Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

"wonderful stay"
We loved laurel inn! The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and well updated. We stayed in a one bedroom with a jacuzzi and it was so relaxing after a full day of walking gatlinburg...def plan on going back and recommend room 102 !! The room felt like home!

"Wouldn't stay again"
We never saw any office staff. The place was dated and has a horrible access. There were much better places. It was ok for what we needed but not as comfortable as it looked on the website.

"Love it here!"
I just love the Laurel Inn! Close to downtown..walking is very possible. The lady at the front desk was amazing!!! Pool was fairly warm for April. The only complaint I had was the bed in 502 was comfortable but the boxspring was noisy even with just a turn; was told the owners would be notified. "Great place to stay!"
My new wife and I stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite for our Gatlinburg mini-honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! This place is definatly top notch, the building is a little bit older, but don't let that fool you. It is an excellent place to stay! Will DEFINATLY be back again!
"Clean and friendly."
This hotel has very little in the way of amenities, but seemed to be clean and well maintained. Everything, was outdated, but functional. Very affordable and good location. Friendly front office staff make a difference as well. Good for a short stay of 3 days or less.
"I've stayed in better..."
On arriving we were told we had enough towels to do us for 2 days and when we ran out to come to the desk and exchange them ... well on Tuesday when we ran out the office of closed! So on Wednesday we tried again to exchange our towels before we left for Dollywood but the no one was in the office at 9:30 even though the sign clearly states the office […] opens at 9am? So we had to wait til Thursday for towels. The kids were disappointed that the pool...even though it stated it was heated...was closed until April. I was never made aware that the pool was closed until then or I would have booked somewhere else. The overall room was very clean but very out dated. The pull-out sofa mattress was horrible!! You could literally see the springs ready to pop out! Our bedroom mattress was no better! Very lumpy and worn out! The condo was super small but probably a better fit for 2 people instead of 4! It was convient to downtown Gatlinburg ... only a 5-10min walk which was nice. With all that said ... I will definetly book somewhere else our next trip! Lisez la suite

Nearly spoiled my vacation. I had promised a Jacuzzi in room to my wife and they said after I arrived there that my room was not there any more cause the owner came in. What crap? "2nd year we have stayed at the Laurel Inn Condomin"
Nice place, quite with a great view. We did have a problem with the first room, they moved us to an other room and it was nice, updated and comfortable.We will be staying there again.
Nice place to stay it is an older building but well kept. We have stayed here before and will again. Be ready for a good walk if going to the strip.

We enjoyed our stay.The front desk lady was very cooperative. Rooms were very nice n clean. Condos on upper floor have balcony and are newer than main floor condos.The internet is available but not very high speed. Closets are spacious enough. It was pretty close to downtown, around 50 feet walk . We stayed in two condos during our stay; one had oven […] n hair dryer, the other didn't. Kitchen utensils were also pretty clean. The parking is plenty and free. The hotel staff doesn't show up during the stay so the condo is at your disposal during the whole stay. My friends and I stayed here to visit Gatlinburg for about a week. The condo was clean and well kept. There wasn't a great view, but that wasn't much of an issue. I had read about the stairs that lead down to Gatlinburg but really didn't think much of them until the way up... 5 days in a row having to walk up the 66 stairs and then up 1 more flight […] to get to the elevator was tough after hiking and walking all day. The only other problem was that in the morning it was very loud with people walking by the bedroom window. There was also a light that stayed on all night outside the bedroom window. Some of the rooms are updated, but without stoves and the room we had didn't have a working dishwasher. Overall, it is a good deal and the front desk ladies were super nice. Our family of 4 enjoyed the clean and convience of the one bedroom condo. For those of you who have kids that don't like to sleep on a sleeper sofa together then an upgrade would be warranted. Nice and comfortable unit with a great mountain view located just a few blocks from downtown which is great if you like walking. Staff at the hotel very pleasant and friendly, could not ask for better. The unit we stayed in was clean, had a cozy gas fireplace and leather sofa but has not been updated recently. From the phone call confirming the check-in info to my departure the lady at the desk was wonderful. Always smiling, very informative, respected our privacy, just a wonderful experience. The customer service was great. I had a small problem with my bed covers which was appologized for and fixed instantly. We were not so sure of the hotel because of the mixed reviews we got on this condo. But we were pleasantly surprised after checking in to our room (it was room# 310). Let me broadly classify some of the important aspects: 1) Check-In/Check-Out: We checked in at around 8pm, and it was an effortless process with the front desk lady (very helpful). Same […] was the case with check out too. Look out for few things while checking in...like the Free Wifi userID/Pwd, and ask about any specific policy about this place, as this is not a hotel!! Some house rules may apply...well in our case, they just expected to put out the trash, and throw all the used towels in the bath tub. Make sure to clean up after you...like any utensils or kitchenware that you might have used. 2) Room/Cleanliness/Size: Ours was a 1-Bedroom condo, with a small kitchen, living area, jacuzzi and a balcony. It was reasonably sized. We'd have liked the kitchen to be a little more roomy - but it's OK, since we didn't cook all that much...just some breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped to make a meal though...it's got a full sized fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee-maker (but get your own coffee..there isn't any available). But there's no oven. There are enough skillets/silverware/dishes etc based on the occupancy. The living area was good in size, and clean..with a small electric fireplace too (and it worked!). The bedroom was pretty much full due to a big king sized bed and jacuzzi...not enough room at the foot of the bed. The closet space was almost nothing...we could barely hang our coats in there. Our luggage was piled up on each other, and some even in the living room! But we did OK with space as we were only 2 adults in the condo! Bathroom and the balcony are standard. Balcony offers a good view of the mountains and the space needle in the downtown! We appreciated some extra storage space in the bathroom! Everything was very clean!! "Great location for walking into Gatlinburg"
I stayed here with my two boys and we had a very good time. For the price and location the room was great. Could have had a few more dishes but overall a comfortable bed plenty of room and nice and clean. I would recomend to others.

Locale was excellent , near downtown, and on a hill. The rooms are rather homey and a bit dated , but comfortable. The rate was excellent for the location , so one can't expect luxary rooms. The staff was freindly and helpful. It met our needs fine and enjoyed the fireplace.

Walking distance to the main drag, comfortable and spacious. A little dated but clean and convenient.
Be aware that these are not hotel rooms with maid service. The location is not within walking distance of any attractions for middle aged people.

"Just What we needed!"
This hotel/condo was just what we needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Very good value for the money. The only thing is we wished it were just a little closer to the parkway. It's a pretty good hike. We would definately stay here again.
"Definitely Got More Than Expected"
I have to say I got a little nervous when the GPS had us turn off the main strip and head up a steep road. I thought to myself great we're going to have to drive to everything! We didn't though. It's a couple of blocks of walking and the condo has stairs that take you out the back. The actual condo was nicer than I expected considering how much we paid. […] It was alot more homey than an average hotel room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The fridge was very clean. Even though we didn't cook we could have. It had everything. There was only one woman in the office but it was nice because it didn't have a corporate, cold feel to it. She was very nice. The only negative thing I would probably say was the pool could be better. It was ok. It was heated and the kids got to swim once. trust me, all the walking you do takes a toll. "Not at all what I expected"
I was terribly disappointed in this condo/hotel. I was told it had a very high review rating but man it did not live up to that. The condition was poor; our room was downstairs in what felt like a basement; it was extremely loud (could hear everything above and outside the room). The hotel was very nice and the lady on duty was very nice she wanted to make sure my son saw the bears. The water could have been a little hotter but over all I plan on visiting there again.
"Met all my expectations"
The room was just barely big enough for my family and our stuff with no room to spare. The kitchen had a few dishes that came in handy, the refrigerator was a nice size, and there was a toaster, too. The balcony was handy for keeping an eye on the kids in the pool when I ran up to use the restroom. The pool was wonderfully 100% shaded by the Inn itself […] all morning, so we didn't need sunscreen until noon, and it was surrounded by trees on the other 2 sides, which added a nice "getaway" atmosphere. There were 2 TV's so I didn't have to interrupt my kids' enjoyment of a movie to catch a little news. The wooden stairs to town are a nice touch, and actually picturesque themselves: we posed for what turned out to be a great family picture on them with a forested background. Everyone was pleasant: staff and other guests alike, and management was nice about giving me a late check-out. so we could swim all morning before our drive home. "Upkeep"
We stayed at this hotel in the past. The room was comfortable but there were some bad places in the bathroom. Wallpaper coming loose. There was some breaking up of the concrete the floor we wereon. Nothng major.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay untill the second night when some neighbors were too loud. If it had not been for the noise we would have definately thought this was the best place for us to stay.

"very let down!"
The unit we stayed in was furnished with outdated hotel furniture. The televisions were old and of poor quaility. There were only 3 regular sized drinking glasses but there were several 4 ounce tumblers. The sliding glass door leading onto the balcony needed to be repaired so that could be opened and closed properly. "The Laurel Inn Gatlinburg-a short walk to downtown"
We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. The pool was clean. We had about a ten minute walk down steps and down a deserted road to town. But, the fire station was right there at the end. We did not feel unsafe. We had to climb those steps each time we returned! Not a problem for us. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the 5th floor of the condos. […] The staff was friendly and helpful. The pull out sofa was not very comfortable but the kids did not mind. Traveling to and from the condo in our car was also easy as we had a traffic light at the end of our street.
