Très bonne impression. Seul bémol le restaurant attenant! Nourriture pauvre et décor horrible!

Nice small hotel with a very friendly staff! Breakfust was ok, wifi worked good in the restaurant and some times in the loby but not in my room. Im Satisfied with my stay at Empress hotel

We were satisfied with the hotel, eventhough it was not a large one, but we got a family suite which was really nice and comfortable enough to accomodate 4 of us, 3 adults and 1 child. There were 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs with cable. eventhough the rooms are not so large but we found it good enough for our stay. The receptionists were doing their best, […] so were other staffs. We also found out that the hotel sold a little less expensive on the city tours than other hotels around. Breakfast was just OK, not too many selection, but we were fine with that, and the waiter was very attentive, he also very kind to my son. Nearby there were family store and a small restaurant that sold great and very inexpensive banh mie (french bread sandwich). Overall, I would recommend others to stay in this hotel. Lisez la suite

Empress Hotel in Saigon is a very good choice. We didn´t pay very much at all. The staff was very, very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is also very good. You have walking distance to many sight, for example Behn Than Market. If I´d go back to Saigon, I´d surely stay at the Empress again.

The room was not too big, but nice and clean, the bathroom was also very clean, with a large shower. We booked a room for one night via internet but stayed two nights more since we were very satisfied with the hotel. Moreover we got the room for the same special price like the first night. The breakfast buffet was good, with asian and european food. With […] a 15 minute walk you can reach for example the Ben Thanh market, Museum of Fine Arts or Reunification Palace. What we liked very much is that the hotel tries to save energy and water - the bed linen or towels will be changed only every 3 days unlike you wish to have it done earlier. A fabulous hotel - cheaper to book online than to pay at hotel. Very helpful reception staff. Only a 5 min walk from the main backpacker/tourist street. One negative - I wouldn't recommend booking any of the Happy Tour tours promoted by the hotel. Poorly designed bathrooms and faucets causes flooding. Tiny rooms with VERY little light. Front desk staff OK. Good location. Lazy cleaning and restaurant staff, like everywhere in VN. Poor restaurant menu-expensive. Bell boys very helpful. Breakfast so so. Clean beds. Poor English speaking ability, as everywhere in VN. Not bad for the price. Most hotels […] in that price-range are MUCH worst. I have stayed in many others in Saigon so I know. Overall, I would recommend it over similar priced, and even a bit higher priced Saigon hotels. Trust me, they can be far far worst...except if you can afford a 4 star or 5 star hotel, which would cost you an arm and a leg, for extra features or conveniences that you may not need. If you are REALLY on a tight budget, go to Pham Ngo Lao Street, or Bui Vien Street...lots of small, cheap, but very good hotels with wi fi for under US$20 per night. Everything you will ever need can be found in the area..restaurants..beauty salons..taxis...barber shops...out door markets...oh!..this location is an 8 minute walk from the Empress Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff; excellent location for exploring the city by foot; great street food nearby.

The whole hotel has a musty smell about it. When we checked in, the room we were given had a door adjoining another room. The door didn't lock and the room had no safety deposit box. They moved us to another room which was next to the fire exit and staff couldn't open it. Then we went to another room which was located in back corridoor up and around […] two flights of stairs down the hallway which was tiny and stank a stale smell. The doorman was apologetic. The staff were super nice and helpful. Though it's quite an old building, it is well-maintained and room was crystal clean. Breakfast was not that great, but ok. Very good location, close to the lively nightlife, but still quiet.

Enkelt men prisvärt hotell mitt i centrala staden med mycket trafik och trånga trottoarer. Som tur var låg vårt rum långt in i huset och vi blev ej störda alls. Trevlig personal.

Jeg hadde et uhell og fikk behov for å ta det med ro et par dager på hotellet. Ble i den sammenheng møtt med en helt enestående vennlighet, hjelp og støtte.

Отель расположен в центре города. в довольно тихом месте., во всяком случае есть возможность перейти на другую сторону улицы. В других местах из за плотного движения мотоциклистов, это сделать не возможно. Наличие рядом супермаркета практически бесполезно из за указанной выше причины. Номера в отеле чистые и уютные. По моей просьбе мне принесли утюг […] и доску для глажения. Фера в номере нет. Персонал очень приветлив и с готовностью выполняет любую вашу просьбу. Завтраки (шведский стол) происходят в небольшом кафе рядом с отелем. Там же можно и поужинать. Организация однодневных туров безукоризненна. Lisez la suite

エンプレスホテルに一週間、宿泊しました。清潔なホテルで快適でした。また、部屋にはセーフティボックスが設置されており、貴重品を預けても安心です。 ホーチミンシティはバイクの交通量が多く、ホテルによっては騒音が部屋までうるさい場合があるそうですが、エンプレスホテル前の道路は交通量が少なかったので、夜中に騒音がうるさいということはありませんでした。 また、ホテルのスタッフは親切で愛想がいいので、気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。今後ベトナムに滞在する機会があれば、再度このホテルを利用しようと思います。

ドアマンがいて、フロントで問題なく英語が通じるというのが「高級」の意味。部屋は美しく機能的。 場所も良いから観光や食事にも便利。 ただ、説得されてホテルで予約した翌朝のツアーがミスで予約漏れしており、こちらが確認するまでロビーで無駄に待つことになったのが「やや」の意味。

Schoene, saubere, geraumige Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung, bemerkenswert guter Wasserdruck. Leider kein gratis Internetzugang vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, englischsprachig. Lage hervorragend im District 1 von Saigon.

房间很小，两个人住会容易磕磕碰碰。 房间窗户经过真空处理，外面街道的噪音基本听不到。 有无烟层，适合不吸烟的旅客。 酒店自助早餐品种少，但有非常符合口味的皮蛋瘦肉粥，非常非常推荐！ 服务周到，前台提供外汇找换，但好心的工作人员会提醒说，去外面的找兑行兑换会更划算。 周边吃住行非常方便，出门左转的法包店售卖的果汁非常非常非常美味！！再往左拐会有数家饭店，不宰客。 离范五老街大致800米距离，走过去很快（但是要穿过滚滚的摩托车流），有众多旅行社供选择，价格要货比三家。
