    Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and hotel was close to town. DVD player in the room with DVDs available to borrow in the lobby was a... nice touch. The free breakfast was robust and offered lots of choices, but truly unexpected and wonderful was the supper they provided. Very nice to have a hot meal available after I had checked in!     The staff was super friendly, and the room was really clean. Continental breakfast was great. Only negative was that the hotel was right by the train tracks so it was a little loud.

    I have stayed at a great many Best Westerns over the years but this is by far the best. I hightly recommend this hotel as Scott and his staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. They serve a great breakfast as well. Other Best Westerns should use them as a model.

    I would call this a motel, not a hotel. And it was a great motel. When I first pulled up, i was apprehensive because it doesn't look to be in a good part of town. But once I checked in, I felt safe and the cleanliness and comfort of the room made it a good experience. For a no-frills place (no pool, spa, fitness room, etc)., it had some nice room features […] - a disposable TV remote cover, free wifi, ironing board & iron, plus the usual toiletry items and coffee pot.     The hotel room was very clean other then it was suppose to be a non-smoking room but there was a smell like smoke in it which did not help my sinuses. Other then that the room and location was fine.

    Everything was quite adequate. All employers were helpful and quite friendly. Didn't like the close proximity of the trains that seemed to run continuous all night and blow their whistles.

    Easy to locate as you head southeast from Goshen. Plenty of parking if you don't mind the RV transports. Hot breakfast was very tasty. Rooms are very comfortable but a bit noisy if on side facing rural highway. The towels were a pleasant surprise compaired to other hotels. They were thick, absorbant, plentiful.     Rooms were nice and clean, and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a DQ right beside the motel and they had DVDs we could borrow to watch. We were able to walk over and get some supper and eat it in our room while we watched a movie. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

    A little fartether away then I wanted to be from my destuination but plenty of things around. (food, shopping) Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and We had no issue.

    We found ourselves needing a hotel room due to a baseball tournament and then found out that most of the hotels in the area were booked due to college graduations. We settled on this one and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are up to date and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, however the area for breakfast is a bit small.     The room was a little dated, but very clean. The bath towels were thick and very nice. Our phone didn't work and maintenance came with a new one within five minutes. The breakfast area was a little small, but the food was exactly as expected. Can't say enough about the personnel. All were very friendly and helpful.

    This hotel was great! Clean and smelled fresh upon entry to the room!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Fresh popcorn for an evening snack and breakfast was kept up with as clients came and went on their way! A great value all the way around!

    When arriving at this hotel, I'll admit I was a little concerned. After all, it is one of the oldest hotels in the area. i quickly overcame my concerns, after being welcomed by the owner.     I almost always choose Best Western when traveling and feel it is the best for the money... the breakfast at Goshen is really something else... anyone who visits Goshen Indiana really should stay here.

    Motel was nice, worth the price. Breakfast buffet was nice, staff was friendly. Neighborhood not the best, however was ok. Only complaint was that the AC was old, it did cool, but could have worked a little better. We would stay there again.

    Should be aware this hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood. Houses in area are run down and not at all maintained. People were loitering in the parking lot. Hotel is next to railroad tracks and very noisey. We chose not to check in and forfit our payment to avoid staying at this hotel.     The inn was quiet, the room clean. The breakfast buffet was a step above the usual fare. Nice touches--popcorn available in the evening and DVD's to use.

    This place is a gem! Very clean!!!!! The beds were so comfortable and the pillows wonderful. Quiet, we slept about 10 hrs both nites. Didnt realize how much we needed to get away and rest. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravey, and waffles. Plus danish coffee and juice. I wonder if I could just move in and live there?

    The only real problem we had with the room was that it was extremely humid. Turning up the A/C removed the dampness, but then made it too cold. Continental breakfast was average. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    I have good thoughts when I think of Best Western. This hotel turned out to be plenty nice and clean. The hotel is well maintained although it was an older hotel. The area for the continental breakfast was small, but I enjoyed the stay. This was a good experience.

    We had a great three days in this area of northern Indiana and this hotel was part of that experience. Staff were excellent and very helpful with answering all questions we asked. We arrived in Goshen with car problems, they immediately recommended Kirk GM motors and they were excellent.
