The HIE Bradford was excellent on every level.,great price including buffet self service breakfast,attentive but not intrusive staff.Matthew on check-in was great and a special mention to the Chef who cooked us fresh sausages when we turned up at the last minute to breakfast on our last day.Ideally located within a few minutes walk of Bradford Interchange(coach/bus/train) […] and a brisk 5 minute walk to the town centre.Hotel is situated within a small complex ,containg a Cinema(Cineworld) Bowling Alley,Nandos,Frankie and Bennys and Bingo Hall...Hotel was clean and inviting,I have no complaints about anything and would definitely stay again. Very useful for anyone looking for one night in Bradford but any longer and you would be looking for another hotel. For the price it wasn't bad but I would advise anyone tO stay well away from the smoking rooms as they were disgusting. The non smoking rooms were much better, but still poor. They use the space well in the rooms and the bathrooms are […] clean enough. Breakfast was not the best but it's included in the price. Overall I would say it's useful if you want the city centre for a night but any longer and I would rather pay a bit extra. Lisez la suite

Best town centre Hotel found in Bradford. Polite friendly staff, comfortable room, good buffet breakfast, full size shower makes great change from usual over-bath horror stories. Clean, quiet room and very reasonable rates. Can't fault it - Would stay again!

Was pleasantly surprised, for a hotel in the city overlooking the ring road, there was little noise in the room. Great service, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic rates; was actually cheaper than what I was quoted online. Suggestions for improvement are: free and reserved parking for hotel guests - at present, guests must pay a separate parking […] fee and fight with non-hotel visitors to find a spot in the most convenient location; internet in the hotel room - internet is only available in the hotel lobby; and night security patrol in the outside area between parking and hotel - when returning late at night it was disconcerting to have to walk past abusive gentlemen who were drinking in the walkway when the attractions and restaurants were closed and the area was deserted. We paid not a lot of pounds for a family of 4 B&B after a building mis-hap at home. Room fine (no bath for the kids but we managed!) bit crammed with the 2 double beds but what we expected for the money! Breakfast great, staff friendly. Only warning would be the advertised room service of food from the casino below, I called them late once the kids […] were settled asleep and checked we could get room service for the fee of 3 pound as stated (my husband works in the city centre and was still at work), the casino agreed the room service only to receive a phone call from the hotel reception to collect our food! Luckily my husband had returned to work and we were able to collect it from reception without disturbing the kids - but for the money he could have gone down again and collected from the casino! The response we got when we complained was that of a 'well its tuff now' attititude! After all that - the chips were crap and not a lot of them although the cheese burger was good (thank goodness!). Hotel is basic but that was expected at the price, not a complaint. Perfectly adequate, staff really friendly. The only fault I'd find with it is that it was incredibly hard to find a way into, even when we saw the sign on the side of the building - there's no direct, drive in entrance!

Good value, does what it says on the label, friendly reception staff - only downside was that the bedrooms were too warm.

A very good low cost hotel ideally located for a family staying in Bradford, the hotel complex has a cinema, ample, low cost parking, bowling alley and a great selection of places to eat and is a short walk from all the local services and the city center.

Not free WiFi for customers, or parking for customers (as they promised) and very bad quality of ingredients at breakfast. Also the location of the Hotel is very noisy with dangerous surroundings.

We stayed for a night at Holiday Inn Bradford and were very satisfied with everything. Excellent value for money and the breakfast was very ggod

The hotel is good and in a really good location. Room was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was more than enough to keep you going The only negative was that parking was in a multi story not attached to the hotel so you had a 5 minute work to get to the hotel and your room. This is fine if your by yourself but I was there with the family. […] So gettng all the bits from the car to aour room took me about 5 trips and 50 minutes! All in all its was nice but be warnered if you have a lot in the car to take into your room Lisez la suite

The hotel seems to be situated on a large traffic island and is hidden by a multistorey car park. Satnav said we had arrived but it took a few minutes to realise we had to access the hotel through the car park. Once we found it though we were more than satisfied. The receptionist was a delight, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the "continental […] breakfast" included sausages, eggs and beans. Within literally a few steps of the entrance there are at least 4 restaurants, a bowling alley, gym and a (not very glamorous) casino, all within a pedestrian only area. The only minor problem I heard from our group of 13 was that the smoker's bedroom was a bit smelly (big surprise!) but she was moved to a non-smoking room as soon as she mentioned it at reception. The room rate shown at reception was high, but many sites offer discounts and for the price we paid it was excellent value for money. Lisez la suite

This was the second time I have stayed in the Bradford Express by Holiday Inn. Both times I have been satisfied with the experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone with the only warning that it IS a budget hotel. My wife and I occupied one room, my son, his wife and toddler another. All the basics are there, it is clean, and the service is very […] good. One of the room lights was not working, and within 5 minutes of phoning reception the maintenance man replaced the bulb. A serious problem occurred with the water and lifts while we were there. I'm not sure of the whys and wherefores but the water was soon back on. However it seems that it affected the lifts and they were out of service for at least 24 hours. This means a lot of stairs to get to reception and still more to get to your room, especially if you are on the 4th floor as we were. My wife has two replacement knees and a replacement hip, so this was a major problem for us. Also the toddler had to be carried up the stairs - he's heavy! It also caused a problem for people arriving at the hotel. As they couldn't get to reception by lift, they were forced to climb stairs, but needed a room pass keycard to access the stairs, but had to get that from reception, a catch-22 situation. Anyway, this could have happened in any hotel at any time, so we were just unfortunate. Staff were very helpful at all times Lisez la suite

A Holiday Inn Express with parking, cinema, bowling, shoping centre and good restaurants right next door.

Ideal location close to city centre. Bit disappointed to find smoking rooms reserved when I'd asked for non smoking, but reception were able to change after some initial hesitation. Everything else fine, staff pleasant.

NOT GOOD. Apparently this hotel has far too many smoking rooms. If you arrive there later in the day, the staff seems to have been instructed to insist that YOU booked a smoking room when there are no non-smoking rooms left. Our room smelled like a Turkish tea room. Every single item from bed pillows to drapes was completely permeated with smoke. Nasty. […] No attempt to deodorize. Also located in a downscale urban mall setting. Difficult to find, surroundings not conducive to walking, especially with children. Only nearby food choices are mall food. Bargain value hotel but be warned it is part of an entertainment complex that does attract a lot of children.

We requested a non smoking room,but were refused one ,we requested a move to another hotel but the management stated they would also charge us for that ist night. We were put into a room where i had to sleep on the floor ,and the next morning after breakfast we were locked out of our room. At this time 5 of the staff appeared and stated we all should […] have been out by 10 am ,no such information was given . They then began to clean the room while the three of us girls tryed to get changed. They would not listen to us and were very rude. Overall we were treated like second class guests. never again will i or most of my church group stay at this hotel. Lisez la suite

Den varma delen är inte mycket att rekommendera, mindre välsmakande äggröra och korvbitar. Saknas helt grönsaker, men god frukt fanns det
