try. Customer service was very good. I had some internet connection problem, and called the front […] desk for help. Kyle, who was on duty at the time, was able to fix the problem for me immediately. One of the beds was a bit worn out (kind of sinking in the middle of it). That was the exact reason I asked for 2 Queens instead of 1 King in case one bed was bad I still have 1 more chance. The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast and happy hour were unexpected pleasures for the price. the beds and pillows weren't great, but they weren't horrible either. Next time I would probably bring my own pillow. This is an older hotel but the Mgmt. & staff make up for it. The front desk is great. I ended up leaving an expensive diamond ring in the desk drawer & I returned for it that evening & they had it for me at the front desk. There is happy hour Mon - Thurs. in the evening....nothing fancy, wings, pizza & beer but it did help save on the budget. The free […] breakfast came in handy too.....great waffles. I have decided that this is the best deal in the Dallas area. The price, convenience and friendliness of this hotel is excellent. Very satisfied!!

Exercise room closed. On Demand on the tv did not work. Vending machines out of order. They no longer do happy hour! next time i'm going to try the holiday inn express next door.

This hotel is perfectly located regarding the need for our trip. The staff was pleasant and checked us in quickly. The breakfast service was ideal for a quick meal to start the day. Plan to stay here again.

For the rate, the hotel was really clean and quiet. The free happy hour is a nice touch. Though the age of the facility can be seen, it is clean and fully operable. Will return and rec. to others.

It's a last minute dicision to go and stay in a hotel. I checked on hotel.com and found this hotel at the lowest rate with 4.4 star review. So we chose it. I'd give it 4.5 star if I could. We are pretty happy with everything except one of the front desks was a little impatient with me.

Great price for the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of our stay at Best Western Suites for the weekend and would suggest it to others.

I picked the Best Western because it was a good deal. This is a rather small place, but breakfast was great and the room was nice. The elevator is a bit creaky, but it works. Overall, it was a pretty good place.

Located right off the highway, I-75 N in Plano TX. Booked available room through hotel.com when direct reservation was booked! It's located near the Plano Convention Center about ~5-8 miles (~10 min) away where I was attending. The room is located on ground level and was supposedly an "upgrade", whatever that meant. Received a king sized bed with […] a sauna/show/bath (didn't use sauna). The room/motel had some sort of a smell, like an artificial deodorizer scent. The roomy had a musty smell to it. The bed was somewhat firm which is how I like it ... FIRM, which is MUCH better than the Hilton Anatole Hotel I stayed in the night before in Dallas, which had a soft mattress that had NO support and needed to be replaced! The motel had a continental breakfast of eggs and sausages with toast or bagels every morning along with juice and coffee. Perfect start for the day!! It's located on the highway with plenty of strip malls and fast food and local food chain restaurants. You should go online to check out where to go or eat! It's better if you ask a Local where to go or eat!! There's a small Chinese community and restaurants/shops South of Plano in the town of Arlington off the Belt Line exit :) Decent price for the hotel stay through hotel.com which was better than booking it directly, which is unusual!! Clean, large rooms, complimentary (HOT) breakfast and happy hour (5:30-6:30) with finger foods. Also private conference room for small meetings. I've pad alot more for a lot less. Highly recommend.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were wonderful, always ready to provide the best experience for our stay. We needed to ask for an early check in after my daughter had surgery, no problem, and no extra charge, all was ready when we arrived, even a bit earlier than anticipated. The daily breakfast was top notch, eggs, bacon […] or sausage, and lots of other choices, including toast, fresh bagels, donuts, fruit, juices, good coffee, tea, make your own waffel and all the condiments to put with those things, such as hot sauce, spices, syrup, cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter...On weekdays the happy hour included fresh, warm snacks, such as quesadillas, BBQ chicken, hot wings, nachos, dips, crackers, olives, guacamole along with two wines, several beers, and sodas or water. Swimming pool was very nice, but needed some help after a weekend of lots of kids. Nice exercise room, on site laundry room, and two desk top computers as well as printer for guests, and free wi-fi in rooms and common areas. Nice areas to sit on each floor by elevator, and in lobby. Comfortable beds, and housekeeping always willing to help any way possible to make us most comfortable. Easy to find, and many eating places nearby, walking distance if not for the heat. Very quiet, which was exactly what we needed! Would certainly stay here again if I need to be in the Dallas area.
