"Family Weekend at the Grand River Inn"
My family enjoyed their stay at your hotel. The pool provided entertainment for the children and it was nice having our rooms face the courtyard away from the traffic. It is also convenient to relatives and the wineries. Hauling bags to the second level with no elevator was a chore. "Good value"
This was a lovely Best Western. It is what I expect from the chain, except the food was a step above what I expected. It had a lovely courtyard where guests could sit outside and eat their breakfast. I would stay here again. We went to the Peach festival in Palisades and wine tasting. The hotel was quite convenient for that.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Way over priced"
Room was so not what i expected, found what looked like pubic hair in tube and around toilet. I cleaned it out of the tub, couldnt get jacuzzi to work in room, once i did get it to work i could not get it to turn off, I had water going everywere, called front desk they said maint will be there in 10 mins. had to disconect jacuzzi part, and that was […] my whole reason for getting the room. Shower head barley worked. and refrigerator froze my medicine. I am very disapointed in this hotel. Very friendly staff on the other hand.
