Hotel sympa manque service petit dejeuner piscine agreable mais pas toujours propre bien place en centre ville mais centre ville vite fais le tour . Surnom petit las vegas on comprend pourquoi

très bon hôtel mais le point négatif se sont le prix du restaurant qui est certes très bon mais faut pas exagérer. De plus ,nous sommes français et nous parlons pas très bien la langue mais nous comprenions les réflexions que les serveurs se faisaient entre eux !!! Pas très discret de dire derrière notre dos " ah des français ce n'est pas bon pour nous !!! " ( pour le pourboire ) de plus ,ils ont voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner a notre fille qui vient d'avoir 2 ans et qui est arrivée avec son biberon de chocolat. Elle n'a donc pas mangé de petit déjeuner . Bref, attention à la note du restaurant qui peut être salée !!! Sinon RAS hôtel formidable avec la vue exceptionnelle !!!! On y retournera !!!!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, situation à 200m du cebtre ville de Niagara Falls. Le service est exceptionnel, on a été surclassé en suite, l'hotel a gracieusement gardé nos bagages lors de notre jour de départ, le petit déjeuner est très complet. la chambre est très propre et très bien equipé!! une très bonne surprise, Hotel recommandé aussi par le guide du routard...

cet hotel est totalement décevant,vétuste et insalubre!c'est une honte que de faire sur son site une publicité mensongère en diffusant des photos datant de la création de l'hotel uo à l'époque il était flambant neuf !!!! manque total d'hygiène : matelas moisis ,drap tachés ,moquette pas nettoyée... nous avons du chercher un autre hotel et repayer 3 […] nuits pour pouvoir dormir aprés 900km de route ! "Très décevant"
Très déçu de cet hôtel. Pas de serviettes, pas de cadran, pas de telephone, meme pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre. Tres vieux aussi comme hotel. La 2ème journée à notre retour à la chambre un énorme bruit de la tuyauterie. Ils sont venus voir et l'ont arrangés. Mais à 2 heures du matin le bruit nous a réveillé. Il a arrêté une heure plutard mais on […] a eu de difficulté à se rendormir. On avait réservé pour 3 nuits, mais avant la 3ème nuit, nous sommes allés déjeuner car il n'y avait pas de déjeuner compris, en revenant quelques heures plus tard, la porte était barrée de l'intérieur et elle était ouverte. Toutes nos choses étaient la. Rien de pris ni de voler, mais je suis descendue en-bas pour me plaindre une autre fois et ils ont dit qu'on ne devrait pas s'inquieter car la femme de ménage devait être dans les environs mais cela faisait presque 45 minutes qu'on était la et personne n'est venue. Je leur dis que je n'avais jamais rien vu comme ça et que je voulais un dédommagement mais ils m'offraient un souper que j'ai refusé car on a fait nos bagages et on est parti. Cela ne valait pas le coût de rester à cette place. Nous avons apprécie les 3 lits car nous étions 5 personnes, mais c'est tout. Mieux vaut payer un peu plus cher et d'avoir un bon service et des hôtels de qualité, comme best western, Hilton, ou days inn que ce torchon. Vraiment à éviter ce Admiral Inn. Les impressions de l'hôtel sont les pires impressions de ma vie( si on peut nommer cet abri hôtel). Jamais dans la vie j'ai vue tellement de saleté ,de la misére et des movaises odeures que dans Admiral Inn. On a eu l'impression qu'on est tombés dans l'époque primitive. Nous avons du changer 2 fois de chambres: à notre arrivée, la chambre ne contenait pas ce que l'on avait demandé, une autre chambre nous a alors été offerte et celle-ci n'avais pas été nettoyée...Très mal insonorisée, je n'ai pratiquement pas dormi de la nuit puisqu'à chaque fois que quelqu'un passait devant notre porte en parlant, je l'entendais comme […] si je discutais avec lui. "You Get What You Pay For - Cheap"
I was attracted by the price, but you get what you pay for. The place was run-down and under construction. Our rooms smelled of booze and smoke. The bathroom door was busted and would not close and windows would not open. There are no phones in the room and TV reception was from the 1960s. Our stay was so bad, we never spent the night. The hotel was dirty and didnt seem to have been cleaned the first thing I did was go buy Lysol wipes and wipe the whole place down. Bottom line is if you want somewhere close to the attractions it's only 5 minutes to the falls and that is the only plus side about this place. We stayed here for 1 nights in January. Great location conveniently located near Clifton Hill area. Te Casino is about a 10 minute walk. Quiet location. Since it's a small hotel, it's located amongst many other hotels and motels. Rooms are small, but we expected that in a Niagara Falls. Very clean. He was always willing to help us figure out how to get to different locations.The other 2 young men who work there are also very nice and helpful. "Did the job but low end budget hotel"
Most of the hotels in Niagara Falls are insanely expensive. The great Fall is less than a 10 minute walk and there are lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attraction along the way. Yes, the rooms are small but what do you expect? We only had two problems - the bed was really firm and our backs hurt the next morning and the drainage in the shower […] was really bad. After about 5 minutes in the shower, you had to turn the water off to let the water drain, otherwise it would overflow onto the floor. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night and it was actually not a bad experience. The staff was courteous and helpful enough. We requested a late checkout and we got it. Staff was friendly but the Inn lacked anything that would make someone say "Nice". Was taken up to the room by the man at the front desk, who then inspected the room in front of me. Of the 5 lightbulbs in the room 4 needed to be replaced, but he returned and only replaced 2 of those 4. The room had a old cigarette smell as if it hadn't been smoked in […] for a year or so, but non-smoking was requested. When I asked for a non-smoking room he mis-interpreted me (due to language barrier) and recommended we take the smoke alarm off the wall to smoke in the room. This is a huge by-law offence and a heavy fine. All in all a cheap Inn for a reason as you get what you pay for, just don't take any smaller kids as we were all 19 and could only imagine how scary a place like that could be at 8. "Absolute Crap, never ever stay there!"
Honeymoon Suite - New Years Eve - December 31, 2012. First thing noticed that the room had recently been painted by someone that didn't know how to paint as it was on the ceiling and the floor and all over the tile too. But that is cosmetic I can live with that in a Motel. The only towels provided were 2 bath towels, no facial towels or even tissues. […] The Shower wall (shower stall, no tub as advertised) was cracked in several places and appeared to be mold forming in some areas. All night long, the water was running from another room and could be heard in our room. We didn't notice the bed until after midnight when we got back to the room, the sheets had already been slept in they were disgustingly dirty, the pillows were also dirty and had a disgusting smell to them, the bed itself was like sleeping on a plank of wood with no cushion. We had brought a blanket with us to sleep under as we know that the blankets are normally not washed anyway (although sheets usually are). So we used the blanket to sleep on top of and used our t-shirts to cover the pillows and had nothing to cover us. I must say that this was the Honeymoon Suite, and when checking in, the guy at the counter said this room was in better condition than the rest. Now for the kicker, when I went to check out in the morning and advise the staff about all these disappointments, the office was closed and no one answered the door bell, there was a note on the door that read, leave the door key in the mailbox.
