Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle. Cloisons peu épaisses mais les journées sont tellements crevantes qu'on dort très bien. Service sympa. Chambre très propre.

Since we have family in this area and events at various times of the year, we are very familiar with all of the hotels from which we could choose. This is consistently the most comfortable; the restaurant is outstanding (we have Italian background) although pricey, and the breakfast surpasses any provided to overnight guests at any other hotel we've […] used. The hotel was very easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping (right off of Route 46E). I was traveling on business but the hotel is suitable for families as well. "nice room, musty smell from Air"
Was a nice room, comfortable bed, decent shower, had a good night's sleep. Had good internet speed for connecting to work and processing files. Was a musty smell coming from AC when I first got there. A little air fresher through it and it was ok. Suggest more frequent cleaning/service of A/C.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"How do you get there from here?"
I was travelling on 46 W and the hotel was 46E. Tried to put the Hotel in my GPS but it kept coming up "No such address". I was coming from Montclair and when I booked the hotel this was the closest to that town....I do not know the area but this was 20 minutes away and on the other side of the Hiway...it was 11:15 P,M., the Hotel was ringing busy and […] I had to keep calling my daughter for directions. Finally found the road (no signs for directions) and it was near midnight. Several employees at front desk and they were extremly sympathic . The room was fine but the bathroom had a musty, moldy odor. Left at 9:45 the next morning after a snack at the very lovely breakfast buffet. Will not stay at this hotel again. The room had an odor like someone smoked in it and they tried to cover up the smell with products. Both my daughter and I felt sick the enitre time we were there due to the smell. Hotel personnel was informed and all they did was said they were sorry!!! Very disappointed. Also, while having breakfast it seemed like […] the entire staff was eating in breakfast room and the people working were more interested in talking with their co-workers than helping the guests. One employee's daughter was running around and talking with all the other staff. Very unprofessional. We did not feel that we received the service or quality of hotel that we paid for. "Unexpected Pleasure - Business"
I stayed in this hotel because the normal one in the area was booked. I searched hotels.com for an alternative. This seemed best. The hotel I normall stay in would be considered a step or two above this one. What a surprise. The rooms were acceptable, bed comfortable, HVAC working, bathroom clean. I stayed six nights. The restaurant and lounge were […] a delight. Foor excellent and reasonably priced. Private wine label excellent. Service superb. And, eggs to order, fine pastries and usual continental fare for breakfast included! The locals come to this restaraunt making it more comfortable than the typical business hotel. I will be staying here again. A frew things detract from giving 5 stars. First, there was a used hair comb on the floor upon arrival. Second, the decaf pods were so old they had actually spoiled. Third, housekeeping failed to put in coffee one day, cups another. But, this is trivial compared to hospitality of the hotel, the food available on site, the cost and general 'home' feeling. I strongly recommend but don't expect that first rate hotel room. It is more than a typical Best Western but less than top notch. Go for it for business or pleasure. This Best Western was great for the one night I stayed. Room was very clean and comfortable, with as many ammenities as needed. Front desk staff was very accomodating. Only slight negative was that I was on an end room that had a somewhat weak wifi signal, but workable, just a bit slow.
