Room was clean and in good condition for the price and quality of hotel. Breakfast is only served from 6am to 9am. Server was rude when we arrived at 8:40 and asked her for waffle mix, which was out. Another family of four came in right behind us and also asked for waffles mix. There is a breakfast, but it is pretty lame. Some sort of powdered eggs and the typical waffles. The pool looked nice and it is open 24 hours. The beds were comfortable, roomy and everything appeared clean. Probably the nicest place you can stay in Prineville.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I usually stay at Marriotts so I wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't stayed at a Best Western, but it was very comparable, especially for the price. Wonderful breakfast with lots of hot options, good coffee, nice hot tub and pool that the kids loved, and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again, and the rates were unbeatable. "Worst Best Western I've Seen."
The room smelled like someone left pets in there for a stay. The room was small and cramped, not to mention not even being connected to the main building where the ppol and hot tube were located. Making a mad dash, soaking wet in the cold was not our ideal of fun. Thank God breakfast was free cause it was aweful as well. At least the gravy was hot. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the facilities are comprehensive. However, I requested a "suite" not realizing a suite is just a room with a pony wall divider.
