Very comfortable. However the remote didn't work for the TV. The hot breakfast buffet was mediocre. And the room service took forever to give us extra towels

Exceptionally clean hotel, friendly staff. The only thing is that the rooms are not on interior halls but face the parking lot. Still, not too much noise.

Great breakfast, affordable rates, really friendly and cool staff, and a solid location. We moved here after staying downtown at the Radisson for a couple days and were really surprised by how much more comfortable Best Western was.

Very friendly staff and conveniently located to freeway. Only downfall was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the season even though we thought it was warm enough to swim. Front desk was very helpful and kind.

Although clean, this was an overly priced hotel for a Best Western; mostly b/c this is a regular motel, with all the looks & details, including "cottage cheese" ceilings and mismatched furniture. The name is misleading & review ratings too high for what it really is.

We enjoyed our stay, we got a great deal and a nice room. Only pet peve was that fact that our heater stopped working during the middle of the night. We called down to the fron desk and advised a gentleman, he said someone would come check it out but never did. We found this hotel to be very convenient to access, which is a plus in Austin. The staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. Although it did not change day to day, it was very acceptable. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We had a family function at my Sisters house in Round Rock. The location of the hotel was perfect it was central to everywhere we needed to go. As for the room it self it was wonderful, and located right by the pool which was great for my grandchildren. When I come to Round Rock again, I will defitnitely request for the same hotel and the same room

So far I have stayed at this hotel twice, and will stay there again many many more times! Loved staying there which was made even more enjoyable by being able to bring my dog Mouse with me($5.00 additional to hotel cost). This is certainly not a destination hotel, however it was fine for an overnight stay.

This is a great hotel and close to everything in Round Rock, Pflugerville and North Austin. The room was spacious and the free breakfast was fantastic.

CARPET IN THE ROOM WAS EITHER SOURED OR THERE WAS A SOURED SMELL COMING FROM THE AC UNIT. THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE.

The hotel is so convienent to everything.

This hotel was convenient to restaurants and to highway. Good location and facility for overnight stay.

booked this hotel because reviews were good and price was reasonable. Overall the hotel was clean, great location, and breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the beds were uncomfortable. If in the area again, I would probably spend alittle more $$ for a comfortable bed.

Everything at this hotel was clean and nice. Service was great too. If the hotel is not new, it has been recently redone because eveything was like new. I stay in a lot of hotels, because I travel a lot for my company. I will save the address and use this hotel everytime I travel to that area.

We had an event on the day after our stay at the Best Western Executive Inn in Roundrock, which was the reason for our trip. We needed a place to lay our heads for the night to prepare for the early morning. The hotel is nice and small. The AC on the other hand, not so much. If you were near the unit, you froze. And if you were like me, on the otherside of the room you were sweating. It was the only true downside of the stay. The Hot/Cold nature and humid feeling of the room prevented a good nights sleep. But... Nancy who worked the front desk was a pure joy. Bubbly, professional and upbeat. This motel has clean rooms and the service of the staff was great. Their free hot breakfast has a good selection of food. Every staff member was cheerful and eager to make my stay pleasant.

After a less than optimal stay at a different inner city hotel, we decided to move out to the suburbs for the second night. Superb staff, right off the highway, comfortable beds, clean rooms and most of all excellent breakfast. Free internet and parking too.

We checked into our room and within the first 20 minutes we were called by mgmt to check onour cleanliness and comfort of the room. Had a little problem with towel availability the second day but it was corrected quickly.

I stayed at this Best Western because we were traveling with our Labrador. It was a great place for large dogs. There is a nice grass area that was nice and clean. Good place if your traveling with pets.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. Definitely enjoyed the stay. Nice hot breakfast with eggs and waffles. Room was comfy and despite its proximity to the freeway, there was no road noise.

I enjoyed my stay at the Renassiance very much. Everyone was so courteous, not what I expected at all. We orginally had a room at another place, but found out they did not actually have a room for us, so we were pleased to be able to stay at the Reannasiance. Room was very comfortable and quiet, my grandsons who were with me really enjoyed the pool […] and work out facilities. I would defintely love to stay there again, if I could only afford it. The hotel was nice upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Once in our room I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the amenities. Pleasant, clean, quiet, and affordable. We were visiting our son in Austin. Very accessible to Austin...nice area with restaurants and other amenities. Very nice breakfast included...what more can you ask for? I will definitely stay again when I am in the area!

I've never stayed with this chain before, but did so because of the great rating it recieved on numerous sites. Not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded! The staff was more than helpful. They were friendly, and offered advice on best places to eat, shop etc. The owner himself came out and shook my hand! When we extended the stay, we let […] the cleaning staff know we would need extra towels (with four little girls in two rooms, they were needed!) they left five in each room! The rooms were immaculate, (and I'm a clean freak!) the breakfast was plentiful and the service was better than in some four star locations I've stayed in. We have recently needed to stay overnight several times in the Austin-Round Rock-Georgetown areas, previously staying in a discount chain hotel closer to Austin. This was SO MUCH BETTER!!! Clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds, amenities included mini fridge to keep water cold and microwave to cook snacks with. Breakfast buffet, included in […] price, included scrambled eggs, sausage, Texas-shaped waffles, biscuits and gravy (a staple in TX), fresh fruit, canned peaches, assorted danishes, cold cereal, coffee, fruit juices, etc. Wi-Fi and a fitness center are apparently also available, but we did not look into either of those amenities. I have already booked my next stay in 2 weeks! Hope the price remains as attractive over the next couple of months as I may need to use them again....Also, it is very close to Austin to visit all the sights of this capital city, as well as very close to The Outlet Mall of Round Rock. The hotel was very nice for the price and the buffet was good in the morning. Desk staff were very accomodating and friendly. They wanted to do anything to help you and provided directions for us to College Station.

Great check-in service. They had my keys and paperwork as soon as I arrived. Then the next day they had continental breakfast. Great selection of food. The breakfast area closes by 10am, but they stayed opened until we were done(they didnt kick us out). The had complimentary newspapers too. TV cabel channels were sooo many I couldnt figure out what […] to watch. Room was very spacious with mirco and minifridge. I needed to print my boarding pass with their lobby computer and they supplied me with paper at no charge. Then my husband locked himself out and they replaced his keys asap. After checkout my husband left a shirt in the room and they called us to report it. We didnt even realize he had left it. Many surrounding restaurants too. Great..Awesome place for the price!!!!! From the time I walked in the lobby, the front desk clerk was not only friendly, but was extremely helpful with the questions I had. She even called me after I checked in my room to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.
