le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire et il n y a pas beaucoup de possibilités près de l hôtel pour se restaurer. Mais c est près de l aéroport et facile d accès pour partir faire des excursions par exemple chute Niagara

J'avais réservé expressément une chambre calme. Elle donnait sur un golf, donc très bien. Pas de bruit de climatisation ou de chauffage. Sauf qu'elle jouxtait l'ascenseur. Et là...bruit du moteur, bruit des portes, bruit des clients. Personnel de la réception très courtois et serviable ainsi que les personnes assurant la navette aéroport. Attention! […] Vous n'avez droit à la navette qu'à votre arrivée et une fois lors du départ. Autrement c'est bus (dix minutes à pied mais bon, il neigeait) ou alors taxi. Petit déjeuner abondant mais sans saveur. Dans le restaurant attenant à l'hôte et accessible directement par le hall. Là le personnel est indépendant de l'hôtel. Il est indifférent aux clients et continue sa conversation à votre arrivée et pendant que vous déjeunez. Cependant diligent à débarrasser les tables. Pour ce qui est des chambres, elles sont agréables et aux standards d'espace nord américain. Plutôt spacieuses donc. Salle de bain bien équipée, savons, shampooings et serviettes en abondance. J'avais réservé une chambre avec deux grands lits. À mon arrivée la chambre prévue ne comportait qu'un lit et l'hôtel était complet. La réceptionniste a donc preparé le canapé lit. Petit déjeuner continental sans plus. Suffisant pour une nuit en transit.

Très bonne literie. Hôtel très calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. Service de navette pour l'aéroport très efficace, et très ponctuel. Malgré l'heure très matinale de notre départ, un snack nous a gentiment été proposé, le petit-déjeuner étant servi plus tard. Other than the fact that we got lost on our way there, our stay was fine. It would be helpful for staff to clarify that the hotel is on Eglinton Ave West - TORONTO vs. Eglinton Ave West - MISSISSAUGA. It's easy to mistake and end up in the country travelling along Eglinton as it changes from West to East to West again. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a real bonus having the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel serving excellent food.The free shuttle from and to the airport worked extremely well for us. Overall an excellent stay.

I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant -in house- was friendly with good service. Not knowing Toronto or having my own transportation, I found a lack of entertainment or shops near by. If I had more time, I may have found live music or went golfing.

The hotel was nicely updated and the staff was very courteous. Our only complaint would be we reserved a room on the non smoking floor and our room smelled of cigarette smoke!

Location was good for airport hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold choices and good restaurant for dinner is attached to hotel. The air shuttle was more available than other airport hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Wifi connection.

We book in when things are crazy at home & the kids are on sleep overs and we just want to relax. It's nearby if we have to get home and the rooms are very comfortable. Quite chic and contemporary in their decor. Comfy beds. Lovely bedding. We are in the middle of a move and my husband was feeling stressed in the midst of the chaos, so he booked in […] for a couple of nights and took work there and was so comfortable, he felt he was waaaaay more efficient than he would be at home. We stayed in the whirlpool suite which was a very large size room. Generous sized bathroom. The entire room was very clean. I was impressed by the sanitized tv remote and the style of the room. The restaurant downstairs was delicious for an evening dinner. A little pricey but it's an authentic Italian restaurant. Alexandra picked us up at the airport and then checked us in at the hotel. All with a gentle manner and genuine smile. Perfect. The included breakfast was good and the return shuttle to the airport was calm, informative and professional. We will definitely come here again.

When I first arrived the front desk clerk was pleasant and attentive. The lobby area looked clean and organized. There is no pool, but there was a hot tub for guests to use, it looked rather sizeable and was just off the lobby. There is an exercise room, but I did not have time to see it. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. […] The room was clean, and they let you keep the heat on. Though, a suggestion I have for them would be to provide some type of timer on the HVAC unit so that it wasn't running all day long. Overall, it was a decent hotel at a really good price! I stayed here for a week while I was attending a trade show in January. The hotel is clean & modern. The attached restaurant, Mickele's, has a decent breakfast (included) and a great menu for supper. This is the second time that I have stayed here and I would do it again. It is not immediately on airport road which is a little quieter.

Convenient to Pearson for early-morning flight, good shuttle, very pleasant front desk staff. Housekeeping had missed a dried-up spill on the nightstand which we cleaned along with sticky fingerprints on TV cabinet. Bathroom counter was not clean and there were several long black hairs in the bathtub (not ours!).

The room was nice and comfortable but was very dusty and did not appear to have had a thorough cleaning in awhile. A hot breakfast was said to be served in the restaurant area, but a small continental breakfast temporarily set up in the lobby was all that was available. Front desk service was not friendly and unconcerned about guest satisfaction.

This hotel is very comfortable. I've stayed here 3-4 times over past 2 years. Guest room is very nice, spacious, clean. Just right. Vending machines are there. Counter staff is always friendly. Service was excellent and room was very clean and quiet aside from fan in radiator being a little noisy. Room was listed as "non-smoking" but smoke from a nearby room wafted in. Great location, friendly staff. Picked us up at the Toronto airport with a free shuttle. We were only staying overnight between flights, arranged for a shuttle back to the airport next afternoon. Now I am a very picky person and ensure I complete thorough review searches of all hotels before I pick one. Saying that, bedroom and bathroom were clean and welcoming, breakfast was plentiful and filling with many options, ladies doing […] the breakfast were kind and welcoming! Very charismatic and willing to assist. We had a wonderful two night stay, so much we had wanted to stay another night but it was fully booked. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage cupboard for a couple of hours after we had checked out, as we took a bus to the mall for the afternoon. The only negative would be location, but you wouldn't obviously choose this hotel other than for easy access to the airport. Loved this hotel, very clean and very comfortable. You cannot beat the rate and they have a free shuttle to the airport which is about 10 minutes away. If you are planning on shopping or anything you definately need a car as there is nothing close to this hotel except other hotels and the airport. I loved the hotel and room, very clean and very well maintained. It is close to the airport and the free shuttle was great, you can't beat the price. I had the day to kill and there is nothing near this hotel so if you do not have a car with you this is probably not a good location.
