1st Inn Branson - Branson

Pretty good place to rest your head. beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was filling and tasty and the place was quiet and a good stay at the end of doing the Branson blitz. recomended.

Great location and staff at the right price. Right in the middle of the strip but close to a bi pass access. Clean room , but a little small. I guess it is because they put everything you could need in it. Refrigerator, microwave, etc.

Bathroom was dirty- had hair on floor and toilet. Sink was dirty. Just felt like it needed to be cleaned better. Would not stay there again.

The breakfast is horrible lol they should pay Marriott a visit. I steady here 3 days and my 1st breakfast experience was horrible and I was done

I was pleasantly suprised by the updated, clean furnishings, and Great Complimentary Breakfast! Definitely will stay here again. Rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 but great for a couples weekend getaway!

I was really shocked that this hotel was so nice for the price. The location was great, right in the middle of the Entertainment distract and not far at all from the outlet mall and more family fun. My only complaint is that 2 of the 3 days I was there they did not clean the bathroom. I have small kids who were running around all day so the tub at night […] would leave a ring around it. I had to attempt to clean it with shampoo in order to give my children a clean tub for bathing. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I was very pleased with the hotel room and location of the hotel. The free putt-putt golf was a surprise but the course is in need of repairs so was not a big benefit. It was a bit of a walk on a steep hill to get to breakfast, fine for my family but might be difficult for some people & require driving down the hill. Room was nice but carpet was dirty pillow cases on one bed dirty!! Tell housekeeping the next day and they took dirty cases but, left no clean ones. Front desk was especially nice, very helpful!! There were so many hotels around the area that we could have chosen, but i had to stupidly choose this one. The room was small for the huge furniture, POOR customer service especially at the reception that i thought hospitality had a major downturn. People at the reception were rude almost appearing resentful we were there. I havent gone anywhere else […] that's worse than this. Lisez la suite

Nice hotel. The AC just didn't work so it was really hot in our room. Good location on the strip.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We would stay there again if we went back to visit.

The hotel was close to everything, alot of which were within walking distance. Was wonderful having our own miniature golf course. We were in the back building and breakfast was served there as well as in the main building. I could find nothing wrong with this hotel, would definitley stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and found it comfortable, clean, and very convenient to everything. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was okay, not great, but fine. We would have liked it to include waffles and bagels. Beds were comfortable and air worked great. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great place to stay. Surrounded byt many activities and reaturants. Not far from any of the main activities in Branson. Room was a bit crowded but clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Not the biggest hotel room, but good for just coming and going. We weren't there a whole lot since we had a lot to go and see there on the strip. Pool was decent and the lobby was nice to let us swim later than closing time. Our kids had a great time playing minautre golf and a bonus being free. Had peanut butter cookies in the lobby […] too, which of course was another bonus. Didn't hear a whole lot of noise at night and everyone was pretty respectful. Greatest place about it....the restaurant next door called Cakes-n-Cream. Gotta stop by and try their food and desserts. We went there both nights we stayed. Love the atmosphere inside. Nice motel for price, good location. Only problem was every time the air conditioner came on it made a strange noise that woke me and my roommate up several times through the night. Other than that pretty much the same as any other motel I've been to.

My husband said "I think we have found a GEM!!" My only complaint is that they didn't clean our room. We were gone during the cleaning hours, but no one cleaned the room. Hot breakfast buffet and clean and comfortable room.

Hotel is separated by hot walk up a hill. Not much fun to walk. People really ready to please, just not convient to office.

Definitely worth staying at. Will stay again. The pool was small but it was free and also didn't know that you could play putt putt golf for free too. Loved it

This hotel provided a decent room in a relatively quiet area with access to local venues. My wife and I walk a lot so we only had to drive to venues off the main strip (Hwy 76). My only suggestion would be a variety of breakfasts. We were provided the same meal every monring Mon-Sat. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

This was an old hotel that has been there for years, but when staying there you would not expect it to have been very old. The hotel is updated, very clean, very nice and with lots of helpful employees. Our next visit to Branson we will definetely be staying at this hotel. This hotel is what you would call a DEAL!

This was a good place to get away to. Our keys didn't work twice while we were there but they just finally replaced them and threw the old ones away. Our room was nice and clean. I liked that we could walk over next door to get ice cream. We will stay here again when we return to Branson.

Pros: excellent location, right on the strip, and for a great price. Tasty cookies in the lobby. Clean pool. Our room was not large but they didn't skimp on the ammenities, we had a microwave, fridge and wardrobe. Cons: I didn't enjoy the breakfast, which could just be my preferences, though.

The room was great, love the large bath tub. No street noise, maid service was great, convenience of location to theaters and restruants. Let me have the room on the floor I wanted. 1st. INN made our stay in branson "JUST PLAIN NICE" THANKS

Good basic accomodation.

We stayed one night in a king jacuzzi room. The room was very nice. The jacuzzi was huge. The recent remodel of this hotel was done well. Our bed was not comfortable at all, at least for me. My wife slept fine. I woke up with a crick in my neck that lasted most of the day. I said something about it at checkout and the lady said next time they would […] put us in a different room. Also it was so busy there wasn't much left of the breakfast, so go early. I would definitely go back and take my chances with the bed cause it was a pretty nice place for the money Lisez la suite

This hotel was clean and comfortable! FREE mini golf with every stay! Nice staff. They make cookies during checkin time that are delicious! It's in the middle of the strip so you are close to everything! Mini fridge and microwave was very nice to have! The breakfast wasn't anything special but for the cheap room and comfortable stay, we didn't mind! […] LOVED this hotel and would recommend it! We will be be staying there again next time! It's right on the main strip, so that was really nice because everything was really close, and the front desk people were always nice and wanting to help. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The outlet mall was 10 mins away walking, which was very nice

The title of this review says it all, but I will elaborate. After checking into our room, we first noticed that it did not look at all like the pictures or as we expected from the room description. After further inspection, we noticed that the room was not clean. Strange because the room was made to look clean, but there were still noticeable signs […] of filth to the discerning eye. There were clumps of dirt that had been pushed underneath the bed, dirt and debris swept under the vanity and in the corner of the bathroom, trash behind thrown behind the television and dresser, bugs and a few other things that were too much to look past. When I stopped by the front desk to ask if they could take a vacuum through our room how we went to dinner, the woman at the front desk acted baffled by my request but said she would get someone to take care of it. When we returned a couple of hours later to the room in the same condition that we found it, I called the front desk and the woman said that there was nothing she could do about it and that we could check out and go somewhere else in the morning if we wanted. We were eventually transferred to another room later that evening that was only slightly cleaner than the first room. I have never been assigned a hotel room that was in this poor of condition or received the horrible of service that I did at the 1st Inn Branson. I would never go back and I would recommend you keep looking for a cleaner and friendlier place to stay. Lisez la suite

Marlena went above the call of duty for breakfast. The room had everything one could expect. Microwave, fridge, extra pillows, very clean, very good price. It is a great value. I will stay again next time I am in Branson.

We were welcomed and felt right at home! The staff were super friendly, informative and the fresh baked cookes....what an awesome touch!!! We would recommend to our family and friends and look forward to a return trip someday!!! Thanks so much!

Get up early and eat breakfast or you will run into grumpy, rude, selfish old folks. Sorry, but that is what it seemed like to our family. We are polite and patient and we just could not handle it our 2nd day, so we went to Shoneys and ate. HOTEL: Was in great shape for the price. Seemed clean and was in a a great location. Very quite. Although for the most part I was completely satisfied with my experience there were a few things that should be mentioned about this hotel. First off, the main building is fairly old looking (not shown in the pictures) and is the first thing you will see. What is shown in the pictures is the 2nd building that is behind the main one. Internet access […] is free BUT DOES NOT WORK at the second building because it's too far away. They do have a free (small) mini golf course that I wasn't aware of when booking with them, that ended up being fun for my family. The breakfast was pretty bad. Everything was cold, and not enough counter space. There was a good variety of food offered, but still wasn't the "nicest". The rooms were a good size, we had 3 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space. The water flow was slow and the toilet clogged very easily, but I would recommend bring your own plunger unless you want to be constantly bugging the front desk :) they have to unclog it themselves! Definitely worth it for the price.

Room was ready when we arrived. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was to our expectation. Free breakfast was basic but good, the second day there were no donuts so my daughter was a little upset but she settled for cereal. First Inn Branson is very conveniently located and convenient to many of the theaters. The refurb this property did a couple of years ago is totally nice. From the flat-screen 42" TV to the new carpet and linens to replacing the bathroom fixtures and a new digital HVAC unit, for the price it is probably one of the better room values in Branson. We were […] on the 2nd floor of the main building, so neighbor noise was pretty much non-existent. I will comment on two things that I see as "negatives," just for me personally: (1) The rooms are pretty small to begin with, and there are 2 queen beds, plus a dresser-type piece, on which the TV sits. Then there's an extra piece of furniture, an armoire, serving as a closet. So it's pretty full of furniture and snug to navigate, especially when getting up during the night. (2) My DH and I prefer a much firmer bed than this one was. We just found ourselves tending to roll toward the middle of the bed and each other. Might have also had something to do with our combined weights, lol! This didn't keep us awake though. The business center computer was very convenient for printing our boarding passes. The warm chocolate chip cookies were also wonderful. Maids were efficient and cheerful as well. We weren't all that impressed with the extended continental breakfast, but it was just "okay" -- best to go early (or just before it closes) I guess, since it can be crowded and hard to get a table otherwise. I really liked the location of this hotel, right off the strip and on a side road for going the back way when you don't want to get stuck on 76 all the time. The room was kinda small compared to others that I stayed at but its nicely renovated and much nicer than some I have stayed at in Branson. We will definitely stay here again.
