Hotel en rénovation, il nous on donne une chambre neuve très propre. Les environs pas terrible si on a une voiture, pas loin du centre ville.

Hotel d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Il est à 20min de marche du centre ville, dispose d'un parking GRATUIT (rare à San Francisco!), d'internet gratuit en wifi dans toutes les chambres et le petit déjeuner est inclus. Notre chambre était très confortable.

I stayed here to be close to the SoMa nightlife. The hotel is clean and safe enough. It's very inexpensive. If you are expecting frills, look elsewhere. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom clean and has great lighting. The breakfast is better than most as they have hot waffles made to order in addition to coffee, cold cereal, oatmeal, 3 […] kinds of bread and bagels for toasting, butter, jam, and cream cheese, and juices. I booked this room for my daughter and her roommate. They took a break before the semester started up again and wanted to see San Francisco. I read the reviews and this one seemed good plus it had continental breakfast and free parking (since the girls were driving in, this was a real plus). They loved the location. It was close to everything. They […] said that the staff was wonderful. They helped them locate places and suggested stops. The girls said the room was good and that the only thing was the location was kind of iffy at night; during the day, they had no concerns at all. They said there was noise, but they slept well. Great place to stay, though the furniture in the room was very old fashioned. I booked for a few days via a website and then decided to stay an extra day. I told them this at reception on my last night and that was okay. However, the next morning I had staff banging on my door demanding that I get out of bed and re-check in person at reception.

Wanted a cheap room as I was in town to see a show at Slims which is only two blocks away. They have free wifi and conti breakfast. Theres a computer in the lobby where I got to print out my boarding pass before I checked out. This hotel has been recently remodeled so everything is pretty new. Employees at the front desk are very attentive. Good location, close to downtown. They have plenty of parking. Breakfast is included from 7 to 10 AM. Good value for the money.

I loved the convenience of the hotel.. right where I wanted to be, Great staff, clean rooms, and parking. I would definitly stay here again, and will. This hotel is great for the price. I love that it offers exactly what is says on the website and charging me for extra things that should be included. The parking is free and there is lots of it! The breakfast was great too, usually when I go to small hotels like this, no breakfast is offered, but they had a good variety. The service was also very fast. […] When I needed more towels, they were delivered to my door within minutes. This was the loudest hotel i have ever stayed at. And I am not talking about the traffic; the actual people there were inconsiderate and very loud. At 1:30 in the morning there were doors slamming and people yelling. The management did nothing about it. On the morning of check out we asked if we could check out at 11:30 they told us no-Even though the […] check out time was NOON! They called us at 11 a.m. and asked us if we would be out soon. Booked this hotel while driving - got a central reservation number with a very helpful gentleman who surveyed hotels in the area and in our price range (our initial choice was fully booked). Trivia: when we checked in reception said it was an Expedia booking. We were travelling in a mid-sized RV and free parking was a priority - this hotel has it. Unfortunately, […] when we arrived we found that our vehicle was too high to pass under the arch leading to the back lot. The receptionist had to call someone off-duty to determine the location of a key to open a back gate to let us in. In addition, a dumpster had been placed on the sidewalk in front of the gate. So my companion had to idle and hold up traffic in the right lane for about 10 minutes while the receptionist (she was very pleasant and helpful) and I struggled with the locked gate and an uncooperative dumpster. Anyhow, we finally got in and got parked. The room was adequate - non-smoking but most definitely had been a smoking room till recently. We left the door open and fan on for a short while and that helped a lot. The heater/air conditioner works well but is very loud and woke me a couple of times. Bed was comfy and clean - bathroom was fine but could use more towels (we got one bath and one hand towel each). Breakfast is included and was also more than satisfactory - a smiling lady makes fresh waffles on demand. Cereals, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, juice, apples and bananas are all available. Location is good - we left the RV parked and used transit for our 2-day stay. A walk down 3 fairly long blocks will take you to a main bus & BART route which we used to go to and from Golden Gate Park. We had originally booked only one night but were happy enough with the hotel to book for another. We were given the same rate. Overall, I'd give it a thumbs up. Lisez la suite

The outside of this facility gave me a chill and I was almost afraid to check in. The desk clerks were very nice, though don't ask about things to see. No one seemed to be from there and could not point me in any dire tion except toward Market Street. The room was clean and surprisingly big. The fold away bed (couch) coushins were a little worse for […] wear, but it was completely functional. There was some minor issues with nose levels, but it stopped at about 10pm, which was mice because I had to be up early the next morning. Overall, based on the outside one might think it was overpriced. However the pleasant staff, jumped on my every request, and the room was overall quite comfortable. Stayed there for 3 nights. Bad location, there are much better location for the same price. The room smell really bad (cigarrette and mold). Plus a lot of noise due to 9th street being infront. Look more, you`ll find better deals. Breakfast was ok and the ladies in the breakfast room really nice.

My girlfriend and I decided to give this hotel another chance after we believed our 1st stay there last year was just a stroke of bad luck. We received a non-smoking room, as we did last year, and walked into a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The desk clerk offered us a small amount of fabreze but that didn't help at all. When we checked out and informed the desk clerk of the problem, she apologized and confirmed that it was listed as a non-smoking room. Room 11. We like the hotel location and everything else about the hotel, but since my girlfriend has asthma and we both hate the smell of cigarettes, we would hate to have to stay anywhere else. Didn't expect the rooms to be nice and well put together. Clean, spacious, comfort for a cheap price... Granted that the location is not the most ideal near a main street and freeway, but they do have plenty of parking. Around the time that I stayed there it was early December. Aside from other Inability of plans that I had made I was left homeless. They were able to work with me and lower my deposit and arranged to book my first night of being homeless without a credit card. They saw and acknowledged that I was having a terrible day/evening. Hotel overall was better than all of the rest in SOMA at this price point. They did have construction going on and the workers scratched my rental car. The hotel said that they were not responsible for damage of parked cars. I had full coverage on the car so I didnt pursue. This motel was a good value. Convenient location, fair price, and updated, clean room. The front desk person was efficient. It listed a continental breakfast though I'm not sure if they actually had a continental breakfast...I only saw the complimentary coffee. That was the only negative aspect.

The neighbourhood was shady at later hours but over all it was ok, the hotel was undergoing remodeling but still everything was clean, the staff was very polite. The room was ok. Over all the hotel was more than what I was expecting for the price we paid. we came a little bit earlier.but the management was so friendly by letting us check in earlier without any extra charges. has wifi and i like the waffle a lot(breakfast meal)!

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. Sure, it's not as nice as an expensive hotel, but considering the price I paid and the comfort I received, I think this place is great. The surrounding area is a bit ghetto and smells like pee, but what part of SF doesn't hahaha. Anyhow, this place is close to everything you need, plus free parking, plus free […] internet. Unfortunately, there was some contraction in front of the room we were in. Without that, it must have been more comfortable to stay this motel. The food I ordered from the room because I found a menu that was handled by different company was awful and expensive.

I always booked this hotel with the superior queen, which comes with living room couch but when u check inn they still ask for extra $15 if I wanted the living room couch, If not u only get a small room with no couch not true as advertised...

Positive: Hotel is partially renewed, Room is good, Bed is comfortable, TV was full channeled, AC was new, quiet and very efficiency, Water was hot. Less good: Hotel is on a main street, noisy from 6 am to 11 pm. Neighborhood is poor and a lot of Homeless are walking/sleeping around... Great for a low budget Hotel.

It's a fine hotel, free parking, a decent breakfast station. In between a couple of clubs, so I wouldn't wander to far off in the middle of the night. For needing an inexpensive place to stay.. Yes, it is just two blocks from the freeway exit on nineth st from the bay bridge or coming from the opposite direction. The Inn doesn't look great because of the construction. It doesn't seem to be the best neighborhood but the room was very clean, and comfortable . The price was not bad. I believe I got one of the renovated rooms. I wanted thrilled with this hotel but I also wasn't disappointed. For the amount we paid I had hoped for a little more. The beds were comfortable but the bed skirts were filthy, covered in white powder. The furniture looked abused and the heater was broken. Free parking was great though. I am also a person who is picky about sound and it was nearly […] impossible to sleep in the morning. This hotel is close to subway. The neighborhood is a industrial area. However, don't stay in this hotel if you want a safe hotel. The surrounding is full of homeless people, specially during weekend. The hotel stuff won't do anything if there is any problem. One night, the people next to my room got into a fight and waken me up. The fight continued […] for almost 15min. I am almost called 911. Finally one of the guys jump on a truck and drive away. The hotel stuff didn't respond to this. Other than that, this hotel provide good breakfast and convienent location.
