Everything was really of quality except for the girl at the front desk. she seemed bothered to check you in, spoke so fast as if she couldn't wait to get you out of there. Sure didn't seem to welcome customers to the hotel even though she is the face of hotel, the first impression of service. We stayed March15-March17, 2013.The breakfast was excellent […] and the hostess there was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She made us feel welcome each morning. She kept the little room very clean, cute and made everything look so appetizing. The mattresses in the room were a little too firm but the pillows were of better quality than most little hotels. The location was convenient, right next to a lot of stores and restaurants and close to the freeway. All in all it was a good hotel except for that uncourteous girl at the front desk. Lisez la suite

Our stay was very nice, but your alarm clock went off, scared the "you know what" out of us. Loud church bells. At first we thought it was coming from the tV, then my husband looked outside for the church - lo and behold - it was the darn clock. Thankfully we were already awake!

We liked the area.....hotel pool was out of order so we could not use the pool area but the hotel was accommodating and set some tables and chairs outside of the pool so guests could take in the great Az sunshine. Great breakfast and no pets allowed which is great! Would recommend.

Stayed 3 nights and had absolutely no complaints or issues! The room was spacious, well laid out, was extremely clean, and close to several good restaurants! Breakfast was very satisfying, though busy because of the event we were attending. i had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. My stay was quiet and restful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Casa Grande area.

the stay was ok, the information from hotels.com when I booked was wrong . I asked if there were any military or contactor discounts, I was told to ask at the hotel on my arrival. the hotel told me once the reservation is made they can`t change anything.I realy did not appreciate that.

Everyone of the staff was great, they really did go out of their way to take care of my needs with some work items that I had. A+ The room was clean and very comfortable with a couch area and a large bathroom, a closet with sliding doors, a great fridge and microwave. the pool and hot tub area were great! they have a gas grill outside for the guests […] to use if you like. The landscaping was great too. The one drawback, if anything is that the room fan was very noisy, as well as the shower on the floor above me. Guests came in late to shower and it woke me up it was so noisy. overall, a great location near many restaurants and shopping as well. We arived on Friday evening at 10;20 pm and there was no one to be found. We went to the Denny's located in same parking lot to inquire. Our waitress called her friend who had the night shift and told him to hurry and come to the Hotel. There were other guest that left bcause there wasnt anyone to check us in at the desk. We knock on the office door, […] called out "hello, is anyone here, and called the front desk with our cells. We went and ate because we had resevations. Finally at 10;50 we were checked in by the young man who's shift started at 11pm. No excuse was made for the absence. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was fresh and plenty for all. The lady working in there was very sweet and friendly. I will definitely stay again in the future. The price was good also. First trip ever to Arizona. On checking in our long distance didn't work. The hotel manager had it fixed immediately, he even let me use their phone. Great friendly service, excellent location. Stayed at the Best Wester in Casa Granda and am glad to report that everything was as we expected - courteous staff, clean room, convenient location and close to restaurants and shopping. We got a great rate thru Hotels.com and would recommend it to anyone. Also, the continental breakfast was as advertised in a comfortable and clean room.

The only reason for me to recommend this hotel to anyone would be if your business is at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center or anything else that compells you to be in its vicinity. The check-in staff and managers are just not aware of anything regarding billings. They cannot give you any explanation regarding why they are charging you for what they […] are charging you. Room service- absolutely poor- firstly, someone entered the room inspite of having the "privacy please" sign at the door and removed all the towels ffrom the room. On asking for the replacement towels, it took them forever to get the towels. Floor carpet was dirty, apparently no vacuumed in ages. You could not walk bare feet on that carpet even for a second. Oh, each time you left the room, the room keys would deactivate on its own. So we had to take an extra trip to the front desk each time you went in or out of the hotel to get the keys activated. First of all - this is Arizona. I checked in at 3pm and the room was HOT! It took several hours to cool down. Good thing - there was a big mall near by and lots of things to keep me occupied, as I kept going back to check out the room to see if I was able to withstand the heat. Denny's was right across the parking lot - so I decided to do that instead of their continental breakfast the next morning. The only ice machine is in the main lobby - not too convenient.
