Hôel bien situé vis à vis de l'aéroport. Navette gratuite toutes les 1/2 heures avec l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié mais peu de tables pour manger. Cey hôtel n'a pas une grande isolation phonique concernant la tuyauterie.

Tout à fait pratique pour prendre l'avion.

Your staff is excellent...shuttle to and from airport very convenient...we needed help getting our bags to and from our room because there was no elevator and staff took care of it quickly. Too bad the halls smell like cigarettes and the outside door to our building needed repair.

the room was great!! nice breakfast , we had a real nice time!!

Where do I start? The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be their towels and washcloths could have been used as sandpaper. And another plus, they had good water pressure. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and stay there again

Was a pretty convenient stop on a cross country trip. Great diner right next door! Neighborhood didn't seem to be the best ever, but certainly not the worst. Comfy room, good service.

This hotel is literally 3 minutes from the Albuquerque Airport. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I would stay there again.

The service was excellent. The breakfast was better than expected and they include a lot of little items for free, which other similar hotels charge for, i.e. (unlimited) bottled water. Traffic noise was a bit of an issue since I had a room at the front of the hotel.

What a big room! There was some complimentary water, great to make coffee in the room. Plenty of seating room, a fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay there again.

I hadn't intended to stop in Albuquerque, but sure was happy I choose the Best Western near the airport.huge room, clean, comfortable bed.

My stay at Best Western was very comfortable. Everything was clean and I truly felt like my needs were taken care of. If you're traveling to Albuquerque, I recommend it because it is very close to the Airport and there is a Village Inn right next to the hotel.

I have to say that I was so surprised with this property. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast in the mornings, free internet. The hot tub and heated pool was just what I needed. I also was pleased with how clean the hotel and rooms were. I am looking forward to visiting there again.

Excellent value for the money. The beds were comfortable, the hot breakfast was very good and the room was very clean and in good repair.

Improvements in the cleaning staff helped make the stay more enjoyable.

I had a great experience. The room smelled great and was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not bad considering typical hotel breakfast fare. The staff was very freindly and helpful. I will stay here every time I am in Albuquerque.

If you don't mind worrying if your vehicle is still in the parking lot in the morning than this hotel is for you. Bad surrounding area. Clean and nice service but not the safest feeling.

While staying in this hotel my spare tire was stolen off of my truck. The police said there is a drug clinic right down the street and they get lots of calls regarding theft in that area. For less money, I could have stayed at the nearby Days Inn, which is a FAR better value than this. And that's where I'll be staying next time. This Best Western is basically a crappy motel. Cons: - Photos are misleading (kudos to the photographers, they made this place look great). SOME rooms have 'modern' looking furniture, not all. And those that […] have modern looking furniture have not really been modernized - the bed sinks in the middle, bathroom light/fan rattles so loudly it's preferable to pee in the dark, TV remote barely works, and room smells musty. - I booked the King Suite (versus the King) but received just the regular King. I would chalk it up to a mistake - except that ALL rooms are labeled as suites on the sign outside the door. I'm confused. - 'Fitness Center' is bad beyond words. It's a TEENY room with a washer and dryer in it (and so approximately 80 degrees), three crappy machines that look like they were used by the Flintstones (two paddles connected to pneumatic tubes that serve as a stair climber). Not even a wall clock. Construction materials laying around in an already closet-like space. Stunk of paint fumes, with little ventilation available. Have stayed here many times and will continue to. Hidden gem with outstanding service every time and great breakfast. Have tried other hotels in Albuquerque including higher end ones, but will continue staying here every time we are in town.

Hell yah we had a good stay. And a huge breakfast! Yum yum. The staff was cool too.

This hotel was nice, near to the airport. However, when I arrived I asked the front desk for a crib for my baby. He told me that we will provide you one, but he did not. I was lucky because I have a playard for my baby to sleep.

This hotel is a mixed bag. some things were done very well, others, not so much.. The breakfast was great, the happy hour was a joke. The suites were created by cutting a doorway between 2 rooms, so lots of room, 2 bathrooms, etc... but several electric outlets didn't work and the furniture wasn't as clean as it could be. I enjoyed my stay overall (the rooms were clean, the shower worked great, linens were fresh, breakfast was acceptable, TV was good, etc.), but the bed left something to be desired for me, though my wife thought it quite comfortable. As with a lot of hotels, there were few blankets and what there was was barely more than a sheet. The location is good: […] it is very near the airport and a few good restaurants are in easy walking distance. The interstate is also about a mile off and easy to reach with only one right turn, one left turn, and maybe four stop lights to reach it. I got more than I expected. The front desk was very friendly helping with my reservation. I had a very clean room with a lot of space. I especially enjoyed the fast internet wifi and the desk in the room. I did not get to use the office center but I was happy knowing that it was there. The hot meal was very nice even with just eggs, hash browns, biscuits […] and gravy, and sausage. I would definitely come back again. Lisez la suite

satisfied with everything. bed could have been firmer, but that's personal preference. Loved the free chips and salsa for daily social hour from 5:00 to 6:30

Our stay was great from beginning to end. The airport shuttle was very fast to arrive to pick us up. The driver was friendly and helpful. We arrived to find the hotel staff friendly as well. The room was very nice and VERY clean. We travel with 2 young children and the cleanliness is important. We went to the zoo and aquarium the day we were checking […] out and the staff agreed to hold on to our bag so we did not have to drag it around with us. Really nice, well priced and convenient. Good value and free shuttle to airport.

I would highly recommend this hotel for safety, courtesy and any extra help for a traveler. They went over and beyond to make me comfortable and welcome.
