Très bon hotel, chambres propres et bien équipées. A proximité du parc six flags et du stade des cow boys. On apprécie la piscine couverte et la salle de sport (même si elle est un peu laissée à l'abandon). Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner moins fourni que dans d'autres hotels, mais les gauffres en forme de Texas sont délicieuses.

Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

"Very noisy"
Very noisy, guest above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Banging headboard in another room around 2am. No hot water when we arrived, "they we working on it" and low water pressure in the shower.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I was settling in for the night ... stepping into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my pearly whites as always - closing the door behind me. Our stay was okay, but I was bothered by the fact that the morning hotel staff all seemed to congregate in the kitchen area outside the breakfast room. It was obvious that some of the "diners" were family members. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. We stayed a full week at this hotel. We asked for some mimor extras when we made our reservation-none were provided at arrival. We were leaving on a late flight and the hotel offered us a one hour late check-out even though many flights were being cancelled due to bad area weather. "Bad Experience at Best Western."
I purchased the hotel stay for my brother his wife & their 2 year old daughter. First we didn't get the room we said we'd get with our confirmation. Which was 2 queen beds, instead they got a king size bed. The A/C, heat unit did not work the tempiture was in the low 40's that night. The front desk said the maintenance man had left for the day & it […] was only 4pm on a Thursday. They were on the street level floor & the bedroom window's lock was broken. We were able to push it down enough to have it not open, so we thought. We left the hotel for a few hours & when we returned the window was fully opened. The hotel would not admit they opened the window. We spoke to the front desk about our dissatisfaction with the room. The front desk made notes for their manager. On Saturday morning the toilet in the first room backed up. We called the front desk for a plunger & never received one. When we were leaving for the day on Saturday we asked to get another room. The manager okayed it & we were given a room with 2 queen beds. In that room there were two bugs in the bathroom and the A/C, heat unit did not work properly either. "Very decent place to stay"
Staff made every attempt to keep rooms and bathrooms impeccable. Cafe was well stocked for breakfast with a good variety of breakfast foods including fruits. I had a great time here at htis hoel. The location is great - it was just 5 minutes away from all the places i had to go.
