Hôtel bien situé. Quartier calme et tram gratuit vers le centre-ville à 50 mètres. Personnel souriant et professionnel. A conseiller.

L hôtel n est pas au centre ville il faut prendre le tram qui heureusement gratuit pour s y rendre. Le petit dej est bon. Les chambres confortables mais très mal insonorisées étant donne que 5 cm manquent aux portes des chambres et aux portes communicantes

The hotel is conveniently located next to the MAX Light Rail and to the Lloyd Center Shopping Mall. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Great, Convenient Location. Easy Lite Rail connection to Airport, Convention Center and Downtown Portland.

The hotel is in need of a remodel. In the shower the drain did not have a cover on it.

Wonderful beds. Roomy room. Inviting entry/lounge. Friendly. Poor water pressure. Halls were not heated. Quiet. Close to downtown and public transportation.

The stay was good rooms were nice. My kids loved the elevator where we can see everything. Tye only thing we were not happy with the pool. It was not working. Other than that it was nice

The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. I never had to look far for assistance because I could ask any staff person for help, no matter if they were behind a desk or not. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant but there are other places where you can choose to eat that are within a block or two. The hotel is clean, and have a good service. It's very near to the Macy and convenient to shopping.

Great hotel for the price. Great location!!! Max train station was across the street and it was FREE to ride it to downtown Portland. Lloyd Center Mall was also accross that street with many restaurants within walking distance.

When I initially made my reservation at the Doubletree via hotels.com, I specifically asked not to have a room that was next to the elevator. This wasn't communicated to the Doubletree staff and we were placed in a room directly across the hall from the elevators. We were asked to be switched to a different room and in turn were late for a meeting.

Next to all four light rails and is in the fareless zone, so can travel into the city for free. Hotel room is a bit small (no room for a rollaway bed for example) and the bathroom is nothing luxurious (stand-up shower). You can hear your neighbors talking outside. Needed a last minute hotel for a business convention being held at Oregon Convention Center. Didn't know that portland would be overrun with teens for a cheerleading competition, so very relieved to find Doubletree still had rooms. The room was very large, bed comfortable, lots of big pillows with good cotton pillowcases. Coffeepot in the room didn't […] seem to work but we called for help and in minutes a staff member fixed the coffeepot (just needed to push the reset button on the GFI outlet). Only bad experience was the parking fee. The hotel staff quoted us a price less than ten dollars if we left before 5, but the attendant tried to charge over twice that for one night stay. We got her to change it to about half - which wasn't the original deal - but better than the alternative. They need to talk to each other more. Overall a good stay, however. Lisez la suite

We did wish for an inside pool/hot tub!

This hotel was fine--standard hotel. The room was a little small and we got placed right by the elevators, which was kind of noisy at night. Also, it is a little far from downtown and the surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much to offer. However, it is close to the light rail so its just a short ride away from the fun things Portland has to offer. […] Our room was clean and well kept. Therefore, no complaints. A good place to stay for a quick trip to Portland as long as you don't mind riding the light rail to do activities! Lisez la suite

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and it was a pleasure. The concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mostly, the place was nice. There were a few places where you could tell that they had skipped over remodeling. Clean except for an unidentified stain on the carpet. The room was big enough for the two of us. I wouldn't stay here […] if you are looking for anything exceptional but for us it worked. We were only in there to sleep and the rest of the time we were out enjoying Portland. Also, the staff was extremely friendly. I woudl definitely stay here again. Very convenient. Pretty nice location especially if you are coming to shop. After finding our way there through torrential rain (welcome to Portland) we were welcomed with smiles and warm cookies. The hotel is reasonably priced and is in a good location if you like to shop (Lloyd centre is a hop, skip and jump away). Its also just in the free tram area which is really useful to whizz downtown. Internet is pretty pricey at […] this hotel - considering you are taunted by the big 'Free Internet' sign at the Inn at the Convention Centre across the road. I'd recommend this hotel to people interested in being close to the Lloyd or Convention centres as they are either side of the road. All in all, we had a pretty nice stay at the Doubletree. Great hotel, but not for sleeping too loud.

Had and excellent stay. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service staff was wonderful. I will definitely be returning.

Loved the hotel. Hated that I had to pay for WiFi. The people who work there are very kind and polite. Always looking to help you in any way they can. Good food at the restaurant.

Overall nice hotel, staff were really nice, very dog friendly, clean room and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Great rooms, and friendly staff with nice meeting rooms and across the street from a major bus stop, park and shopping center. The only complaint I had was there weren't refrigerators in the rooms and since it was a dog training convention we needed a way to keep dog treats fresh and cool.

Hotel is located in a quiet area in the NW section of the city. It a bit of a ride from the airport ($32 cab ride). It's located across the street from the Llyod Center, which has several good restaurants, a food court, shops, and an indoor ice skating rink. The light rail red line stop in a block away and several cafes and shops are within a couple […] blocks radius. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet despite its size and having a conference center located within. The rooms a spacious and clean. The hotel is well kept. No problems during a week long stay. Lisez la suite

This hotel is right across the street from the Lloyd shopping mall. Beyond the mall is a nice neighborhood with additional shopping, and nice places to eat. I attended dog training conference (Clicker Expo) there. The hotel was very dog friendly, and there is a park right across the street. We like the room but the bed was to soft for my husband. He has multiple sclerosis so the bed needs to be firm.

Hotel was very well kept. Rooms were very clean. Bath products were very high quality. Only complaint was all feather pillows. Price was great for the quality and location of hotel.

I spent New Year's Eve in town, and stayed at the Doubletree to avoid the drive to the suburbs. It was very convenient to many venues, clean, friendly, and orderly in spite of big crowds of others doing what I was doing or partying at the hotel. Friendly staff, lovely experience.

Very kid-friendly, family hotel. Right across the street from the free MAX rail line (blue line) to downtown Portland. The Lloyd Centre was also across the street ( and it contains an ice-rink! ) and the Rose conventions centre was down the street. Very conveniently located and the rooms were super clean and updated with modern finishes.

Parking was $9/night, and the internet was slow and expensive. The rooms was pretty small and the hotel had no hot-tub or sauna.

Overall, a great hotel. Oddest shower ever (I think I was in a handicap-accessible room). The parking garage felt like a long walk to the rooms with luggage. The elevators were painfully slow and crowded. Food at Gather was slightly above average and the breakfast at the Multnomah Grille was below average. Rooms were very small but clean with updated decor. Hotel showed signs of age. Hotel charged $18 to park overnight and was in need of upgrade. We were disappointed in the condition of the hotel and don't think the Hilton's would stay here. Not the romantic getaway we planned on. Good location for shopping.
