A environ 2 heures de Grand Canyon, bon emplacement attention les restos sont fermés dès 21h00.

Hôtel très convivial, avec un accueil très agréable et décontracté. décors en bois avec cheminée et de confortables fauteuils et canapés On n'a pas l'impression d 'être dans une chaine standardisée.A disposition dans le séjour café thé, chocolat etc ...toute la journée .Piscine et spa devant l'hôtel. Nous sommes resté deux jours à 6 et nous sommes partis à regrets.
Situation
A Flagstaff, l'établissement Travelodge Flagstaff se trouve en banlieue, tout près de Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, Flagstaff City Hall et Northern Arizona University. Les sites Walkup Skydome et Riordon House se trouvent également à proximité.

"THIS PLACE IS A DISGUSTING DUMP"
WORST HOTEL STAY THIS DECADE. CABLE TV DID NOT WORK IN ANY ROOM. (MOVED TWICE) SINK WAS CLOGGED AND DID NOT DRAIN. MOST LIGHTBULBS EITHER DON'T WORK OR HAVE BEEN PULLED OUT SO ROOM IS VERY VERY DARK. ROOM SMELLED LIKE A DEAD BODY MIXED WITH SPORTS CREAM. BED LINENS WERE OLD AND STAINED AND MOST LIKELY DIRTY OR UNCLEANED. DESK ATTENDANT DID NOT SEEM […] TO CARE. THIS PLACE IS A DIRTY DIRTY DUMP. "Affordable, decent rates. Trains were loud."
Fairly decent location. The hotel is a very short drive down Rt66 to downtown. The property is getting old and it shows. The parking lot is a little rough, the building looks weathered, and the rooms feel dated. But, the rates were some of the cheapest in town so my expectations weren't terribly high. Aside from a few light bulbs out, the room was good […] for the price. I have only two real complaints. One, the trains are close and pretty loud at night, causing the windows to vibrate. Turning the air on washed out the sound. And two, the breakfast area was small. Both complaints are fairly small. Overall, if I'm back in flagstaff and need to stay on a budget, I would consider staying here again if the rates are better than Rodeway Inn. Lisez la suite

Read the reviews and do not stay here!!! This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! One of the wash clothes had a large hole in the middle of it while the second one looked as if the hotel staff had dusted with it then hung it on the rack! There were stains on the sitting surfaces of all the chairs and the entire room had a horrible smell […] to it. Oh, and at least 3 times during the night it sounded like a train was going to come straight into our room. Lisez la suite
I would recommend it but go to west route 66 unless you like trains they weren't that bad, and make sure they clean your room, ours wasn't cleaned to good are they would of found a shoe someone left behind, nice and roomy!
"Decent"
This room would have been better if the fan in the bathroom worked and the beds were updated. We had friends who stayed in a different room at the same hotel that was nicer. But they allow dogs which is a plus.
The room had a bad smell in it which was a mix of disinfectant and urine. Other than the odor, everything appeared clean and neat. The smell may just have been the result of a poor choice of cleaning chemicals.

"Travelodge Flagstaff - The Worst Hotel Ever"
This one is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 1. The First Room that was assigned to us was not at all made up. It had shoes and clothes of previous occupant. Bed wasnt made up. In short, the whole room was in a worst possible state. So we asked to get another room. 2. The Second room that was allocated stinked and had water dripping from the […] ceiling. Bathroom didnt had good lighting. So we asked for another room, again... 3. The third and the final room was bearable, we were too tired to ask for another room now. The room heater switches were non-functional, only On or Off; cant control fan speed. Heater tempearture control was not working... it used to give, either cool or hot air, no warm air or the one you prefer. TV Remote was not functional. TV reception was not at all clear. The towels provided were kinda rough. Wireless Internet reception so poor that our room which was just across the hotel office/counter and we still didnt receive connection. I saw people at the office lobby with their laptops to access internet. In short, for me this has been a very unpleasant and disappointing stay. Not recommending. Lisez la suite

"Travelodge Flagstaff - price to match quality"
Well, it's a cheaper hotel that is somewhat old. The price was right...and with it comes the usual smells, stains, cigarette ash behind dressers, cobb webs in the bathroom, etc. As long as you close your eyes and wear protective gear...it's all good!

when i check in our room 207, i turn on the heater which was blowing out cold air, we (myself & 2 yr old daughter) waited for about 20 minutes or so, it was since cold, went back to the front desk & explain to them that the heater isn't working so he gave us another but still the heater wasn't working right so we figured it will get warm in a bit so […] we left our room to get something to eat by the time we got back to our room it was still COLD, so we left to the nearest Walmart & purchase 2 heaters that kept us warm thru out the night, not only that the sink had a small leaking problem the carpet was wet which i reported to the front desk clerk along with the heater problem. There was also trash underneath the beds, but the bed itself was comfortable. The major problem we had was the heating problem which led us to purchase 2 heaters dat costed me over 40.00. We had a great stay until it was time to take a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. We called the front office and they said just to let it run for awhile and we did but nothing. "Older Hotel but clean Refrigerator and Microwave"
Older hotel on route 66. My Garmin had some trouble finding the hotel, just find Route 66 and follow that till you find the hotel. Inexpensive stop on the way from LA to Albuquerque. Easy check in at 2:30 AM and quiet. Refrigerator and Microwave in room and free WiFi Internet. Overall a good deal for what I paid, would stay there again.
"Needs Improving"
Visibly the old motel has been upgraded little by little, but there is a general lack of attention to detail: burnt lights, broken sink drains, noisy heaters, etc. that should be fixed before customers check in. Nevertheless it is clean and the best bang for the buck I could find.
We had a very dissappointing stay at this location...front office smelt really bad...the tvs do not work well....the phones did not work in the room...wifi was really awful you had to stand outside the room to get a signal but kept getting kicked off...the manager did not do anything to help....the motel even charged us a fee even though we did not […] stay there....really bad place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My wife and I stay at a variety of different hotels throughout the year for quick weekend trips. Occasionally we bring along our two small dogs. Finding a decent hotel that is pet friendly and clean can be already quite difficult, and our experience at this hotel hasn’t made the endeavor any easier for our future travels. Pros: On sale through hotels.com Cons: […] When we arrived at the hotel, it was pet friendly (with a pet fee… for each dog). The savings from hotel.com was lost, but it was now about the same price as most decent hotels in the area. Unfortunately, the list of cons grew, and we will simply stay somewhere else the next time we are in Flagstaff. • Room smelled like cats and dogs. No facilities to take your dogs for a walk, bathroom, etc. Pet friendly? What is the pet fee for if it isn’t used to clean the rooms or create facilities for the pets? • Multiple hairs, not ours, found under the comforter. • Bathroom shower/tub didn’t drain after taking a shower. • Paper thin walls, heard the TV in another room play all night, and the hotel is located close to a busy train track. • TV remote broken (not that big of a deal, but just another added annoyance). • Room was advertised as having a microwave and fridge in the room, but it only had a fridge… no microwave. In the hotel’s defense, we didn’t notify them of our discomfort. All of these things were discovered throughout our stay, and so we only told hotel management about the tub when we checked out. I stay at many hotels and I had a very positive experience. Online work I was able to have access to for emails and further business. The condition of my room gave me a feeling of being in a upgraded hotel! I mentioned it to the staff. PS international breakfast was an added bonus!

There breakfast are sink!!! My wife and I were not happy with breakfast....we expect good breakfast....there only muffins, cereal and toast that is all....
"Great for the rate"
The beds were kind of hard and the breakfast was lacking. But the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. For the price this was a great choice and I recommend the hotel.

It was just a an overnight stay and would not stay again. Very noisy area. No control on foot traffic and arguing in the parking lot. Rooms are drab and need updating. Would not stay there again

"Good ol' Travelodge"
This motel was a throwback to the sixties. I knew it would not be real quiet as it is across the street from the train tracks. The beds were rocks with sheets and the towels were white sandpaper. I got what I paid for though. It was clean and the staff was polite.
"Sleep in your car first"
If this hotel was the last hotel to have a room available in Flagstaff, keep driving or sleep in your car. If you like trains, this is your place. Trains run every half hour on the hour. The hotel is not what I expected of a Travelodge. The grounds were dirty, the room was dirty with stains on the carpet and chair. I couldn't use the air conditioner […] as it smelled like urine. I even had to ask the housekeeping staff to run the vacuum in the room. With all the hotels in Flagstaff, you can certainly do better than this place. Lisez la suite

Hotel was as expected based on the price. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. I'd stay here again if I'm looking for an inexpensive room. My only serious issue was the comfort of the bed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Compared to other hotels in the area, it is a great value for the price. If you want better amenities, you'll pay a lot more for them elsewhere.
"Excellent front desk personnell"
Tristan was at the front desk when I arrived. I asked him for a good - non chain restaurant to have dinner - and he recommended Black Bart's - it was a hoot! And more than I expected. Chelsea was at the front desk Sunday morning and my computer wouldn't connect with the mote'ls W-fi - I asked her if she could help me. I left the computer with her and […] ran around town, when I arrived back at the motel, she had fixed the problem and I was able to access my emails, etc. Both of these employees are courteous, knowledgable and I got their names, because I was going to write to you about their superior service. I'm sure you will realize that if I could have stayed in a view room in Sedona - that would have been my choice, but as with many folks, just to get out of the Valley's heat sometimes compomises have to be made for price. "Non smokers beware!"
We had requested a non-smoking room. Room was full of smoke, paint peeling throughout room and the bath tub was filthy. Very poor service as the front desk clerk assured us that the room was a non-smoking room even though there was a smoking emblem on the door. He was not helpful and we decided not to stay there.

It's a cheap hotel across from the railroad tracks (which are busy all night long). But for the price, you can't complain too much!

I travel extensively and look for Off the Beaten path experiences. This hotel was a blast from the past sitting right on Historic Hwy 66. It was probably here when my folks and I traveled through in 1963. the front staff were very friendly both during check in/check out. We stayed there one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. The first thing I found out was check out time was 11 not 12 as it stated on the website. That was ok because we were leaving early anyway, but still. The room smelled really musty so we left the door open a couple of hours and it was better after that.
