Best Western Plus Roseville Inn - Roseville

Bien dans l'ensemble avec surtout un excellent petit déjeuner très complet.. Seul bémol mais important une grande partie de l'hotel au bord de l'autoroute 80. Ne pas y rester si vous ne pouvez pas obtenir une chambre dans le batiment éloigné. .

très bien, un peu loin de Sacramento,mais cet un choix, chambre propre et correct, petit déjeuner très bien

Room was clean and we could not hear the freeway. Beds had poor support, my son even complained about the sag in the middle. There was the odor of cigarettes in the non-smoking room and I thought I could detect the odor on the sheets. The included breakfast was nice enough with a good mix of choices. I would stay again but not my first choice.

This Best Western is your typical older hotel but is very well kept. The staff was very pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great access to restaurants and essentials. Breakfast was well... just the basics, it will get the day started.

this hotel was not what i expected. dirty dirty carpets. clothes from the previous guest were left in the closet. stains of God knows what on the bed skirts. very friendly service but not a place for children. there guest directory said they had cribs available at no charge. but when i called to request one, they said they had none and have never even […] carried them. frustrating!! Loved the room can't say enough about the comfort of the bed and sheets, I was in heaven, the staff was great also.

The only downfall is slow internet beside that it was very nice and cozy.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice, I really loved the bed, so comfy! Staff allowed us to stay in lobby for long time while other family members showed up to see us. My brother and I had a 34 yr reunion with our niece, and recently my brother and I had a 55 yr reunion, things went so well, great place to stay!!

I had to be in town for a test at the Pearson Vue testing center. The hotel is an easy distance from their location. My room was very quiet so I was able to get in some last minute studying. The hotel's continental breakfast got me through my test! I even loved their "clean" remotes they have! What a smart idea! The hotel is close to several restaurants. […] And a Chevron right across the street if you need a late night snack that isn't in the hotel's vending machines. I booked this hotel as i was working until 11;30 pm an to a 6:45 am start at a local hospital. Upon enquiring about the late check in the staff very very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good, location wise this was very close to the hospital. Convenient to a huge shopping mall and great prices for good and comfortable quality. This is the hotel we usually choose in Roseville.

Great place to stay at a great price. The breakfast was awesome but they ran out of tea and didn't have the best selection but no the end of the world. The heater is a bit noisy but once I found the lower setting it was fine. The refrigerator kept making noise and being a light sleeper it was a bit annoying but it is what it is. location, ameneties, room decor was all good. Everything in the room worked. The bathroom was clean and working. Only issue we had was the carpet was not clean. There was no visible debris on the carpet, it is just when you walk on it barefoot and wash your feet you will see the black dirt washing off.

This wasn't a horrible hotel experience but I wouldn't book this one, again. The room was comfortable, no problem with temperature and the housekeeping staff really kept the room clean. But, they do allow pets and even though the room was clean I felt like there had been a guest with a pet in the room because of the smell. I also came away with a couple […] of flea bites. There was a lot of outside noise and I'm guessing it was because of the proximity to the freeway. Loud truck horns in the middle of the night. It also sounded like there may have been train tracks nearby or at least it sounded like it late at night. I did think the bathroom and vanity area was nicer than the nearby Hilton I stayed at previously so that was a plus. I stayed here four nights and passed on the breakfast after trying it the first day. I really didn't see anything there that I wanted to eat especially the giant fishbowl of hard boiled eggs or the pre-made breakfast burritos and sandwiches that are out of refrigeration. Good price and location. Easily accessible from the highway. Nice continental breakfast with good variety. I was a little concerned that when I turned off the lights to go to sleep, that I could see light around the door frame. Room ventilation poor place ok

Hotel was close to shopping and the antique mall! Room was clean and comfortable. Our only concern was the santitation of the breakfast served....no spray for the waffle maker which had people trying to peel off their stuck waffles with their fingers! I would have rather stayed at the Bates Motel....No joke!

We took the king suite and it was an excellent decision for the price. Room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Refridgerator was marginal, and the wireless internet a bit weak, but everything else was good during our three day stay. Nearby Claim Jumper is an excellent restaurant and Trader Joes is within walking distance. Premium running trail […] along Dry Creek is a few blocks away. Ask directions at front desk. Northern Sacrtamento. Only about 20 minutes from downtown. Easy freeway access without a lot of freeway noise. Great value for the $$$. Would stay here again.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also liked it that you got three pillows, good quality. The tv was a little hard to navigate, I was trying to find the baseball game. Clean and friendly. Like the way it is layed out. Very satisified.

Everything was fine except the water in the tub/shower was only luke warm at best. The water in the sink was scalding hot. Other than that, it was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and pretty spacious, staff was polite and responsive to my requests. The bathtub was really huge. I loved the stay.

Really liked the Roseville Best Western Plus hotel in a previous visit and was completely satisfied once again. If we are ever in the area in the future, you can bet we'll be staying at the Roseville Best Western Plus. The free breakfast is the icing on the cake. A very comfortable hotel, a little noisy if you're on the bottom floor when people shower upstairs. The breakfast could have been better, but it was still a nice way to start the morning.

everything was fine except that the shower had very low hot water pressure.

It was a hot day and it showed in the room. I checked in at 530 on a hot afternoon, with the ac on full blast my room finaly cooled down around midnight. It was a non smoking room, yet smelled like smoke. The hotel was overall fine. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.

Last weekend we went to Roseville for a last-minute family function and found most of the hotels booked. Thru Hotels.com I found an available room with all the amenities we were looking for - 2 queen beds,non-smoking, wi-fi, even continental breakfast. We don't usually stay at places below 3 stars, but for 1 night and without better options we chose […] Best Western - a chain we have stayed at before in other cities. When we got there before noon they had trouble finding our reservation (I had the confirmation number), and informed us there were no non-smoking rooms. I asked about the smoky smell but they had no empty rooms yet to check. They offered to put us in a NS room if one opened up. We came back around 9 PM and took a chance on the smoking room they had available. It was in the very back, by the freeway, and we passed several young men sitting against the walls of the property, separately, on their cell phones. It made us uncomfortable, but we kept going. Our particular room had several issues - the bathroom was very small and the door didn't close all the way, the towel rack fell off the wall, the shower curtain rod was not installed straight so the curtain kept sliding open, the faucet handle was hard to pull on and push off, the nightstand was sticky, and the room was generally run down. Fortunately the room did not smell strongly of smoke. As for the breakfast, it was cereal and juice in the lobby, and the milk was taken away at 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends - earlier than we would have chosen to get up and eat. On the good side, juice was available all the time, but we were in the furthest bldg from the office. The desk staff were pleasant, but the check-in and out service was not enough to get us to stay again. Lisez la suite

This hotel is just fine for a last resort if stopping for the night. The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, however, it is an extremely noisy location. Constant freeway noise, poolside noise all day & into the late evening, and very thin walls and doors to the rooms. Spent two nights there and did not sleep well at all. Prior to Best Western upgrading all of their franchise properties this place would have been awful. But with the upgrades the room was clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. It was conveniently located to my meeting the next morning but it was overpriced based on the neighborhood and condition of the hotel.

Reasonable rates although they've gone up $10 since April. Didn't have my requested room type. Claimed they were oversold on king rooms yet parking lot wasn't that full. Two queen bed rooms are cramped. Uses a room spray that I'm allergic to but stopped when I asked them to.

The front desk had a new employee (second day on the job) with no training and she was left alone. She couldn't answer simple questions (where is the ice machine?). There was an apparent urinalysis going on for new employees using the restroom in the dining area as they were lined up with papers in hand. One morning, there was no coffee for breakfast […] and the new staff didn't know how to make it. They claimed the microwave didn't work, but it was simply unplugged but didn't seem to care enough to investigate the matter. The room was nice and the staff was friendly, just not very effective. arrived first day-television didnot work, second day-none of the appliances for breakfast worked except coffee maker, athird day toaster,microwave and coffee maker still didn't work, television had snowy picture. overall very poor all around.
