sejour de 07 au 15 mai 2011 tres bon rapport qualité/prix, Ce ne sont pas des fou de la gastronomie mais nous avons bien mangé tout le long du sejour. tres propre, le personnel etait tous tres gentils. Pas beaucoup d'animations car hors saison mais les animateurs faisaient tout pour nous quand meme. Super en famille, mon fils a adoré la piscine, donner […] à manger le matin apres le petit dej aux oiseaux, poissons et tortue. Tous les soirs spectacles pour enfant et ensuite pour adultes. l'hotel a toujours été à notre dispo meme avant de partir de france. Par mail reponses dans l'heure. il nous avait mis un taxi a dispo dès notre arrivé à l'aeroport comme convenu!!! vraiment tres bien à refaire Lisez la suite

"Not really an all-inclusive. Not bad rooms"
This was not really an all inclusive. The restaurants ran out of food at each meal and most were not open. Even the bars that were supposed to be open were not open at the hours that were posted. The rooms and staff were OK. The beach was nice enough. But the food and general atmosphere was not relaxing and definitely not more than 1 star. They did […] not even have enough hot dogs or hamburgers for lunch. No ketchup was available even if you did get a hot dog. They made us wait over an hour and a half when the restaurant was over 1/2 empty and mostly a buffet. When we were finally allowed to sit, the buffet was 1/2 empty, it took them 20 minutes to get soup bowls. We had to find silverware on another table. The room was fine. The few staff that were there were obviously overworked, but friendly. The management of this place is obviously skipping corners and skimping anywhere possible, not what was expected for the price. We will never return to a "Be Live" again. There are much nicer places for the same price in the area. If you just need a room and a beach, this would be acceptable, just don't advertise as an "All-inclusive" if you don't have enough food or staff for guests. Lisez la suite
"Disatisfied Complete with this Be Live Canoa"
The property is very nice and big. When we got there the room was not available we were sent to get something to eat and when we got back it was still not available, a different room was giving to us that was register to somebody else name. In sane. When we got to the room there was no soap/shampoo/Conditioner and when someone finally came to the room […] we were told that the property does not provide Conditioner and that we were staying at a "Standard Room" what did it meant to me that whoever stays at a Standar Room gets crapy service. 2 Days later we went on a trip to Isla Saona, when we got back we had to use the beach tower that the hotel gives you since there was no towel at the room at all. I went to complaint to the front desk and they said to go back to my room that by the time i get back it was going to be there. Lies after lies, we went to eat came back like about an hour and a half later and no towel, call reception again until they finally came. The Serivce the FOOD sucks, I will never stay in this hotel again, I guess that unless you stay at a suite room you don't get desent service. There were people at the front desk complaining also that room were been assigned twice to others, what a mess. Lisez la suite

"Excellent Facility"
Had a very nice weekend with the wife and kids at the Be Live Canoa. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous landscaping and scenery. The drinks were very good and served promptly at numerous locations around the property. The food was not great, the meat in particular tended to be hard, but overall for a 3-4 day stay the food was ok. Restaurant service […] left a bit to be desired, with issues such as running out of cold milk on Sunday morning around 10:00 A.M. and staff pushing to get place ready for lunch much earlier than the restaurant's 10:30 scheduled end of breakfast. There are a lot of Italian visitors and the show Mamma Mia! was completely in Italian but nevertheless was fun and entertaining. Although not perfect it was a good value for the money and recommend it for families with children. Make sure to fly into La Romana as Santo Domingo is more than 2 hours away. Lisez la suite
"Not Close!!!"
The room was DEESGGGUSSSTING. The beds were like rocks, the bathroom has no light in the shower by design! The food was horrid. We stayed because we had to be near Casa de Campo for a meeting. When you look at the distance online it says 8 miles. We had a bad feeling when we had to drive 15min down a road to get there. "El servicio"
La atención al cliente en recepción y en las barras es verdaderamente mejorable. En el restaurante, las actividades y demás, buen servicio. Las instalaciones están bien.

muy bien el hotel, la comida, la playa y el ambiente. Se encuentra un poco alejado de Santo Domingo, pero por lo demás la estadía fue placentera.

En general el hotel esta muy bonito y bien, me gusto mucho. lo unico que no me gusto fue la comida. en esos dias me la pase comiendo frutas.
