We were there for a funeral, so the majority of the family stayed at this hotel. I had a King suite that had a microwave and refrigerator which helped out a lot because I was in and out, so re-heating and storing food was much needed. The hotel staff was great and really worked with the family as far as placing everyone on the same floor. The breakfast […] was outstanding. the staff there were wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful. very nice stay. the room had a couple issues toilet did not flush well each time and there was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. we i told them about the toliet they did let the maintance personel know. one of the best hotel visits i have had GREATLY due to the wonderful staff. they […] we professional and just i could not say enough about how wonderful the staff was. especailly the night crew. amazing people. if i go back and need a place to stay i will go back there because of the wonderful staff. Water dripped into my bed.

The hotel itself was not impressive. There were burn holes in my comforter and the wall paper was falling off. It smelled like they sprayed a bottle of febreeze while cleaning and it lingered on my clothes even after I got home. However, we did eat at a fantastic restaurant down the road from the hotel, Pearl's Cafe. Pearl's is a must!

not as pictured,needs updates,no furniture in rooms,does not feel welcoming, will not stay there again!

I stayed three nights. First, they canceled my reservation after calling them and telling them I would arrive late. Secondly, they re-booked me for one night and then forgot I was there so they neglected to clean my room until I was ready to check out. When confronted they said how should we know your room needs to be cleaned if you don't tell us. It […] was the worst stay I have ever experienced. Reserved non smoking room for my family and received one that reeked if smoke regardless of what it was posted as. Manager on duty was rude and argumentative and initially refused us another room stating there wasn't one available. After stating I would talk to the general manager the next morning he suddenly came up with another one. The beds were […] hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was removed in th middle of us eating. Our view a long since vacated car lot close to interstate. Pool right next to front door at check in so once a group of kids decided that it would be fun to to sit in the breakfast area and soak all the fabric seats for us to enjoy sitting on. Of course staff were completely disinterested. If u need something in your room the mgr on duty runs it up and places a sign in desk saying he will be right back stating they are helping other customers? What kind of shoddy operation is this? For a visit to North County, there are not many choices. Comfort Inn was one of about 6 hotels that work for us. It is close to Ferguson, Florissant and Hazelwood. The room was showing a bit of age, as was the lobby. Clean, but dated. Swimming pool seemed convenient, but no hot tub. Breakfast was fine, with waffle maker. I read many reviews before taking the family to St. Louis for the weekend. This Hotel seem to pass the test. The picture looked great, there wasn't any funny odor. The location was superb for a family get away, St. Louis MIlls Mall has everything a family coould ask for with a built in ice rink, and go cart track we went there twice during our stay. […] THE HOTEL, On Sat. night there was cursing outside our window at 3:18 am. The woman( she metioned her own name but I will keep that private) was cursing so loud, as she was calling the police and explaining her story to the operator on the phone every detail could be heard by everyone in our family along with other in the hotel guests (there was a quiet whisper among groups at the continental the next morning). She was upset because after performing for a bachelor party in room 102, she went to another room on the 3 floor where there were 15 guys (what did she think was going to happen?). She was unable to remember which 300 room it was but became agitated because a gentleman (for lack of the more proper adjective) was becoming agressive. She felt threatned and left without getting her clothes. I was imagining a half naked stripper sitting outside our room window screaming because she wasn't able to retrieve her clothes. Her friend who was with her kept telling her that the clothes were in the car...but who knows what was going on. The police arrived, she explained her story again using the vulgar language that my 6 & 7 year old heard. The whole event lasted 20 minutes or so. It sure did clear up why the bass and the loud rap music woke me up 12:50 am early that evening. I will never stay there again. Stay at Crown Plaza down the street. We have stayed at this hotel many times before so we were a bit surprised at how bad a shape it was in this last visit. The sheets, pillowcases, comforter, carpet were disgusting! We have small children and I didn't even want them in the bed due to fear of bugs or past residents pubic hairs lerking in the sheets! I am totally disappointed and will not […] be back again. The only nice thing I thought was the comfort of the bed. The pool was on the cold side even though it is supposed to be heated. Very slippery floor in the pool area.

This is an ok hotel for a couple nights, but I would want something nicer for a longer stay. This hotel could use some updating. The staff was ok. We were awakened twice the second night, once when someone tried to come into our room (the front desk said the employee before him coded the wrong room number for another guest and then the phone rang a […] few hours later and no one was on the other line). This hotel could stand updating but it was adequate for our overnight stay.

The motel is clean and the staff is friendly. The pool is smallish - but OK. (No hot tub, if that's important.) Breakfast was fine, though not enough tables meant eating with strangers (I don't mind this, but ,maybe some people do) or finding another space to eat. There were many families with children two nights I was there, and this gave the place […] a relaxed and friendly air. Fortunately, there were no loud people near me, as the walls are thin. We enjoyed out stay and found everything to our liking. Breakfast could use fruit to offset the high carb foods.

The desk clerks were all so helpful in tekking us a good place to eat and in getting us breakfast before the time it was to be available. We were on a very early flight so the desk clerk made a special effort to be sure that we got out waffel before we had to leave. We appreciated the extra mile service. Our family needed a good value for our St Louis trip. The hotels downtown and at the airport were very expensive. Comfort Inn provided a simple room for the four of us only twenty minutes from the attractions we visited. I would have preferred more fruit and some eggs in the breakfast area, but a waffle and coffee was appreciated with the morning news […] downstairs. We will be back Lisez la suite

Good room for the money. Nice pool. Close to food and highway. We may stay there again if the price is right. Major comment would be the room walls and doors are paper thin - you heard everything in other rooms and they hear you.

Das Hotel bietet sich an, um einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe von St Louis zu machen. Mit dem Auto sind es 15 min bis nach St Louis (Gateway Arch...). Frühstück in Ordnung (in der Lobby). Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend.
