"best western in Redmond, Or"
We stayed for three days and had a great time. The room was spacious with a big bathroom and the staff there is so friendly. Be sure to put your "do not disturb" sign out as they get to work early. Excellent food and choices for the free breakfast. The bed is extra firm, but with a pillow top. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, warm, and so clean.

"loved it"
unfortunately we checked in really late, and had an urgent situation that forced us to check out early. we got a great room and I was so sad to go, I will stay another night or two in the near future.

"Redmond oregon best western"
1. Price list for this motel was way to high. 2. The location was in an industrial area and not quiet You could hear vehicle traffic all night long. I believe the building walls must have been somewhat thin 3.the hotel staff were very nice. 4. The location was in a hard to get to area and somewhat hard to locate and access. 5. Redmond Oregon is a nice […] town but this motel was in a bad area and to high priced for what u get. 6. I would not stay here again I would rather travel to bend 15 minutes away and stay at the comfort suites inn at the east side of town for the same price but a nicer motel and a nice area. My husband and I wanted to get away to relax and were very surprised and impressed with all staff members, hotel quality, comp. breakfast, pool and spa. We will be going back for sure!!! Highly suggest this BW.

"Ramadan Inn - Redmond Oregon"
Thank goodiness for airconditioning. We had a good stay at this motel. All was unremarkable except the breakfast room. Food was fine except the room was very small.

It was clean. needs a few updates for the price. beds were comfy. the hot tub only had two working jets. The poll was a nice warm temp. I would stay again. wish they allowed pets.

Good place to stop when on the road. Refrigerator allows refreezing blue ice and keeping food fresh for next days drive. Adequate breakfast included.

The air condition did not work in our room. Had to leave window open to cool off.

The Best Western Rama Inn exceeded my expectations! Very convenient free parking. The front desk clerk was very nice and accomodating upon my arrival. Great location - convenient to both Redmond and Bend. Restuarants and shops are all close. Breakfast has a variety of cold and hot items. Indoor pool is nice all year round.

Anything you need they can get. The pool is warm and nice. The only thing that could make it better is to serve breakfast until 10am rather than 9am. Large comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave. Nice.

"Great room for the money"
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, especially for the price. My only complaint would be that we had to go outside the hotel to get back into the lobby for breakfast.

The "Continetal" breakfast was far more than the traditional rolls and coffee/tea. The waffels and eggs were great and the wide selections of supporting foods far exceeded my expectations.

"Not happy with this hotel"
The rooms we reserved were not available when we arrived and the front desk staff argued that we were not entitiled to the suite we reserved. They did not make the room availble until I said I would leave and get a room elsewhere.

Wonderful breakfast with choice of scrambled eggs, waffles, creamed beef and biscuits, cereal, toast, and fruit. Room furnishings were brand new and exquisite. The bed was very comfortable; the flat screen TV a bonus. The bathroom was immaculate. The hotel is very unassuming on the exterior. There are fast food restaurants nearby. "Clean, roomy, but no elevator"
The hotel was really very nice, large, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our only complaint was that it's a 2 story hotel with NO elevator. It was a real pain lugging our suitcases up and down the stairs.

The hotel represented itself well. There's a diner a rocks throw away. A supermarket as well. The beds were very comfy. The Wi-Fi access was a bonus. There's nothing like watching TV on a flat screen TV after traveling all day. Everything was crisp and clean. I've never had a Continental breakfast that included savory sausage gravy with bisquits and […] eggs. Very tasty. Friendly staff as well. We will be staying here again in the future. "housekeeping needs some work"
They didn't make our beds until the second night. I couldn't tell if they had cleaned our room. The sheets on the bed felt like the were short sheeted. I tore a toenail off because the bottom sheets were bunched up around me feet and I was stuck. We put in a request for a wake-up call that was never registered. When we talked to hotel staff, we were […] first told that it was an automated system and there was nothing they could do. When I told the desk clerk they might want to check their system because we never recieved the wake-up call, she showed me the register sheet that showed the request was never written down, so therefor we never recieved the call.
