Super accueil ! Si vous aimez le design et un peu d'originalité. Très bonne situation et plage agreable !

Tout est dans le concept... mais à l'arrivée un hôtel très cher par rapport à la prestation proposée (surfaces, services, confort) et des matériaux de basse qualité mal mis en œuvre avec un vieillissement très rapide de l'ensemble.

hotel is very nice...close to beach, hotel's beach is one of the best in Nice...pool is nice...only thing is it is on the edge of the city where all the action is although not a long walk, about 10-25 minutes to all.

This hotel was random at best, certainly not 4 star or worth the price. My room was apparently upgraded and i can't imagine what anything below would have been. The layout was odd--sink by your bed? a tub that took up 1/2 of the room, no standard shower. There was not 1 person in this hotel, no bar, empty and i stayed on a Friday night! I had to search […] for someone to order a glass of wine. Also very loud in room from street traffic/noise. Staff i did encounter were fine. It is not clear who their target traveller shoudl be. This hotel is ideally located for all the attractions in Nice and is close to the railway station, so it was possible to visit Cannes, 20 mins away and Monaco approx 10 minutes away. A 2 minute walk brought us to the beach and the beautiful promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpful espscially at reception. We really enjoyed the 'funky' ambience […] and conyemporary feel at this hotel and I'd definitely stay here again. Our room, the Strate, HAD THE TOILET IN THE ROOM FACING THE BED WITHOUT A DOOR! It’s hard to imagine how stupid a designer is to think that people would be ok with this. Imagine staring at your roommate at eye level on the toilet, 5 feet from you. I asked to be moved to another room and they wanted to charge me extra, a lot extra! If you get the right […] room, I might recommend it. Also, to be "eco" friendly they give you paper cups which is stupid considering glasses can be reused. I absolutely loved this hotel, as soon as you walk in you are taken aback by the'funkiness' of the design. Our room was the best hotel room i have ever stayed in, and there are 9 different designs of rooms which i would have loved to go and be nosy and look around. a real different type of hotel. it is 3 mins walk to the hotels private beach and around 15mins or a bit more to the old town (but the walk is along the sea so not a bad 15mins!) staff introduced all aspects of the hotel to us and were great. rooms were amazing and all very different from what i can see, we were in 'digital' which was v cool

It we had a delightful stay at our hotel. We were traveling with an infant who had special needs and they were great in helping us. It did not feel like a hotel it felt like staying in a home.

We managed to snag a good deal at this hotel for the first weekend in June; great price considering the comfort and size of room, the pool upstairs on the roof and the location. The hotel is an easy 10m walk from hotel - and the HI have their own part of the beach (16Euros for hotel guests). It is also an easy 15m walk from the Gare. Our room was ... […] lovely; bright, bold colours, a super comfortable bed and a very modern feel. The elevator is bathed in pink! The pool area upstairs is a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the Nice rooftops and is the best bit about the hotel! Just beware that the guy downstairs might be quick to serve you with a cup of tea - but that cup of tea will cost you 4 Euros! There is also a small hammam down in the basement. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr speziell, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert. Halt mal was anderes als die 08/15 hotels :-) Die toilette ohne tür im zimmer jedoch ist wirklich nur für seeeehr vertraute Leute/Paare.. Den Strand (ca 10min zu fuss vom hotel) ist super gestylt aber vieeeeeel zu teuer. 16 EUR pro person) 17Eur für externe Gäste. Auch dürfte man keine […] eigenen Getränke mitnehmen und nur von dort konsumieren.. was auch ziemlich happig is. Im hotel haben wir nie gegessen- war uns n bisschen zu grün angehaucht... We had some expectations for the hotel of this price and this location, based on how hotel was displayed in www. Unfortunately, there was plenty of dissapointment. The hotel provides minumum support and low quality under cover of modern design and innovation. There is plenty of small dissapointments waiting especially if you have kids on board: - so […] called Hi Play - beach corner for kids is in fact one half-size matress, one broken plastic swing toy (dangrerous to use!) and wooden cowboy-like cart with completely damaged stairs (impossible to use for kids below 4y). Everything without roof nor any sun cover- imagine kids playing on beach in 35 deg heat. The brochure was suggesting there will be at least roof and the staff was assuring us there are toys to play! Of course the beach access is paid even for hotel guests- 16e/person - hotel pool on the roof is max 4 by 4 meters- good luck for squizzing there about 12 people as it was displayed on hotel's brochures :) - restaurant serves sushi made by japanese chef- so they claim. Warning- if you buy maki-sushi of 12 pieces your wasabi+soya will end somewhere around 6th piece and there were 4 pieces of ginger. I think japanese chef would know the proportions better :/ - food is not allowed in hotel rooms! - due to the fact the hotel has a restaurant there is no food allowed in the rooms and no fridges these either- good to know when you are travelling with kids. Interesting fact about it is that the resturant does not serve anything more behind sushi- good luck for everybody trying to feed your kid when staying at this hotel. FRom my perspective its misunderstanding so we tried to smuggle into hotel room joghurt for kids as there werent for going out (nap time). I was instructed by the hotel owner (or director?) that bringing the food even in these circumstainces to the hotel is NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS therefore not allowed. Für Nizza ist der Preis ok, jedoch kommen zusätzlich noch Geld für Frühstück (wie auch beschrieben) und z.B. Strandbenützung hinzu. Der Stand ist etwa knapp 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die City ist etwa zu Fuss in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann das Hotel empfohlen werden.

Great hotel with a great location in Nice. The hotel has a beach 5 min. away from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the beach area is great, nice food. Be aware that you have to pay 16 euro pr. day. It you want to stay at a different and funky hotel this would be a great choice.

This is very small hotel, but you can use a very nice private beach and a sauna. and this hotel is pretty conceptual. Oveall I like this hotel and recommand you.

Vi bodde der i flere dager med to barn. Grei beliggenhet i forhold til stranda, litt for langt til gamlebyen. Vårt rom hadde toalett i eget rom og det er å foretrekke. Kjempefin takterasse og egen strand. Dersom du får et greit tilbud på romprisen, er dette et helt ok hotell, muligens ned mot tre stjerner og ikke fire.

Huoneemme (studiohuone) oli epäkäytännöllinen lapsiperheelle. Sinkuille sopivampi.

Super cool. Lille pool på tager, men mulighed for strand kun 5 minutters gang. Vil helt klart anbefale både til par og familier.

tolles design, sehr gut gelegen. ziemlich ruhig und trotzdem zentral. freundlicher service und super dachterasse.

spezielles Design-Hotel mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse mit Pool (war noch zu kalt im März), Hamam, einem betörenden Duft in sämtlichen Vorräumen. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Nizza für Leute, die sich in einem modernen, urbanen Umfeld wohl fühlen.

ganz interessantes Design, aussergewöhnlich freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist zu arbeiten!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein obwohl wir eine höhere Kategorie gebucht hatten Ein wenig HighTech durch Fernsehen mit Beamer interessierte uns an diesem Wochenende eher weniger Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 2 Stock und hier war der Straßenlärm unüberhörbar besonders Nachts Für diese Leistungen ist das Hotel mE zu teuer Wir konnten allerdings zu Fuß in […] die tolle Innenstadt gehen Lisez la suite

Flott hotell med særdeles god beliggenhet (like ved aveny des Angles/ strandpromenaden). Rommene er en drøm om du er opptatt av design og ønsker deg en hotellopplevelse utenom det vanlige. Hotellet har en egen strand, HI Beach som man kan benytte seg av mot avgift. Anbefales på det sterkeste, en lukseriøs opplevelse! Rummet vi hade var både rent och fräscht. Hotellet lämpar sig bäst för par och mindre bra för barnfamiljer. Bra intenetuppkoppling både i rum och i lobbyn. Öppen planlösning där både duch och WC var fullt synlig från sängen utan avskärmning. Kanske inte passar par som precis har träffats och ska göra sin första gemensamma resa...Enkla medel har använts […] för att uppnå "designkänsla". För Week-end passar hotellet bra, men inte för längre vistelser eftersom det saknades bra förvaringsmöjligheter, garderober, klädskåp etc. Lisez la suite

ottima struttura,l hotel mi e' piaciuto molto la camera e'un po piccola per soggiorni lunghi dato che vi e' un armaditto per riporre gli abiti colazione costosa (peccato)ma uscendo c'e' una vastita di scelta parcheggio vicinissimo ma a pagamento

Vores hotelrum var ekstremt lille. Der var ingen skabe. Toilet bad og seng var i samme rum uden adskillelse. Personalet var venligt og rummet var rent.

Bra beliggenhet.flott takterrasse. Men, lite praktisk hotel,især på rommet! smått og ukomfortabelt- meget dyr frokost og dårlig mat. Alt var dyrt på hotellet. Vil ikke anbefale!
