First off, I know 5 starts are expensive but here you will pay for a small bottle of water in your room the same price you would pay for a taxi to the Airport, and that’s just madness. To top it off you will get the same bottle of water down stairs at a shop for 1PLN. Next we checked out early hours in the morning, and I called front desk to get checkout […] and a taxi ready. Now one thing if you read about Poland never take a black/pirated taxi. Well they called a pirated taxi. This we only found out when at the train station that is really 600m away. The driver demanded to get paid 25PLN and the normal price its 1.45PLN per km. It’s not that I did not have the money as I sure did, it’s the principle that you do not over charge foreigners. The worse it this pirated tax wanted us to get out and not give us our laptops and everything in that back had one of us not sat in the car waiting for him to pop his back boot. We also found out because it’s a family hotel they call family taxis, and that’s just sick. Over charging guests from other nations is wrong. A bottle of wine down stairs in the same restaurant where room service comes from costs 3 times as much. So best you drink in your room and watch TV. Paid TV does not work. All in all if you have money you want to be treated with a little more respect and not have their family driver try to steal your laptops and Ipads, clothes etc... Bottle of water in the shop 1PLN, in hotel 16PLN rip-off. Don’t they know that normally 5 starts give water free!!! Lisez la suite

The hotel has very fancy rooms. Its a little smaller hotel. The hotel is maybe on the wrong side of the central station but still very central in Warsaw. Nothing to complain of really.

This is an adorable art deco hotel in a good location in central Warsaw. The price was fabulous for the value. Great hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the Rialto very much. Only complaints: internet service charge ($25) outrageous and the breakfast a bit pricey. Room, service, concierge and ambiance excellent.

Even though the hotel is a good bit away from the old town, the trams are only 5mins walk from hotel. The staff at reception were kind and courteous and showed me to my room and and explained the facilities. Even though the room was dark in decor, the bathroom facilities were excellent. Though the area is a little questionable, its only one km from the central train. Very nice hotel and restaurant at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful classic hotels are hard to find in Krakow. This one is elegant, even if the location is a bit south of the center. Only negative is the high price of internet, about $ 25/day. Breakfast also overpriced.

The hotel is georgeus, everything looks like in 1930 in smallest details. Must see! The restaurant offered very tasty food. I must admit that the staff was really friendly and helpful - I got sick and they helped me to locate the nearest doctor. Thank you hotels.com for getting me a great rate so that I could afford to stay at the Rialto in Warsaw. It is such a wonderful hotel and the service and facilities are impeccable. I would have loved to move in for at least a week!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rialto and would recommend this to others. My only concern was that the airconditioning was not working in the room so it was extremely hot. Whilst this was nice after an autumn walk, it got too much at night - luckily the windows opened. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, The stay was enjoyable and thE staff were friendly while I was there. A couple of things that did annoy me 1. When I rang up to book at the hotel the rate was significantly higher than booking through an independent web site, the booking offence was unapologetic about this and when I told her that […] this was the case she still refused to accommodate me so I had to go online to book. Won't happen again. 2. Why in a 5 star hotel should I have to pay for wi Fi, nuts! The Hotel Rialto surpassed all of our expectatons in terms of quality and service. This deco gem is impeccably furnished, ideally located and has a top-notch staff. I highly recommend it to anyone desiring a classy five-star hotel in a dynamic, downtown setting.

Stayed in a junior suite at a great weekend rate. Very comfortable set up with nice touchs - espresso maker in the room, bottles of water replenished every evening and so on. Some of the nicest hotel rooms in Warsaw- relatively spacious, beautifully designed with great amenities and amazing bathrooms. Hotel restaurant is very good too.

Bar closes too early. Pity about the streetwalkers outside - night and day!

Hyvä hotelli suht lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä aamupala. Kylppärin vanhanaikaiset hanat vaativat puristusvoimaa.

Fine rom ,men dyr frokost.De har en bil på hotelet vi bestilte til flyplass når vi skulle hjem, grei pris på det. Nær stort stort kjøpesenter, så vi var godt fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Midt i den elste delen av Warszawa men samtidig nær sentrum ligger denne lille kunstperle av en hotell. Tiffany glass og steintrapp dekorerer fasaden og inviterer inn. Personalle hjelper med bagasjeen uten å vente på tips. Inne møter oss smilende ansikter i resepsjon som er innredet med ekte antikviteter fra art- deko stilen. Resepsjonist gjerne fortteler […] om de kunstgjenstandene som dekorerer alle rom på hotellet. Restauranent og baren har hyggelig bakkgrunsmusikk fra 20 årene i forige år hundre. Og på meny står smakfulle små retter lagget på oppskrifter fra samme tiden som musikk. Alt i alt ,skapper dette en nostalgisk atmosfære som trålbunder alle som likker denne art dekko epoken. Et hotel der fortjener sine stjerner. Værelset jeg boede på var virkelig komfortabelt, personalet var venlige og hurtige til at hjælpe og rengøringen af værelset var i top På trods af en atraktiv beliggenhed (10 min gåtur fra banegården og indkøbscentret Zlote Tarasy) er selve nabolaget ikke det mest oplagte hvis man har børn med sig, da hotellet ligger […] i et kvarter med gadeprostitution. Ud over selve synet, er der dog absolut intet at frygte. Lille tip til forretningsrejsende: taxaer vil ikke køre fra/til hotellet til/fra dele af centrum, da det er for tæt på. Pieni ja tunnelmallinen hotelli lähellä Varsovan keskustaa. Kylpyhuone ammeineen todella luksusta. Palvelu ystävällistä.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Art Deco Stil. Jedes kleinste Detail ist von ausserordentlichem Geschmack, alles ist sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt. Das gilt für die Zimmer, für Sauna und Fitnessraum genauso wie für das Frühstücksbuffet.

meget pent hotell og en utrolig hyggelig betjening. det eneste som trekker ned er at frokosten er ALTFOR dyr.

Fint hotell men sur receptionist som inte orkade ordna så att min familj fick våra två rum på samma våning.

マリオットとかに泊まるよりもこちらのほうがいいのではないかと地元の人が言っていました。この価格でこのクオリティーなら吉でしょう。 朝ごはんやWi-Fiは非常に高いので近所で済ますのがベター。またワルシャワのレストラン、カフェの多くはWi-Fiを装備しているのでホテルでできなくても問題なかったです。フロントがほぼ男性という以外、満足なホテルです。

Hotellet ligger några kvarter söder om centralstationen. Mycket hög standard, fantastisk inredning i art deco. Vänlig,engelskspråkig personal. Jag har bara ett klagomål. När man uppenbarligen lagt ner så mycket pengar på inredningen, varför har man så dåliga sängar?

A nice art-deco hotel with generous rooms and unique style. Location is quiet, and convenient enough. Not a pleasant place to be at night, with prostitutes setting up shop across the street. A few drunk guys here and there, but this is Poland after all. Do not use the hotel's taxi services or restaurant as everything is at least double the price. We arrived very late in rain, and the manager took care of everythibg for us. The hotel is beatifull and clean, and after a long day of sightseeing it was perfect to relaxe in the hamam and sauna on the top floor. Didnt try the restaurant, but had it recommended.

There are two things worth mentioning from Warsaw: Hotel Rialto and Tomo Sushi. The Rialto is luxurious without being too flashy, the staff are most kind and willing to help (and give excellent recommendations, too). The atmosphere is Art Deco of the 20's, although the hotel itself only opened a decade ago. The bed is just perfect, the shower delicious, […] there's even a bathtub (a rarity these days, it seems), minibar, flatscreen, safe; who could want more? Hotellest var ganske bra. Rent og ryddigt god service. Prisen for frokost og i baren var dyrere enn andre plasser.

Vi fick rummet till ett vraktpris då vi åkte dit på en helg. Rekomenderas varmt.
