This hotel is probably not in the best part of Las Vegas. There is a significant gap between the room door and threshold which allowed too much light and air from the hall into the room. I wasn't expecting alot, but apparently there is no maid service unless you're staying for a week. We had to bring towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The room was supposed to have two queen beds, but only had doubles.

Staff were very nice, and suggested Blueberry Hill Restaurant! A must try! Bed was old and lump, not a very good night sleep.

Room was across from gym so doors slammed often & carpet was old.

WI FI internet very slow, wish they can improved better signals and also if they can put in room data port, that even awesome, otherwise everything is good, for sure will come back again.

We arrived vey late night. There's one lady in the office and she was very kind. Considering the price, it was ok experience. Decent location, small kitchen, etc.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but all rooms only have queens. A bit far from the strip but priced likewise. Quiet neighborhood and secure parking with lots of light.

Others have rated this place fairly low, and it's not a 5-star property. However, it is very easy to get to, it was one-third the cost of the strip hotels on the night we needed a place, and there's not a slot machine anywhere in sight! our experience at this hotel was bad from the start. The room was filthy dirty with a broken chair and a tv that didn't work. We complained to the manager on duty but nothing was done. During the night there were loud noises coming from the room above as if somebody was playing basketball in the room or jumping loudly off the bed and crashing onto the […] floor. The room we were given wasn't even ready, towels were missing, the bed would stay on the frame because the would frame was broken. The traffic in the hallways went on all night as if bizzy bodies(think of the song) were amongst us. It was just a very BAD experience and won't be recommending or returning to this hotel.

good place to stay if you're looking for a place to crash. I was there for a family reunion and stayed three nights. I was put in one of the suite where you had a small kitchenette, stove top, refrig., toaster and microwave. It was nice because I was able to make breakfast at least. Neighborhood was just ok, close to food, stores and most everything […] you'd need if you lived in a suburb. It's location is far for any major freeways and the strip, but if you have transportation it not an issue. No maid service with the room I had but staff was friendly and gave extra towels if needed. Hotel was a little challenging to find because its cross-street is a small one, no signal, and the street lighting was a little dark. Stayed at this hotel several times with a positive experience, this time unfortunately will be my last. A small dog was barking in a room across the hall, the guests directly upstairs were extremely noisy, the toilet leaked and the stove ran so hot burnt everything I prepared.

You have a better chance to get a better room in a ghetto. When I open the bed the sheets had hairs of previous guests, the clerk said that sometimes the dryer leaves behind those hairs. That is when you wish to have a slepping bag to put over the bed to sleep on it!!the room smelt like dirty carpet and it was!!! stains etc. all gum on it, it didn't […] look like someone vacuumed it, the desk chair had so much stuff on it that make you wonder if it is safe to sit on it (disgusting) when I thought my problems were solved with new sheets, I looked at the shower and yes more hairs!!!! well... I told the attendant but he did nothing about it!! after he was gone I picked up the hairs with toilet paper, then... I checked the towels to be ready to take a shower and you guessed RIGHT!! other kind of disgusting hairs embeded in the towells !!!! I was mad!!! I called the attendant and after 1 hour later he showed up with new towels, and of course I showed him the hairs in the towels. the room provided non disposable kitchen utensiles for preparing food, BUT if they clean the utensiles the same way they clean their laundry ......NO THANK YOU!!! I pointed to the attendant the headboard in the bed was broken and with nails protruding and just in one side of the bed, and the lamp shade broken and with out light bulb,then I have to point to the clerk to make a note that this was broken before I was in the room and that the room is disgusting!! by the way when I left the room the elevator was out of service so from the third floor I had to take all my luggage down the stairs . this place belongs in the ghetto!!! overall, it was a good room, full size refrigerator, microwave and big living room. bathroom was a nice size, enough to put a desk and chair in there. beds were kinda hard and bounced too much, maybe not intended to sleep much... but staff were always nice and friendly.

We were glad to have stayed here, just a bit frustrated by the cleanliness of the carpets...

It was good hotel, we stayed two nights on new year eve, it is far from the strip so we have to drive the strip and park on side road. We came back afer new year eve and found someone took our car licence plate with sticker on it. We not sure it was taken while we park at the road or it was from the parking lot of the hotel. We recently stayed at this hotel, shortly after check in our bathroom toilet started rattling and making noises that were similar to a machine gun going off. We also received 6 noise complaints before 4pm, while we were not doing anything but watching TV and changing, and cleaning up. I would recommend this hotel only as a Last Resort.

Its difficult to get rid of this smell in hotels,especially in vegas, but the management could do better in that. Inspite of that, the hotel was better compared to some big hotels on one side of stip which had horrible cigarette smell (not good specially for kids). Hotel was spartan, but clean and in a good area, and well worth the price.

When we got there it looked like one AC unit recently had burned out as there was black soot on it. On a lover window the screen had been damaged. When checking in we were told that there is not daily room cleaning which was good because we don't like daily service anyway. They said if we needed fresh towels we have to bring the dirty towels to the […] desk for replacements :/ when getting I.to the room we were amazed with all the space but the floor in the bathroom and kitchen area seemed sticky. The security lock on the door was loose. The carpets seemed dingy but the beds were actually more comfortable than I thought they would be by the way everything else appeared. the room was bargain priced and had a kitchen. staff was friendly and room seemed clean. there was a smokey smell however. good value for the money

Don't expect a 4 star hotel and you will be just fine here. The area is not too bad and the hotel was quite. For the price is was clean and nice. I'd not recommend it for a family with small children but for those that are looking for a discount hotel it is nice.

We were staying at this hotel for the location. We were in the area checking on possible apartments to relocate to Vegas. Did not want to stay on the strip, too much traffic. The location of the Crestwood Flamingo was perfect, it is far enough away from the Strip that the traffic is not a factor, however there are restaurants, shopping and everything […] else you can think of located within 5 mins of the Crestwood. I was looking for a hotel off the strip to with a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Crestwood Suites was just perfect. There was no coffeepot but they brought one to me immediately when I asked. The hotel was quiet and the staff efficient and friendly. I stayed for 9 days andI would stay there again.

Good service. Poor maintenance. Carpets, couches damaged, mattresses (sinks in the middle) needs to be replaced. Kitchenette great for people staying long. Would not recommend this place for staying for more than one night.

Over the years my wife and I have traveled with our two boys and stayed in many places. This place had to be by far the worst place we have ever stayed at. the room was by far the worst thing I have ever been in. Ok, so the bed had a giant yellow stain on the sheets. The blanket had a distinct smell as though it had not been washed in years. We went […] out and bought pillows because the ones they had there had dirt stains on them. There was a pull out couch bed, when we discovered it we tried opening it but there was another persons hair on the beds sheets. When we pulled it out furter there were condom rappers, old socks and garbage. The bathroom was even worse, there were pee stains on the floor, the toliet had been used and not cleaned before. In the shower there were other peoples hair as well as on the floor of the bathroom. Not to mention on the towels. It was cold at about 2 am so I turned on the heater. Well, it started burning and set off the fire alarm. I dont think I need to mention the fact that I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and what it was like for them to be awoken at 2 am. I contacted the front desk several times, told them about the nature of the room and the gross things we found, they said they would have it cleaned. They never had it cleaned, we told them about the heater and that it set off the alarm, they said there was nothing they could do. We paid a lot of money to stay in this Hotel, it was the worst experience we have ever had. I had a better experience staying in a Hotel on the Mexian boarder by Tiajuana. I will never go back and frankly will never tell anyone about it. This was a horrible place. Lisez la suite

I stayed at this hotel and my room was on the second floor. It smelled like animal pee and wet dog and the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The don not offer everyday room service to clean your room which was a big turn off (wish i would have known that before i booked the hotel). The hotel personnel was very nice though. during recent busy trade show peroid, I found this hotel at last minute at a reasonable price. Money spent is worth the facility of the room.. but of course, if you don't hv a car.. this is not the one good for the Vegas strip visit trip..

Paid for non smoking, but got a smoking room. The room was kinda dingy; the bed sheet was gross! Never again!!!!

Our room had a broken air conditioner so I called front desk and got another room. The new room's ac worked, but the room was dirty! The carpet was filthy and had a couple of huge iron burn marks on it. It was nice that it had a kitchen area but the counter had ants. The sofa was stained, 2 out of the 3 lamp shades were crooked, the bathroom sink stopper […] was loose, the bathroom was missing its bar of soap! I had to call them to get soap. Plus, the alarm clock on top of the tv was lopsided because it was sitting on its battery that someone tried to remove and the time was flashing, so I had to set the time. When I pressed the buttons, they were sticky. Gross! And what bothered me the most was that I found a little bug near my pillow! I swear, I got some new bug bites because of their bed. And on top of that, during the first night at 5am there was a bunch of noise like someone was climbing stairs that lasted a really long time. What bothered me most was that I found out that this place was so dirty because they don't have automatic daily housekeeping. You have to request for housekeeping. So I called and asked for some vacuuming. They just told me to come down and get a vacuum cleaner and that housekeeping is only for extended stays. Talk about no service! Horrible. I will never stay at another 2 star hotel again! That's what I get for going cheap. Lisez la suite
