Très bien, un peu d'attente dans le froid à notre arrivée pour la navette... mais très vite oublié car très bon accueil à l'hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable.

For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

Loin de l'aéroport, 40$ en taxi. c'est la banlieue de Philadelphie, pas de mauvaise surprise vous savez à quoi vous attendre, standard Howard Johnson. Réception OK, un Wendy's pour manger juste à côté. les chambres sont assez grande, salle de bain propre, lit ok sans plus. Hotel d'étape, pas de vacances complète. Mais n'hésitez pas.

L'hotel est bien situé, pas très loin à pieds du centre de Philadelphie et quasiment dans China Town. Cependant, la rue de l'hotel n'est pas très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct pour ce genre d'hotel. La chambre en elle-même était très propre et moderne mais... l'unique fenêtre donnait sur le couloir à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, en face de […] l'ascenseur! UN seul problème, la 13éme rue qui mène à l'hôtel est actuellement fermée pour travaux, ce qui rallonge l'accès pédestre depuis le métro. De plus, ces mêmes travaux se prolongent la nuit, ce qui fait un peu de bruit.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I usually attend the Bentley Conference in the second week of May every year, this hotel is across the street from the Philadelphia convention center. the other hotels cost more, the difference is the staff, the were kind, courteous, helpful & respectful. I had a slight mishap with the key being labeled room 401, instead of 412, but once the occupants […] of 401 calmed down, sorry for the mix up folks, everything when smoothly. I guess it was kind of like seeing "Shaq" in that bad movie "Kazaam", having me trying to get into your room at midnight, that being said "that's been my only hiccup in 5 years that you staff.... "Ok hotel, wouldn't stay again"
Walked into the hotel. Man behind the desk was on the phone. There was no parking outside of the hotel to unload your belongings. I had to wait for almost five minutes before the gentleman helped me! I asked where the parking for the hotel was. It was over four blocks away! We walked our luggage the whole way! There was nothing wrong with the cleanness […] of the room. Our room was right next to the elevator. This was horrible! It was very loud! The walls were very thin! We could hear every word of the people in the room next to us. The hotels parking only gave a discount for 24 hours. Two days cost $46. Everything was easily accessible. Within walking distance. Overall the stay was average. "Basically Good"
It was clean and convenient. Didn't have time to do the included breakfast since we were headed out to do a 5K Sunday a.m. The only odd thing was that the rooms had windows that faced the hallway. i thought that was weird. "obnoxious"
The hotel is very small and poorly located right next to the men's homeless shelter. The staff would have friends coming in and out at all times of the night to talk to so it was very loud. The police had to be called because of a noise disturbance in the room across the hall but did nothing about it. The beds felt more like you were sleeping on a box […] spring rather than a mattress. There was blood stains on a pillow and cigarette burns on the blankets. Overall this place was just plain bad. I checked out at 7am just so I could get some sleep. The positive up front - I got a good price, they allowed me to check in early, since I was coming off an over-night bus. A short walk from the subway trip, and a clean room. However, the plumbing didn't work well - no water out of the shower, and the toilet didn't flush. Some of this was fixed, but not in a timely manner. Internet only worked for five […] minutes at a time. The room had a mirror facing onto an internal hallway only, no outdoor window. And the biggest joke was the "continental buffet" which was literally some old muffins and some cornflakes in disposable bowls... Just call it "snacks", don't insult people... "Better than expected convention area hotel"
We didn't expect a lot as we needed to cut costs, but we were pleased with the very helpful staff and the cleaning the room received each day. We felt safe and nights were usually quiet. The breakfasts (cereal, muffins, fruit juice, coffee) were good and supplies were refilled often, reducing the cost of the stay. While the blankets were worn (had some […] holes) they were clean and the TV, showers, etc. were in good order. You should park your car in one of the nearby garages first because there is no parking at the entrance of the hotel. The room was small but clean and comfortable. "VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER"
For starters there is no where to park when checking in the luggage its no street parking at all ,(until late night) and upon check -in hotel doors are unlock some stranger comes in and making weird noises while trying to check. The employee there ask the stranger to leave 3 times while still making weird noises the employee let me know that there is […] a nut house around the corner from hotel and sometimes they receive strayers, then the parking(up the street or around corner) u cannot leave your car in parking lot and then re enter the parking area if you need to tour philly , once you leave you have to pay again for parking which is 25.00 each time, finally we are in the room and there is a noise sound like someone plumbing the toilet this noise runs all night , the wall on thin and the hotel guest are very loud in the hallways.
