Bon accueil ,personnel charmant et à l'écoute . chambre petite mais trés propre .( chambre pour 1 personne) bon buffet pourrait etre dans un guide pour voyageur !

la partie accueil est correcte néanmmoins les chambre sont veilles, pas conviviables , ne méritent pas ls 4 etoiles. les services de chambres est nul. Plateau du service pas débarrassé, Pas de room service . nettoyage non fait dans la salle de bain

I stayed two nights in this hotel. I am very happy of my stay. The hotel is well localized in the city (less than 15 minutes from the center and from the station). The room was comfortable and clean with free access to internet (24h free). The breakfast is hearty. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Déçu à l'arrivée pour un "Best Western" : impression d'un hôtel un peu "vieillot" et chambre bruyante de l'extérieur (tramway). Encore plus déçu lorsque je constate qu'il ne m'est pas possible de fermer la chambre à clé, ni de l'intérieur, ni de l'extérieur. N'importe qui peut donc entrer ... Une réparation n'est pas possible le soir même, et il n'y […] a plus d'autre chambre ... Le lendemain il me faut insister pour disposer d'une autre chambre pour les deux nuits restantes. Celle-ci m'est attribuée dans une partie plus récente et nettement plus conforme au standard attendu, mais moyennant un supplément. Cependant ce dernier ne me sera pas réclamé à mon départ... Donc Hôtel à conseiller à condition de pouvoir disposer d'une chambre dans la partie la plus récente et ne donnant pas sur l'avenue Lisez la suite

Décevant. Même à ce niveau de prix relativement bas sur la place de Rdam, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas satisfaisant.

nous avons eu un bon séjour, le seule petit problème est le passage de femmes de menages , qui frappent toutes les portes et réveillent tout le monde.

Bonne relation qualité-prix pour une ville comme Rotterdam. Personnel tres courtois et serviable. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

Le seul bon coté de cet hotel, c'est qu'il se trouve près de la gare des trains. Chambre pour chauffeur d'autobus de groupe....

Nice breakfast buffet. Available Wi Fi was appreciated.

They gave me a key to a room that someone was already in. Could have been a serious problem. Then, when the people across the hall were having a party until 2 or so in the morning, the guy at the front desk did not have the skills to deal with it and the guy having the party stood in the hallway daring anyone to call the front desk again! Scary.

The staff ere incredibly helpful and kind as a foreigner. The organised a breakfast lunch box and a cab early for me the next day to airport and leaky me a power adapted for my phone. The room was comfortable with a Tv, kettle and a good pressure shower. I would reccomend this to lone travellers looking for somewhere to rest.

Good value hotel, close to centre. Rude and unpleasent, non-Dutch speaking bar staff, closing the bar two hours before its advertised closing time.

Really enjoyed our stay and niko was very helpful as a staff member, appreciated the banter too Well worth the money spent

good hotel, excellent value, BUT a big concern over breakfast. Buffet style from 7am/11am, dairy and meat products not chilled and not covered. Cooked breakfast not hot! just kept at room temperature, very dangerous and needs addressing urgently.

The hotel is an easy walk from the railway station and is not far from the shopping areas. Breakfast was good. Free Wifi was a bonus but it is a nuisance that you have to log into it every time you use it e.g. with an iPhone you need to log in each time the phone has been locked and unlocked.

The hotel is in walking distance to Rotterdam Centraal, and has whatever a hotel should have, including a nice enough breakfast. And the best price I have had for a hotel this quality, in Europe, I think!

Best Western Crown Hotel Rotterdam was the best hotel in the entire tour of Essen, Rotterdam & Amsterdam. It is very much approachable to Central Station and Tram System. It was discomfort in the section as its double Bed was not comfortable for two persons to sleep. It was little bit small in the section of Double bed.Lobby of the hotel was very good […] . Its Bar Section and Restaurant was also very good .The area , ambience & service of its Buffet Restaurant was very nice. Particularily, the staff of the hotel was very cooperative, always smiling and always ready to help you. If the Hotel extend its double bed size a little , this Hotel will be the best. Not close to must-see sights, but relatively conveniently located to train station and a very good chef and restaurant.

very nice hotel in good price.... not far from central station.. taxi cost 10 euro only and u can walk its only 15- 20 minutes from central station..

Friendly helpful reception and within walking distance of lots of attractions

very well worth the money. not the biggest or newest but very close to the centre at walking distance. Good breakfast, expensive restaurant, but there are way better alternatives close by. Standard rooms with decent beds, nothing to complain.

The hotel was clean and the staff was always very pleasant. We had late evening check-in which was not a problem for them and they called us a cab the day we left for our cruise. Within easy walking distance of the central train station. Breakfast was standard European continental. We liked the location, being close (3 blocks) to the railway station. The hotel is very clean and the staff was delightful. Great breakfast too.

Only stayed for one night but would be more than happy to stay for longer. Late booking into a 'superior single' room in the modern extension at the back of the hotel, 5th floor., nice and quiet. Immaculate room, excellent shower. Good buffet breakfast included in the price, so very good value. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. Very convenient […] for the central rail station, if you walk in the opposite direction to the main station concourse when you get of your train, it is only about a five minute walk away. I would NOT recommend this hotel except for its location close to the train station. We received a smoking room that did not resemble any website photo, fit the definition of hotel by any standard, and appeared worse than a motel that rents by the hour. When arrived for check-in at about 8:00pm and were served promptly by the desk clerk. The facade […] of the hotel is white, clean, and inviting. The lobby of the hotel is fairly modern and a restaurant and bar area can be seen. I did not use either. The front desk clerk was covered in sweat and was changing shifts. He was just doing his job; no better, no worse. He made mention that the room was booked through hotels.com. We booked a "budget" room. The elevator is small and can hold four people or two with suitcases. It gave me a feeling that it would get stuck any moment. The hallway was a labryinth and looked quite seedy. We arrived at our room and immediately noticed it was a "Smoking" room before we entered because of a large blue sign of a cigarette. We opened the door and didn't get further. The room was pungent and dank with an odor of cigarettes that slapped you in the face. The furniture was run down, carpet appeared urine-stained, and had a dropped ceiling with water stained/chipped/shifted tiles. To call this a motel room is an insult to run-down motels everywhere. Did I mention the smell? I wanted to make sure I mention that several times. There was probably a zombie living in the bathroom; I didn't get that far. I immediately went to the front desk and explained my issues to the front desk. He first told me the hotel was sold out and he couldn't move us. I told him that I would NOT He stated a large group had not arrived for the night as the hotel was sold out. He was able to move us to a "Superior" room after some discussion. This room is what you actually see on the Best Western web site. It's simple and okay. If we had got there later and couldn't transfer we would NOT have stayed. This new room had Lisez la suite

Very good, comfortable hotel. Decor a bit dated but staff more than made up for that. Very friendly and helpful, will most definitely use them again.

We arrived late and were gone early. The Hotel lobby was nice and fresh unfortunatly that was not the case for the room we got. The room was a bit torn down missing paint and the overall experience wasn't as good as I think it should be at a 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds. Brilliant. A few minutes of walk from Rotterdam central, but a tram stop across. Satisfying breakfast. Most of all, it was quite clean.

Good position, fairly clean. TV did not work. Screams and shouts during night time, so had to call reception. The same happened early morning at 6am. Do Dutch people known what means quite time? Overall ok

This hotel was a very good value for the price. The room was small but met my expectations. Breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Nice Hotel, Friendly staff, Not too far from the train station. Cosy room with comfy bed. Breakfast was average.

This hotel was conveniently located and the staff was pleasant, if not overly helpful. When I booked, the description stated that each room had air conditioning. This was very important as I was traveling in July (one of the few hot months in the Netherlands). Upon arrival, we turned on the A/C in our room, then left to let it cool down. A few hours […] later, it was warmer than when we arrived. When we asked about the A/C, we were told that the front desk had called about it, but they were still waiting. We would have slept with the balcony door open, however it could be easily accessed from other balconies. Also, the mosquitos were out in force, so we were forced to lay very still, sweating most of the night. There was no compensation for the lack of A/C or the poor night's sleep. Air conditioning could have been cooler. All the receptionists were very helpful indeed and very friendly, breakfast was exceptional with alot of variation. Free internet was also very handy to check emails.

Great Value hotel. good central location and a very clean hotel and room. 10 minute walk from the city center and very close to Rotterdam Central Station. Would stay there again any time.

The hotel was situated across the bus station & walking distance to the Central station and Tourism inquiry center.

The location of this hotel was great. It is only a 15 minute to central station. There is even a tram stop right across from the entrance of hotel. The room was big. Having booked a triple, we expected a cramped space. We were very pleasantly surprised to see 3 twin beds with lots of space in between the beds.
