L'impression globale est bonne, mais le mobilier et la pièce d'accueil sont très défraichis et "vieillos". L'emplacement est idéal, malheureusement le quartier est très sale (nombreuses poubelles dans les rues) et pas beau.

Hôtel très propre personnel très gentil petif déjeuné très bon. Il est juste un peut loin du centre ville mais il est au calme . Et un bon poini en plus pour les petits chocolats reçus à notre départ !!!

Excellentes prestations ; chambre claire, propre, literie de grande qualité, vue imprenable sur la ville - Le grand + piscine-salle de sport et sauna au 30ème étage (très agréables). Les - bien qu'étant au 15ème les sirènes nocturnes ont rendues la chambre un peu bruyante - l'absence de parking gratuit.

"All good but a/c poor"
My room in the Euroflat was clean and spacious and the service was friendly and efficient. But in the warm weather the room got roasting hot and the air conditioning unit was too puny to cool it down - as well as being extremely noisy. So I didn't sleep very well. Install proper a/c!

Large hotel room close to subway and couple of bars comfortab;le and clean.
Value for money. Reasonably basic but provides everything it says it will. Only drawback is that room was not air conditioned, so very warm. A fan was provided.

I have stayed in Euroflat a couple of times before and given it location in close proximity to the European Intitutions, returned there this week. I have never been particularly impressed with the rooms (badly laid out, generally overheated with outdated decor) but this time had a very uncomfortable stay due to the fact that the hotel does not have […] air conditioning and temperatures were up to 35 degrees. The room was unbearably hot and the mobile air conditioning unit provided was completely inadequate. The fact that irons are not provided in the rooms was also irritating, obliging the guest to make a trip to the laundry room on the 2nd floor to iron clothing. While the hotel may be in an ideal location for some clients, I think there are many other better hotel options in Brussels in a similar price range which provide a much higher level of comfort. "Good quiet location"
Close to Metro for easy access to the heart of Brussels , about 4 stops and in a reasonably quiet area of Town. Plenty of Irish bars nearby .The Old Oak has Wesmalle Trippel for only 3 euros a bottle, bargain !
"Business stay"
Was not informed of the option for breakfast or coffee, so was unaware that it was offered. It was not obvious as the cafe/restaurant in the hotel was closed. Also, there is no air conditioning in the hotel, for warmer or hotter days, although a fan is provided.

I strongly recommend this hotel. It is clean and neat, and our room had a kitchenette. It is ~300m to a Metro stop and within walking distance to the Cinquantenaire Park. We were on the upper floor which was quite hot for some reason, but there was a floor air conditioner in the room which gave adequate relief. I have always this hotel very pleasant, but now we arrived in a room with a kettle and 2 cups, and no coffee, tea, sugar etc... The shower was not staying up and had to be hand held. Hotel situado en un buen sitio. Justo al lado de la Comunidad Europea. Tranquilo. Se puede ir andando al centro (unos 2 km). Habitación espaciosa pero bastante antigua. Necesitaría una remodelación. "First Euroflat hotel - Inget förstahandsval"
Har man ärenden till Kommissionen eller kringliggande adresser ligger First Euroflat hotell mycket väl till. Trots läget och det relativt låga priset, kan hotellet inte rekommenderas. I varje fall inte om rummen mot gatan. Rummen är inte ljudisolerade, och trafiken stör nattsömnen. Dessutom finns inte luftkonditionering, och även i september var temperaturen […] på rummet så hög att fönstret mot gatan måste stå öppet, vilket bidrog till att ljuden från gatan störde ännu mer. Små smala sängar och stora hårda kuddar bidrog till sömnlöshet. Duschen var deffekt. Ska något positivt framhållas, så är det frukosten som bjuder på det mesta man kan önska sig. Zeer slecht! Er zaten witte ingedroogde vlekken in het beddengoed, de badkamer was vier, de douche kon niet worden opgehangen en er was geen stop voor het bad. Gecombineerd met de ongezellige buurt is dit een gribushotel.

"Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis"
Das Eurofirst Hotel bietet sehr viel zu einem guten Preis. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Eu Viertel so dass man mit der U Bahn nur 5 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt braucht. Gleich 2 Minuten vom Hotel befindet sich eine U Bahnstation. Einziges Manko am Zimmer: Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Aber dafür stand […] eine gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, so dass man nicht schwitzen musste. Wer mit Auto kommen will, ist auch kein Problem, da das Hotel ein Parkhaus hat, wo das Auto ein sicheren Platz hat und das nur für einmalige 10 Euro! Good hotel, clear, nice staff (even when you need to request a taxi service at night), big bedroom and comfortable beds. Regarding the location, its is not close to the city center but there is a metro station nearby (around 5 minutes on foot). Calm neighbourhood.

Rummet var mycket rymligt och frukostbuffén var omfattande och god. Däremot var standarden på rummet mycket enkel och intrycket var att ingenting gjorts där på några decennier. Dessutom låg rummet mot gatan och med vanliga tunna fönster och en hel del trafik var blev ljuden från gatan så störande att det var svårt att sova. Das Zimmer (405) war als Nichtraucherzimmer angepriesen und auch gebucht, roch aber intensiv nach altem Rauch. Das Zimmer (405) war laut, weil zur Straße hin gelegen und offensichtlich nicht gut lärmisoliert.

Localizado bem próximo ao metro num bairro com várias opções de restaurantes e pubs. O banheiro não condis com um 4 estrelas mas de resto está tudo perfeito. Internet pela TV um pouco complicada para navegar mas para checar e-mails e navegar estava bem.

Goede prijs-kwaliteits verhouding. Simpel maar afdoende ontbijt voor zeer redelijke prijs. Geen poespas, maar alles klopt gewoon. handige ligging direct in Europese wijk, vlak bij Schuman metrostation; lekker rustig in het weekend. Enorme kamer, goede douche. Beetje simpele kasten maar wel functioneel en ruim.

This hotel is ok if you can find a nice promotion. The interior is maybe a little outdated, but rooms are huge and (very important) clean. Location is excellent if you want to stay near the European Headquarters. Metro is close and you'll be in the city centre in less than 10 minutes. Situated in a calm street (during the weekends), so you can sleep […] without noise. Just 50 meters further (in rue Stevin) there is a nice modern Greek restaurant where you can have a quite affordable meal. Don't go here if you expect a 4 star state of the art hotel, because then you'll be disappointed. Fitness-room is very basic, TV is not flat screen, and air-conditioning is a mobile device. the first impresion was oki. but there was so much anoying problems with the hotel... lazy receptionists... broken toilet... noise at the hotel... and everything costed money... i had just ben in a nother hotel where i could get free internet and good service... the hotel was clean.. one good thing. and the location was good...

Meget centralt beliggende hotel i Bruxelles. Parkering af bil under sikre forhold. Elevator direkte til underjordisk parkering. Mulighed for at lave kaffe/the på værelse. TV med 12 kanaler. Nogen støj fra gade og omliggende barer/restauranter.

Größe de Zimmers für diese Kategorie großzügig Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice ok. Duschamaturen wackelten an jeder Schraube. Sauberkeit ok. Zusätzlich extra bezahltes Frühstück Typ Continental von der Menge sehr knapp in der Menge
