Beautiful hotel, rooms clean, swimming area was great, breakfast was super. The only downfall was that our room was facing the parking area and a HUGE spotlight came on at night and it came directly into our room. Even with the drapes closed it still filtered in as it was so strong.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and found everything wonderful except that the king size bed was so hard that we woke with sore backs, necks and headaches. It was awful. The hotel staff did everything to help accommodate this by trying to find a "gel" topper to make it softer. They also gave us 6 blankets and a huge duvet to make it softer. Pleasant stay, clean accomadations and very convienient to Anthony Henday. Would be nice if there were a few more amenities within walking distance, but West Ed only minutes away.

Service was great. Sink was broken and bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Overall was a nice stay for what we needed. Pool was nice as well!

"Bed bugs"
I have stayed here before and liked it. But left my last stay with several bed bug bites from room 306. Very upsetting. I just hope they didn't come home with me.

"the hotel was great!"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean...couldn't even find a hair. I would definitely stay there again. Free breakfast was also very good.

beautiful hotel...staff were eager to help...pool/waterslide were great fun...complementary buffet breakfast was delicious and a great perk for a family of 5!
Other than the heating and cooling of the room our stay was wonderful, the staff was great!!

This hotel is a good stay for the price. The included breakfast is not bad, the eggs and sausage are microwaved, but the waffles and toast selections are fresh and good. The pool is dated, and the waterslide was not working, as the pump went, but i did see the new one there, and should be working by now. The hotel was in a very convenient location. The room/bed was quite comfortable & clean. Front desk staff could have been more personable. We had to stay on the main floor... the plumbing sucks... everytime the guest above us flushed the toilet or ran water from any method, it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Clean, pet friendly. Our only complaint would be that hotels.com has a pet charge rate posted that's quite a bit lower than what the actual hotel charges. We mentioned this to them but they wouldn't do anthing for us on the price of the pet charge.

My most recent stay at this hotel marked the third time I have stayed at this location. I am always very happy with the friendly staff and cleanliness of my room. Another thing that brings me to this hotel is the Homefire Grill restaurant across the parking lot - one of my favorite places to eat while in Edmonton. I have no complaints other than the […] fact that during my most recent stay my king bed was beside the front facing side of the building and there are no darkening curtains covering the entire length of the window. I find it hard to fall asleep with all that light shining in the window, I eventually fell asleep after about 30 minutes but usually it only takes me no more than 15 minutes max. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast was good, as it was nice to eat something simple and quick. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

the location was great, nice and close to food, the mall and lots of amenities. The pool and breakfast were awesome! It was clean and safe and fun. The only down fall is the mattress was fluffy on top but cooshed onto a hard bottom, not very comfortable, but a great size. but the workers were super helpful and it was a great stay.

I've stayed in alot of hotels and this hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would give it a 8 out of 10. The breakfast each day is a nice start to the day. "Handy Location, comfy beds"
We had an excellent 5 days at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and it was a nice feel overall. It is located right around the corner from West Edmonton Mall, and is close to many restaurants. Pool was nice with a big slide, had a hot tub, and nice fitness facilities. The only complaint I have is the breakfast offered in […] the morning was not replenished enough, they had eggs, bacon, sausage but if you weren't there early enough you were out of luck. I went down at 9:30am thinking I still had a half hour, but there was no hot food left, so myself and the other 6 people wanting a hot meal had to settle for yogurt and cereal. We traveled from Regina to Edmonton and arrived late at night, so the beautiful lobby was a nice treat! Check in was nice and quick and we were in our room very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and extremely polite. Breakfast was so great, it had way more than we were expecting. The mall was only 5 minutes away as well as some great restaurants. "Terrible experience"
The heating system kept us up all night, the staff was grumpy and unhelpful, and breakfast (which we paid for) was completely unacceptable and kept running out of everything from coffee to toast to eggs. The pool was dirty and we did not use it. Will not recommend this to anyone.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently with nice, updated furnishings. The rooms are generously sized with flat-screens and nice furniture. Overall I felt this was a great hotel with a great price point. The one downside was the noise.
