Ring Hotel - Budapest

L'entrée est peu engageante, les moquettes sont tâchées et Internet ne marche pas dans la plupart des chambres. Certaines chambre sont sales. La mienne était correcte. L'hotel n'est pas loin du centre. Pour le prix c'est correct mais sans plus.

Very good hotel for this category. Very simple but rooms are very clean, simple breakfast, freindly staff, extremely well located (near transports, train station and city center). Would come back there without hesitation.

Ring Hotel is a good value hotel, near to the main areas of Budapest. The staff are friendly and helpful. On the downside the shower cubical was extremely small, and the rooms are in need of decorating. Also, some good advice, is not to take the rooms that have a street view on the lower floors, due to the rooms not have double glazing and the trams […] running nearly 24/7. My wife and I spent one night in the City Ring Hotel during our journey to Pecs for the 2011 World Masters Orienteering Championships. It's a comfortable hotel in a very convenient location for the Nyugati train station and the metro system. There are some good restaurants within easy walking distance --- we had an excellent meal in the Kiskakukk on […] Pozsonyi utca --- and we were happy to walk from the hotel to the Castle Hill area for a bit of sightseeing. We got a room facing the "courtyard", which is basically a very large lightwell. The room was fine, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary, but was entirely adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we'd be happy to use the City Ring Hotel again if we need somewhere to stay in Budapest. Lisez la suite

This hotel worked fine for me. It is on a busy street, but my room faced a courtyard so the noise was not a problem. It's very close to public transportation. It is difficult to get bags to the floors - there is a elevator but it is not part of the hotel and is not very convenient. The staff is helpful. I had a problem with my room and they moved me […] into another (nicer) room the next day. The only downside was breakfast, which was a bit marginal. Lisez la suite

The City Ring Hotel is dead handy for the West (Nyugati) station, about 300 yards. The rooms are clean enough and the breakfast is good. insist on a room on the first floor as it's a camel ride if you stay on the second. The counter staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English and recommending restaurants. We liked the Cuckoo (Kiskachukk)nearby. […] We did miss somewhere to sit in a lounge type area and there is no bar. Book on the Internet. Value for money - Yes, you get what you pay for. Convenient location, pleasant staff. It is not a fancy hotel but one of the best place to stay in town for the price.

et okay hotel til billige penge, alt personale er meget serviceminded, og der er en fin rengøringsstandard, badeværelserne er dog noget brugte, men rene. Der er en del trafikstøj, men det er ok når vinduerne er lukket. Morgenmaden er MEGET kedelig, men måske fordi vi boede der i 3 uger og der slet ikke var varianter. Det ligger fint til både metro, […] bus og sporvogn og med og en fin aftentur er lang Donau, det tager 5 min at gå til den og 10 min til Margitøen, som også er et fint mål for afslapning. Der mulighed for at få stillet både sult og tørst i gåafstand, så hvis du ikke søger fint og flot er det helt sikkert et okay hotel. Lisez la suite

Hotel Ring vil jeg godt anbefale til andre rejsende. God beliggenhed, tæt på Metro og sporvogn. Området var også OK. Venlig og imødekommende betjening, som talte engelsk. Værelserne dog lidt mindre end forventet, men god rengøring.

Det var nemt fra lufthav, at tage et tog til Nuagati stationen. Derfra kun ca. 10 minutter's gang til hotellet. Hotellet ligger tæt på metrostation Nuagati, sporvogn til Budasiden er på gaden lige udenfor hotellet og der er kun 10 minutter's gang til det store Westend Center. Det er tæt på gade med antikvitet's butikker, i gåafstand til Parlementet, […] hvor man kan tage en hop on and of bus og komme rundt i hele byen og få et godt indtryk af seværdigheder. Der er flere gode muligheder for spisesteder i forskellig prisklasse og køkkener med forskellig nationalitet. Der er cafe'er og pubber og et meget populært diskotek for de unge meget nær hotellet. Et stort teater, ligger også i kun 5 min's afstand. Lisez la suite

Ett ganska slitet hotell, men rummen hade god standard med bra luftkonditionering. Totalbetyget vad gäller standarden dras ned av att hiss saknas. Något underbemannat i frukostmatsalen så påfyllning av mat inte hanns med. Frukostutbudet dessutom något klent Personalen, trevlig och hjälpsam
