This was a perfectly fine hotel for a business stay. I found it to be very quiet, which was great, and everything in the room worked well (fridge, microwave, tv, iron, etc...) I didn't myself use the in-room whirlpool and fireplace, but the room was large enough that I didn't miss the space they took up. This hotel had GREAT TV--HGTV, TLC, E!, Bravo...not […] just the usual hotel 30 channels. The breakfast was just cold foods + wafflemaker, but plentiful and clean. Overall the hotel and room were fine, however the heating unit came on every half hour or so (even though it wasn't cold out and I had it turned down) and it was pretty loud. Not great for light sleepers... The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were a little lumpy.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The service is decent, the place is immaculate, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the pool, and that had more to do with the behavior of the other guests than the people at the ramada.

This hotel was ok for our type of stay. We were wrestling so we were really there to shower and sleep. It is very close to highway. Didn't have a tv channel listing in room nor did we ever find a restaurant guide. They have one in lobby to use. Rooms were older rooms..not many outlets. Very spacious room.

Older hotel. Cold shower in AM. Otherwise met the needs for a one night stop. No elevator to get to the 2nd floor in this part of the hotel. Had to drag luggage up the stairs.

The hotel was very dirty and the staff was terrible and very unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast was aweful too. The coffee maker broke along with the waffle maker. There were no towels in the pool area and feces all over the toilet along with days worth of dirty diapers in the garbage. Would never go back.

When we arrived there was no hotel clerk for about 15 minutes (due to a leaky ice maker?). The next day when we went to check out again there was no clerk. UGH!

Disappointed that the pool area closed at 10 pm, , this was the main reason I booked here. No elevator access to our floor, had to carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast was limited. Desk clerk was not friendly, just did her job. Toilet paper dispenser was broken & if you were not careful it would have caught your arm. My boyfriend and I stayed here twice, the first time was fantastic, no problems. We even got a late checkout until 3. Since we only stayed one night we wanted a late checkout to spend more time together. (Long distance relationship) we went back to this hotel just so we can get a late checkout. The woman at the desk insisted we couldn't have a late […] checkout and admitted they had open rooms open so I don't understand why we couldn't of gotten a late checkout the second time. Room ok, except large tear in curtain about 1/4 up. When heater on, air blew up inside of curtain also as had no weight to hold curtain down. Sheets totally wrinkled, wrinkled,looks like they had just be waded up after taken out of dryer

For a Ramada, I expected more. The linen was not changed the 9 days we stayed. Breakfast items were always in short supply or non-existant. The desk staff was very helpful & responsive to our needs.

The hotel was conveniently located close to 81. Personnel was attentive and helpful. Hotel had all the amenities offered on their website including WiFi on the room. Breakfast had good variety (coffee, 3 different juices, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt). Room was clean but with musty smell.

This hotel is much better than others in the same price range. The walls are thin so a bit noisy. Also the card reader for the external hotel door only works after several tries.

The room was good size and equipped well, fridge, internet, microwave, coffee machine, new TV. I also liked the continental breakfast room, which was not locked at night, so I could get milk for my kid. All workers were nice too. I would use this hotel again.

For the price we paid, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean rooms, pool\hot tub, free breakfast, great neighborhood. Will definitely recommend and return.

Ran out of towels and none were available. Continental breafast was fine except for the rotting oranges that needed to be trashed. The pool was nice for the kids and everything seemed clean when we got there except for the last day I noticed overflowing trash cans out front. Maybe no grounds employees work on the weekends.

All of our needs were met at the Ramada. We enjoyed an upgrade to a king suite (which was really just a larger room with a couch- but we were happy to have the extra space!). The room was clean, though the bathtub could have used a deeper scrubbing. The pool was a nice bonus. We skipped the breakfast. It would have been adequate for someone with fewer […] dietary restrictions, but as I am gluten intolerant, my options were anemic oranges, highly processed yogurt cups, or instant oatmeal. If you're happy with cereal, bagels, pastries, and waffles, you'll find the breakfast room is well-stocked, neat, and roomy. My only tiny complaint about the staff was that housekeeping was vacuuming outside our door before 9 am on a Sunday morning, which was somewhat of a disturbance after getting in late the night before.
