More than expected! Great location, excellent service. We even stayed an extra night! We recommend this motel to anyone that want to stay in Cape Cod area.

Simple hotel, enough amenities for the price and location. Breakfast room could open sooner than 8. Spacious bathroom. Effective and silent air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay (three people in a 2DB room), bedroom and bathroom were cleaner than expected for the price (have seen much worse for much more), only the walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs. Fridge in room was a big plus. Breakfast was continental, with plenty of fresh baked goods, no plastic wraps :) Staff very friendly, we asked for […] a third towel and had it in the room later on. Good place to stay at. Breakfast didn't open until 8 but was perfectly ok.

Within walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The hotel is basic, but is what I expected for the price. I'm a single woman traveler, and felt comfortable with the area and my room. The room was clean, good bed, internet access in the room. The bathroom was also clean, shower head left a little to be desired, but it worked. This hotel is fine but I wound recommend you stay on the second floor, if you are on the first floor you will hear anyone above you moving around all night. The floors are wood and do not muffle the sounds above.

The hotel could be described as very tired. You could tell that the hotel hadn't been updated with anything in years. The outdoor pool water was a bright green color and definitely unusable. The indoor pool area was again very tired. With 2 young children we spent some time in the indoor pool. A small child came and ended up "pooping" in the pool. We […] told the front desk and we were told there were chemicals in the water. The room wallpaper was stained and torn. But the towels and sheets seemed clean! Okay, so it's the 60's as far as motel rooms go, but the rooms are clean, the location is two walking blocks from the harbor, and the price is more than reasonable. My wife and I had the large heated indoor pool all to ourselves at night. The staff was freindly and helpful.. The location and price make this a money saving deal.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located (walking distance of restaurants and shops on Main street). However, a group of guests had a celebration at 2:00 a.m. and there was nobody at the main office to ask them to quiet down. The celebration lasted one hour.

Good choice for inexpensive stay the night before taking the ferry. The rooms were fine - was able in the month of September to leave my car for $5 per night parking (Steamship charges $12 per night and Ferry tickets were also $60 for high speed rather than $67). Less stress and more pleasure.

I paid short money for the room before taxes you get what you pay for., before me and my Wife went to bed we noticed a condom wrapper behind the nightstand, they dont clean the rooms obviously, my air condtioner in the room had dirt on it and was like a 5000 Btu didnt cool the room and it was the last day in Sept. and the shower had bugs and spiders […] in it, the continental breakfast is nasty, they cut their bagels in quarters to save money and their muffins in half, Dont cheap out like me pay the extra extra 25.00 and be happy!!! worst Hotel I ever stayed at and I travel a lot.. This hotel in Hyannis, Cape Cod far exceeded our expectations, considering the low price. We had a large room with a huge bed and, unusually for a 'motel' style place, there was a good size indoor heated swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool. Also we were impressed with the quality of the included breakfast - we were expecting a coffee and a muffin […] but there was cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, pancakes and waffles. All 'serve yourself' but that was fine. There was also free coffee in the reception area all day. Overall - excellent value in a good location, handy for walking to shops and restaurants. This was a clean budget motel. The location was excellent, as we could walk to many destinations, especially to restaurants. The staff allowed an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. There was coffee and hot water available in the office at all times. The breakfast had a lot of options, and it allowed us to spend more money on sightseeing […] and dinners. I would stay here again. The room was clean and large. Phone didn't work .The location to the ferry was excellent. I wouldn't spend more than a night or two here. Filled our needs.

was somewhat suprised on how decent this motel was. couldnt complain about the price. used the indoor pool. room was clean. older stay hotel. but yet good. i would go to again. only weird this was 5 different times head police sirens, not in a bad town. just that night?

The staff is so nice. The breakfast was the best, and always there was enough food. The room was very simple, clean and big enough to feel good. They have two pools, inside and outside pool. The hotel is located in Main street. A few blocks from the ferry, the beaches, and the restaurants. We had a great time, and we will be back.

The rooms and hotel are old but maintained well. The hotel is right at the end of the "downtown" area which is an excellent walk to the end and back for shopping and dining. Also a short walk to the bay area where the ships dock and many seafood restaurants.

It was a decent hotel with all basic amenities. We stayed for one night and it served its purpose just fine. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

For the price this hotel was a good choice close to everything and also the indoor pool was great. The only thing is you need to go early for the breakfast the food goes quickly, I would stay here again in the future

Needs to improve the breakfast. Unable to drink the coffee which is very important first thing in the morning. Very unhealthy and the same of the same every morning. I had to go to street to get my morning coffee. Should not serve this kind of breakfast.

We were staying in Hyannis overnight before heading over to Nantucket and this hotel was great for our needs - convenient to the ferry and the center of town. Perfect hotel for the price.

The hotel rooms were dirty, dead insects and food on the floor/walls. The bed had fresh cigarette burns, despite it being a no smoking room. The first room we were offered smelled of urine and the second wasn't much better. Breakfast was watery coffee and watered down orange juice. My friends and I had a gals weekend at this hotel. We were impressed with the service, and the hotel was better than we thought. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Although would be deemed a "motel", location is accessible to everything; short walk to downtown, piers, etc....was very clean and affordable.

Very enjoyable stay, very close to Hyannis Town town, JFK museum, and all the stores. The motel it's self was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful, It's not a 5 star hotel, but For the price and location it's was perfect for us. The only negative thing that we could find is the breakfast room was very small and crampt but food was very fresh... […] Over all, very satisfied! We would go back in a hart beat! Thank's guy's! very convenient to ferry but needs updating and a thorough cleaning

Location is perfect for a weekend in the cape, central to restaurants, ferry, beaches, and rest of cape. Staff is nice, easy check in/out, rooms are nothing spectacular but very sufficient for your needs and what you are paying for. Free breakfast in the morning was basic but just right for what we needed.
